Food and service here has always been great. Workers here are always fun to have a conversation with! Have always loved Jersey Mike's. Reason for 4 stars is we usually would always come in on a Sunday because they had kids eat free, but learning that the new manager didn't like this really put a downer on the mood. Sounds like the new manager is greedy for their profits rather than continuing something good they had going.

They do a good job. Sometimes they don't put enough vinegar and oil on but that's not a huge deal really. So, it's good but not quite great for now.

They just cannot seem to get an order right. I got a pick up order and had specific directions included on 2 areas and they still missed it and then were rude when I wanted them to fix it. I can't be the only person that requests the oil and vinegar on the side, if I am not planning on eating right away, I don't want a mushy sandwich.

Not great. We're huge fans of Jersey Mike's and go to lots of locations. The disorganization of this one is baffling. We ordered 2 sandwiches. One hot one cold. There was no one in front of us in line. They gave us the hot sandwich right away, then waited until 3 more sandwich orders came in before starting the cold sandwich. Made all of them at the same time. Then sorted them out when it was time to pay. We were waiting there for probably 5 mins watching them not touch our order until they has other orders to make at the same time. The "hot" sandwich was lukewarm by this time. Very ineffective. I do not recommend this location.

27 minutes for a sub I ordered online for drive thru. Got there in 5 minutes waited in line for 10 more then got up to window and the worker said oh I will get started on that, 12 minutes later my sub was ready. There was like 8 people that walked in and out after I was in line already. It should not take that long.

Extremely frustrating experience, and this is the second time in a row I’ve had issues here. I placed my order an hour ahead of time, showed up 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup, and they had no idea my order even existed. It hadn’t been started at all, and I had to wait another 20 minutes. What really bothered me is that there was no apology, no explanation, and they acted like it wasn’t a big deal. I even asked for a drink while waiting and was still charged for it, which honestly felt disrespectful given the situation. On my previous visit, I clearly stated no veggies, specifically no onions or tomatoes, and repeated it multiple times. I even asked again right before receiving the sandwich, was told there were no veggies, and when I got home it was full of grilled onions. I’ve now wasted money twice in a row, and it feels like the staff genuinely doesn’t care. I usually enjoy Jersey Mike’s Subs, but this location has been a major disappointment and dirty!

Total shit show Everytime go in there to pick up a delivery employees no help move like a snail and blow you off like to stand around doing nothing you sit and wait times are very long have to ask like 3 to 4 times for the order never get them my business

Update really crappy response from owner. Didn't even offer to make this right. Never again. I'll stick with someplace that wants my business!! Ordered my sub. Got the completely wrong sandwich. I ordered mine with turkey, provolone, NO OIL, pickles. Onion, tomato, banana peppers etc.( see photo) I got a turkey sandwich drenched in oil, no tomato, onions, banana peppers and slathered in gross mayo. Pay attention to your orders! Guess my $3 tip was in vain because it went straight in the trash.

It was a horrible experience!! If I can put a sub zero star review I would do, first time ever in my life to have such a disgusting experience!!! I just ordered a chicken sandwich and before I am done with it I found three pieces of hairs in the sandwich, sooo gross! Don’t order from there!
