Awesome Staff, Customer Centric, Quick & Accurate Service. Almost every employee makes it a point to great customers by name & if they do not know your name most will ask. I've had there Starbucks Rewards since 2015 & their the only business that I've come across that gives the customer the most expensive item free when using points & purchasing multiple items on one receipt. It's a welcome change from the industry standard of equal or lesser value items being free. I would recommend this location (Renner & Northstar) to any one who loves coffee & enjoys being treated like the most important person in the room regardless of order size or money spent.
I like swinging by there 3-4 times every week to grab coffee; very convenient and excellent service. Nice folks and really friendly environment. Highly recommended for coffee! Keep it up folks!
The taste of the coffee is delicious and inconsistent flavor no grounds in my coffee like at others Starbucks. This location provides great service, quick, fast and friendly. I've been coming here for over 8 years.
Had a great dine in experience. I normally go through drive thru at this location, so I'm happy that my dine in experience was just as good as drive thru. Place was clean and the staff was attentive to all their customers in need.

Come here you will not regret it.I love this place very attentive with customers,and they ALWAYS get my stuff right.Been coming here since they 1st opened.Love my birthday cake pops that's a PLUS.And wow my Chocolate Chip Frappuccino with extra ice to make it thicker so delicious to the moon and beyond😍.And can't forget my Crème Brulée hot coffee❤ lord to melt for can't get enough,and to top it off only SEASONAL 😲😥.So when its in season I drink me 2 a day 😜.

This Starbucks is always amazing. They are always super fast, friendly, and cheerful with every customer. I had a birthday reward that appeared to have expired and for some reason my card would not scan it all so they gave me my morning coffee for free. They have no idea how much better they just made the day for my co-workers.
This is one of THE BEST Starbucks in town. Great place to study. I've been to so many other Starbucks stores where the music is so loud you can't even hear the person next to you. There is enough space for a lot of people to study and charge their devices as well. It has a very cozy atmosphere and the staff is the best.
Ordered our drinks and I guess I ordered wrong or something for whatever reason it didn't taste how I ordered it before. My husband asked them to remake it a different way and Alex was so nice and super helpful and patient with us. Wonderful customer service from him, really appreciate that!

The sweetest team!! I stopped by yesterday after an awful experience with the Renner rd location, the young lady on the headset and at the window was SO SWEET, I wish I got her name. My drink was honored and remade, even to a larger size. They really made my day and exceeded all expectations, thank you!!!

Good service! These guys are incredible. With the level of service declining everywhere, this particular location is rising to the occasion! Love to talk to these guys. They are so friendly, interesting and interested in getting to know their clients. I visit town about once a month or so. It's become the delight of my day to come get my coffee from this location. Keep up the great, scratch that, the remarkable work!!!!
So, I have to make an effort to put a review. The staff are just absolutely amazing, with the most professional demeanor yet super friendly. The vibe is that of a private coffee shop yet the staff have the expertise as if they are in corporate positions, which they deserve. I rarely write favorable reviews, but they've earned it at the least, I regret not getting their names. Thank you to the awesome "partners" there this evening!!!
Tried the new holiday treats and the barista Ceasar was very helpful! I loved the new cranberry bliss bar but was not a fan of the iced sugar cookie almondmilk latte!!! Ceasar not only made me a new drink but he also gave me other holiday recommendations. He was very kind and now I will try the dark toffee blunt next time.
Cindy was amazing! While waiting for my order mentioned in passing to her that my birthday drink had not been great (didn't realize the protein drinks can clump up if not stirred enough so threw it away). She immediately gave guidance on the protein drinks and offered to make up for the birthday drink by offering a new/replacement drink. Amazing customer service and Cindy has a fabulous personality! Will definitely be visiting this location again!
Just stopped by this location last week on Thursday evening and Lily was soooooo nice! By far the best customer service hands down. She was so attentive and smiley and happy. It was contagious. Will definitely be coming back to this location.
I came to this Starbucks since I'm new to this beautiful area...Cindy the manager...She was very attentive...took my drink order...fast and efficient. All her staff is very professional, and kind. It a good moderate vibe...not too loud but you feel very happy like at a family reunion 😇🥰This is by far the most professional, kind and beautiful Starbucks. This is my all time favorite starbucks to go to. Every employee greets with a smile, and are so very nice. I love their calm and happy mood. When I go inside to order I get a wonderful feeling of relaxation. They are so sweet to my daughter as well. I have been to other starbucks and it's just not the same like when I come to this specific store. If I could give 10 stars I would.
Starbucks often gets it wrong, too many times for me, enough that I do not frequent them much anymore. Today was a happy exception, we prepared as requested.
Came for the second day in a row and they made my order exactly the same as the day before. This is not my normal Starbucks, but it is for the week due to a camp being held at the stadium down the road. I appreciate the consistency. I wish other Starbucks were this consistent.

This is my neighborhood coffee shop. The baristas learn your name if you come in often. They always take time to great me and ask if I need water for my son, who is sometimes with me. If I make a dumb move and mistakenly order from another store, the team here will provide my order without me needed to pay extra.
Mango dragonfruit refresher!! This location closes at 10 and is very convenient to go. I don’t mind for coffee but I go for the mango dragonfruit refresher! It is very delicious and it comes in different sizes. You can also get the dragonfruit with coconut water it is kinda sweet and I don’t like it but some people do!

Long wait here the day I came to visit this town. Hope they're not always this long wait. Busy, yes, I understand, but 15 minutes foe a cup of coffee and expresso, not a good thing to make customer wait they long though.
Never had a wrong order, staff is always polite, the remodel was great and there are more outlets to plug into, but it's the coldest Starbucks I've ever been to.

Good service and food, but they must be understaffef because the trash is always full and powdered shakers are often empty or missing. Counter and tables need cleaning (I realize that many people simply dont tidy up after themselves 😎
Place is really chill, I could spend hours in there just writting. The downside is that the tables were a bit dirty. Never saw any of the workers try and clean them.
Friendly cashier wished me a happy mother's day! Every time I visit this location it is busy and the service is outstanding. It reminds me of what all Starbucks used to be like. The employees here add a warm touch despite their frantic workload.
Please fix your lids or cups. I've been told "we got new lids" or cups which ever and thats been over a month.
Wish they had more flavors of hot and iced to offer. Always very friendly and courteous service at drive thru no matter the time. I know they are better for the environment but the paper straws are a real problem!
nice, good coffee and service, but kinda small and crowded. looks like everyone nearby uses this place as a place to work from because of the free wifi. My family and I felt weird with all the people on their laptops working while we were there talking and being loud, felt like we were in a cubicle work environment.
Convenient location and comfortable store, but if you order food on the app, it apparently comes out on a separate printer from drinks, and the employees at this store have a habit of ignoring the food ticket printer, so when you pick up your drink and ask where's my food, they'll dash over and start working on it then.
Still just ok for me, I'm not a fan, I tried their refresher summer drink with coconut in it, I discovered I don't like coconut water. It was my fault I should have asked.
The staff was fast and courteous. Andrew took my order and was very polite. My only issue was that Starbucks doesn't take NFC/mobile payments (get with the program, most the big MNCs do), and the peppermint mocha I got wasn't that great. Tasted bland and I tasted more coffee than anything else; not made well, Batista just didn't get it right. If the mocha tasted well and took NFC, this would've gotten 5 stores. The place is a bit small too. It's because of the staff that the location got even a 3 star.
In terms of experience just okay if not slightly subpar compared to other locations. The drive thru lines can get long and congested, and block the entrance and exit of cars that park and go inside.
This Starbucks is ok... a little on the small side. I go here all the time because I live nearby. My biggest gripe is that the inside smells like cigarette smoke. I don't really get why. But I can't hang out inside for too long because of the smell.
The staff seems to be changing constantly and so does the taste of the drinks... Some better than others. It is always Freezing in here no matter what time of day or night I am there trying to study... 😟
Normally this location is very pleasant to deal with when they make a mistake with an order. The past two Sundays they made a hot chocolate in my order with espresso. This 2nd time I even asked them to be sure not to make the drink with espresso. When I went inside tovorrect the order the young man who took the order told me " Well sir, mistakes happen." When I reminded him I had asked not to have the drink with espresso he repeated his statement but with more attitude. One of his female associates followed it up immediately with "Thank you for your patience and understanding, sir." The attitude at this store on display today was very disappointing. So much that I called the Customer Care line to report it. I was told by the Customer Care associate that they have been receiving a lot of complaints about this location lately. This is sad because up until recently this has been a great location for Customer service. I hope they are able to rectify the attitude problem with a few associates who simply may not understand Customer service as it should be delivered.
I ordered a venti hot chocolate and one lemon loaf, and both items were very disappointing. The hot chocolate, sadly, tasted of nothing but hot steamed milk with a minute dash of cocoa powder. The lemon loaf was not warmed enough and was a bit old tasting. Lastly, I was barely acknowledged by my drive-through barista. I was friendly, he was not... but maybe that was just not his day or something was going on in his life, no worries. I love Starbucks, but this was not one of my best experiences, to say the least.
Everything good! But the login to use the internet socks...I tryed twice, two different e-mails, spend 20 minutes around; nada! 🤔 Then I decided to use my own Internet, nice! (I hope so they don't going to send me spam, to my 2 e-mails). So, 3 ⭐
I observed how the line was taking a little longer today and when I got to the window I heard one of the employees talking about how the transition of the window was not properly passed over to the next employee. First and foremost your customer is your priority, leave the nonsense at home and take your job seriously. Also y’all need to smile and start acknowledging everyone as they walk through that door. Making them feel welcomed can make a big difference.
No place to plug in. The outlets on the floor under the tables (2) did not work. The tables at one point had outlets, but they were disabled. Not a happy camper. The drink and food were great. Staff was great. Fix the connectivity issues.

I get charged $5.90 for Grande Carmel Ribbon crunch Frappinchino,asked why so much difference in price than Wylie Starbucks $5.68 there are 3 in Wylie also I frequent two in Garland,they at murphey say that's always been the price for one, concerned?
Short on staff, drive thru was at a standstill for 15-20 mm. No biggie except no one seemed to care when I went inside and politely asked about it.
Haleigh was not interested in being helpful at the window. I ordered 3 drinks and when I asked for a drink carrier she ignored me and walked off. Someone else came to me and helped me. This is the second time I've gotten bad service at this Starbucks.
I come to this location all the time because it’s conveniently next to my job. But this morning when i came in to pick up my mobile order i found my coffee sitting on top of a PUDDLE of what seemed to be spilled coffee from another drink. Not only was my cup dirty but so was my breakfast sandwich, it was soaked. No one greeted me, nor did the staff offer to clean up the mess. And to clarify, the store was not busy as it usually is. I’m so disappointed
I came to this location and I noticed that were two system of ordering microphones and speakers next to each other. The working microphone and speaker were the first one and i passed a little bit and I was speaking out loud so the order take could hear. Yes he can hear but we could understand clearly because he had a braces and elastic rubber band in his mouth. I reminded that there were two systems out in the order drive thru … than he got little attitude. We took our time to listen to him. Just a bad worker!
The cashier was very nice and I got my drink quickly. But I ordered a scone and asked the person who handed me my drink about where it was. He said he didn’t know and said the other side is responsible for handing them out. So I waited some more and saw they had a person specifically for heating and handing out the foods ordered. EVERYONE who ordered AFTER me got theirs. So I asked the cashier and she also stated it was being worked on..... I waited another 5 minutes before the cashier noticed me standing there trying to talk to the employee who was supposedly working on my order, and decided to get it herself.
In the few times I've been here, I've had nothing but long wait times at the drive thru, inconsistent order accuracy and if you're wondering what the second star is for, it's the braista's courtesy. A suggestion, if you have an slow customer, have them pull up in a parking spot and wait. If you have a slow barista, demote them to janitor
I asked for a regular coffee with classic and caramel. She looked at me kinda funny so I was like oh for the trenta it’d be like 7 pumps classic before I could say 7 caramel she was like yea yea, which made me feel silly and I was like you’re right you work here lol. Get my coffee.... there’s only caramel and it’s not even like the flavor ya know it was the sauce or something and I was like oooooooh okay so maybe you should have listened when I was trying to explain. Yes I understand they’re busy in the AM but you need to respect your guests and understand that you’ll get through the rush at some point but don’t rush your guests.
I wanted to like this Starbucks for its location and interior. The employees were also very nice. However, my coffee was watery and flavorless -- very unusual for Starbucks -- and so I wonder what's happening with preparation here. I've ordered the same thing at other Starbucks and it has been nothing like this -- strong coffee and flavor at every other location I've visited. If this can be improved, I'd love to frequent this Starbucks. Thanks!
Purchased a Protein Bistro Box and a big bug was on the apple. Luckily I turned the apple over before taking a bite. I called the customer service to complain. She was very helpful and concerned that this happened.
It took 25 minutes to make my frappe , and the place wasn’t crowded at all. The service was terrible, the employees are slow to talk to, and they also had terrible attitude. When I receive my drink, it was poorly made and had many chunks of ice inside. I am not satisfied and won’t go to this Starbucks again.
i’ve been here 3 or 4 times, and this place literally has never gotten my order right... no whipped cream or extra caramel on my salted caramel macchiato... no soy in my soy misto... the 1 time my drink tasted like room temperature when i wanted it hot, the barista argued with me and didn’t want to fix it... literally the worst starbucks i’ve been to and the way the baristas act is actually baffling
Drive thru wait times weekday afternoons are out of control. Shift manager, you have to keep lines moving --10/15 minutes during non-rush hours, consistently, should be your warning. The latest event was today, 5/13 at 2:30pm, 2 cars ahead of me, 12 minutes idle before moving one spot.
Horrible service, not friendly, waited for eternity to get someone to take my order and another eternity for someone to heat up my food.

This has to be the absolute worst Starbucks. They seem to either screw up your order or after you wait for your order for 10+ minutes they tell you they don’t have what you ordered.
I order a caramel crunch frapp and at first it tasted ok, then I realized that I got $6 worth of milk. Very disappointed, it would be nice if they make it up for me and redo on the drink.
Ask for extra caramel drizzle ,was charged for extra caramel drizzle but got absolutely no caramel drizzle. ☹️ Very disappointed. Also, when asked if I wanted a receipt I said no. Not doing that again.
This is absolutely the worst Starbucks I've ever visited. I can understand getting complex orders wrong sometimes, but how about black iced coffee and a pourover? I wouldn't trust this Starbucks to serve a cup of iced water. And no, I'm not just a hater, most Starbucks are four or five star.
I asked for no ice and they put extra ….. it says no Ice on the sticker so I don’t know how they could’ve messed it up. And manny gave me my drinks dripping with sweet cream cold foam all over the sides. Disgusting my hands were all sticky
I visited the coffee shop hoping for a good experience, but the coffee tasted stale, the service was slow, and the atmosphere was uninviting. Overall, it fell short of my expectations.
Got a cararamel macchiato but it tasted like warm milk. There was no caramel or coffee flavor. And also there was no milk foam for to keep the caramel on top. There was a time when I enjoyed getting a Starbucks coffee but now I've just got it because it was the only place on my way.
Horrible customer service. Six people behind the counter and we were not acknowledged, not even to say, "Will be with you in a moment." I felt like we were inconvening them. Then when someone finally came to a register to take out order my daughter asked if they could still make a salted Carmel Macchiato and was told yes. Then Ryan said (another worker) we can make it without the salt. My daughter replied, "well that's what really makes the drink". Then what does Ryan do, rolled his eyes at my daughter!! She ordered something else. Also, my other daughter ordered a white chocolate mocha and it wasn't made right. Will not be coming back. So sorry to have bothered this staff today.
This is one of the Starbucks I love. But this morning was very frustrating. My daughter was trying to order a Grande Apple Pie Frappuccino off of the Starbucks Secret Menu. So the first young lady we spoke to through the drive through said that they didn't make or have that drink on the menu. I informed her that it was on the secret menu and I had the recipe. She told me to hold and she got another young lady. Then I told her the exact same thing that I stated to the other young lady. She stated they didn't make that particular drink and that a customer made that up. So once again I stated that the frappuccino was on the Secret Menu and I had the recipe for making it. She started again with the negativity, so I told her nevermind. By then she decided she wanted to try and make the drink, but I told her it was okay because I was going to the Starbucks on 190 and N. Garland Ave. And they took the order and made the drink with perfection. I was really disappointed due to the simple fact that a gentleman in the evening had made the frappuccino at that same exact location for my daughter with no hesitation and for the first. Which I had stated to the ladies also. Also that same particular day, there was a young lady that didn't know how to ring the order up. But she got the gentleman and they teamed worked. This morning was terrible and they need to listen and at least try or find out before stating all the reasons why they can't do something. I will come back, but I will stick to my evening crew.
Visited this location on Christmas day 2021 at about noon. Both my gf and I got sick immediately after finishing our cold coffees (that's all we ordered). We both had stomach problems and she was vomiting all day. Terrible experience, we will NEVER return to this location.
Ordered 4 different drinks, drove all the way home to find out it was exactly the same drink in each Venti... Manager was kind enough to refund but when showed up, the lady(staff) had an attitude about it... Didn't believe me or my daughter, it took way longer to re-explained the whole story... Ugh!
Worst iced caramel macchiato ever. It’s like someone added a tone of salt in ice. Never had this kind of taste at any Starbucks but this. It’s close to my job so first time visited them and I think that would be the last one too.

3 days ago I was told I'm not welcome in the drive thru. Note: I drive a right hand drive car, so my steering wheel is on the other side. Apparently, this location thinks it's dangerous to back in, even when no other cars are in the drive thru. I've been going to Starbucks in multiple countries for over 2 decades... Never have I felt unwanted before. I'm so torn on how I feel about this. Side note. Thanks to this experience I found a veteran owned coffee company.
Terrible atmosphere. All of the employees are always unhappy, not friendly and have a bad attitude. Coffee is always flavorless. Friends of mine have felt a bad energy and avoid this location. Go to the Renner and Star Starbucks instead. Not worth the visit.
I’ve been going here for almost a month (3/4 days out of the week) and the service here is the WORST. I waited almost 10 minutes this morning to get waited on with nobody in the store. Typically takes sometimes minutes for anyone to acknowledge me let alone take my order. Apparently drive through customers take top priorities here. Not coming here anymore.
This time, they went too far with the attitude and slow service. Jan 23rd between 7pm-8pm. Cashier was no rush to save or even say a word from the time my daughter and I arrived at the drive through. She wouldn't even care to say anything after almost 7 minutes silence. We drove off without the drinks... Sad! Kudos to Woodbridge Starbucks as always!
I ordered a pink drink with light ice. They filled the cup 2/3 full of ice and didnt even fill the cup with drink. There was a good inch of space at the top. It took me less than 5 minutes to drink this expensive drink. This location has done this to me more than once. I will no longer be going there for my drinks.
I don't know what this lady's problem was, but tonight my mom and brother went to get starbucks by the drive thru and the lady by the window was really effing rude. My my mom and brother are nothing but kind but this lady had an attitude. She also gave us the wrong order. I don't know if that was on purpose or not though.
I recently visited the Starbucks location in Murphy and was thoroughly disappointed with my experience. The coffee I ordered tasted extremely bad, almost as if it had been sitting out for hours. The barista seemed indifferent and rushed, and the overall atmosphere was chaotic and uninviting. I expected better from a renowned chain like Starbucks, but unfortunately, this location failed to meet even the most basic standards of quality and service.
On yesterday I arrived at Murphy Starbucks. I purchased my normal Carmel hot latte. Upon drinking I heard something moving in my cup. I poured out the contents to find 2 rather large screws. Immediately went back to Starbucks to be told by the manager Hope that the Espresso machine most likely was broken. Please be on alert. This could have been fatal.
Hope is an absolute nightmare to deal with. every time I call and say please don't put foam in my Iced Matcha Latte she is rude and argues with me that it's not possible when I go up there they do it and just scoop out the foam and she just continuesto be rude and condescending and then scoops out the foam and leaves a 1/4 of the drink empty. that'swhy y'all are getting laid offand stores closing. y'all keep going up on price anddown on customer service
Disappointed with the customer service I received from the cashier. A little more respect and gratitude toward customers would go a long way—after all, customers are the reason the business thrives.
They told me to wait outside while it’s pouring rain because I had my little cute dog with me. How inconsiderate. They talk about health code but their bathrooms are disgistung. How rude.
We wanted a mocha cookie crumble frap with creme base instead of coffee base and no frap roast and the girl at the window wanted to charge me extra to leave an ingredient out? She was ringing up frap chips, those come in the frap. I use to work at Starbucks that's crazy! Also they didn't have chocolate croissants. We decided not to purchase anything and won't go back to that location.
