Went through the drive-thru and the man at the window was so nice! He repeated our order at the speaker and at the window before we paid. He was very thorough and he seemed to care about his job.

I just watched Dolly and Michelle beautifully and gracefully handle an insane customer screaming at them in the drive thru. He was yelling at them because they requested his military ID for the military discount. Duh! He accused them of discrimination, blah blah, but they literally just enforced the military ID policy. I watched the whole thing. I sure hope their superiors appreciate them and what they deal with on a daily basis. Give em a bonus or something SHEESH Never met these gals before but they’re doing a great job and don’t deserve that treatment from full grown men (who are -not to mention- making a mockery of our military service members!)

Still have the most iconic tasting chili dogs, at a very good price. I continue to be relieved that they've not changed the recipe, and I've been eating these chili dogs since they opened up a Der Wienerschnitzel (old brand) across the street from my high school in 1969. Good job all around. 👍👍

We ordered the all beef hot dog with chili and cheese and grilled onions and the best part of wienerschnitzel hot dogs are the chili and they didn't put no chili on there like barely any chili which made our hot dog all meat, little bread, no chili but it was still good and of course we will go bad. But come on guys bring back the chili cuts. Give more chili. It's the chili dog that gives us life that keeps us coming back. Service was amazing. Atmosphere was what it was supposed to be

You all need to stop arguing with your customers. Simple. Do the right thing, especially when there is a giant window where we can literally see you making our items. If something isn’t correct, there’s no reason to sit and argue. Night shift are not teenagers, yall are grown men. Act right.

The prices have made me decide to never come here again. Food was not great/subpar. Even a corn dog is almost 3.50 for one. The prices are ridiculously high for fast food that isn’t that great.
