Laughing at all the moaners, like the person who didn't expect an extra charge for bacon and avocado. I wonder if they also asked for a side of caviar and golden truffle oil for their sub? Anyway, 5 stars. It's a subway. It's pretty good. And the pricing wasn't bad. You sort of know what you're getting with subway but the colleague was very pleasant and made chit-chat with me, and made the sandwich as requested. Hard to go wrong!

I absolutely loved my experience at this store. I love that there are now three people working; the service is super fast and very efficient. Yesterday when I went, everyone was very friendly and attentive. I'm definitely going back. Plus, the product tastes very fresh and looks to be of excellent quality. I loved everything!
I’ve been coming to this Subway often and I can honestly say the food is always fresh and well prepared. Since the new management, the atmosphere feels much more welcoming, the staff is friendly, and it’s great that they now accept coupons and offer good promotions. You can tell there’s an effort to improve and keep customers happy. The place is clean, service is fast, and overall it’s a reliable spot for a good sandwich. I appreciate the positive changes and look forward to seeing this location continue to grow and improve.

Paid $14.99 for a 6" turkey sub with chips and small soda no extras , it was good but way overpriced. And they have a sign that says $6.99 meal of the day and that's what I ordered but for some reason they said it's 15 bucks? Maybe $10? I'm probably just a cheapskate 🙄 , Going to make my own from now on lol.

The lady was working on February 16 2026 at 8:29 pm have the sign open and door open and the store hour say close at 9 pm and she say is close why??? Please review this really bad for business

I went into this establishment to get a 6inch meatball sandwich. The lady behind the counter did not speak a lick of English . I told her what I wanted and as she was taking the spook and stirring the meatballs around , with that same spoon she tasted it (maybe to make sure it was hot ) and put it back in the container and started to scoop mine onto the bread 😧 I stopped her and asked her to put a new spoon in there because she put it in her mouth and she did not understand one word I was saying to her. First off your employee should really speak English working with the public and the fact that she did that is awful 😞 I will not ever be returning to this establishment ( by the way this was my first time here ) .
Charged me for a drink I never bought. This also happened to another reviewer whose son got charged 18 dollars for a foot long. I swear they are overcharging and pocketing the money. Someone needs to be fired! Also went in there the other day and their scanner wasn’t working so I couldn’t use my gift card, and the woman just blankly stared at me instead of trying to help. I have 50 dollars left in subway gift cards but I am NEVER stepping foot in here ever again. Horrible thieves. Come at your own risk.
The employee was alone and slower than molasses. He cannot multitask and was rude. I entered with a friend, I got in line to have a sandwich made while my friend went to use the restroom. As he headed towards the back the employee hollered "the restroom is for customers only" not knowing he was going to be ordering a sandwich. Then he looked at the customer he was helping and said "I mean there's a sign". It then took over 45 minutes for him to finish up with the two customers that were there when we walked in and make my two sandwiches.
Highly disappointing that they do not take coupons. So our meal cost twice as much as normal, plus, the workers are extremely stingy with the ingredients. Atmosphere, if you like fan sounds and music drowning out the communication with workers.

I never ask for “more,” but six banana peppers on a footlong seemed a bit skimpy. I got three more pieces. Couldn’t taste them or the sauce in the sandwich, there was so little. We ordered two sandwiches, since we didn’t find out til the register that they do not honor the corporate coupons (otherwise we never would have ordered). They left the second sandwich unbagged on their side of the counter and walked away, so we had to reach across the counter and behind the glass to get it. No offer if we wanted any drinks etc. Bathroom not available for customers….
We went to this subway the first day it had new owners, they were so nice and the service was great! Since then I’ve been three times and I’ve finally learned my lesson I’ll never go here again! The employees act as if they are trapped there , the customer service is lacking for sure. On my last visit 1/3/25 I came and placed a fairly large order and presented the employee(the owner) a coupon. I stated because they were specialty orders I’m sure there are extra charges , he didn’t even acknowledge me and just flat out stated that it was store policy to not accept coupons and waved it away. Here’s the thing , if he would have said it in a different way maybe offered a apology or explanation , it wouldn’t have been so frustrating. But combined with the poor service , bad
If you're Latino, don't and you're also in your work van. I don't recommend visiting this place 5 minutes ago. I left there very frustrated. A young woman from Hindu remains treated me in a derogatory and racist way for being Latino. She even attended to people who arrived after me. I still see her malevolent laugh on her face while I retired without buying my food. This racism is getting out of control. But with all my heart I wish that God cleanses that woman's heart of hatred. In fact, I will pray for her.

I used to come here a lot when the young man was working but since the girl started working in the morning she is really rude. I called to ask if they were open because the online and the sign at front says 8 but they never seem to be open until 9:20 we called to ask if they were open all we said was we notice your sign says 8 are you open and she said no we’re open till 9 and that’s not my problem and hung up. That’s the worst customer service. She didn’t have to respond the way she did the food is great just her attitude is horrible.
Ordered blt chips and coke through grub hub. Sandwich came on a roll with 2 pieces of bacon a thin slice of tomatoe and shredded lettuce.it was awful no flavor at all. I couldn’t taste mayo.the didn’t sen coke or chips. Called and they said there was nothing they could so come and get it. I am disabled and that is why I ordered delivery. NEVER AGAIN WHAT A JOKE AND 23BUCKS

However, my experience on Thursday was very unpleasant. There were only three employees working, and one thin female employee was preparing my sandwich. She had her hair down, and another employee handed her a hair tie so she could tie it right in front of my food. She did not wash her hands afterward and continued preparing my sandwich. To make things worse, she answered a phone call while wearing her gloves, left me waiting, and then finished my sandwich without washing her hands and without gloves. This was very unhygienic, disgusting, and disrespectful to the customer. I understand that employees can be busy, but basic hygiene is essential in a food service environment. Because of this, even though I like the place and the food, I would not return due to this type of service. I hope management takes this seriously and reinforces proper hygiene standards.
The bathroom door lock was broken. There was no hand soap or toilet paper available in the bathroom. The bathroom door was blocked by a food tray stand in the hallway. Overall cleanliness was not good, and neither the owner nor the manager seemed concerned about the broken lock or the lack of basic supplies.
