I went in to get some chicken, I was tired from a days work, and I walked in to a very nice and comforting welcome from this cashier. Her name was skye, she made sure my food came out fast, and hot!! Food was absolutely delicious!! I will definitely come back!! (Pick wicked wings for recommended food if it asks)

I was having a very hard day after work and barely made it in time before golden chick. When I pulled up I was created with the upmost respectful young lady. Lately, you won’t ever witness that. I apologize relentlessly about showing up 5 minutes before close and I believe her name was Liz said it was no problem and made my food. It was absolutely delicious. This young lady was very greeting and can’t wait to go see her again!

I had walked in to this establishment last week, and Ordered Their Chicken Strips with Fries and a Drink. I was assisted by Omar. The Customer Service he provided was amazing. And he went out of his way to make sure our order was perfect from the get go! The place was really clean, and the staff was amazing. Everyone was very nice to me as well! Overall a 10/10 experience and I highly recommend this spot. Will definitely be coming back here.

I come here all the time, and I just want to say, the service here has gotten way better the past few months, everyone is always so kind. The food is hot and fresh. I came through the drive thru around 7:30, best crew, I was greeted so kindly. I cant wait ti come again!!

I always have the absolute best food and best service when Brittany (with red braids) takes my order and makes my food! I usually get some kind of wing combo and they are only ever PERFECT when she makes em!!! She's super sweet and her customers service is immaculate! 10/10 recommend Golden Chick because she makes every experience perfect!

The food is always great! I usually come around 8-9pm, greeted by the nicest employees, but the person who stuck out the most was skye, she was helping her fellow crew, and helping customers! She is the best! And she also offered for me to try the Fudge brownie! I highly recommend trying it!

Chicken was ok. The spicy was just seasoning sprinkled on after it's cooked. Dirty rice was not good. Okra was great as was the catfish.

Overall decent experience. The chicken could have been bigger for the price and it was a little dry, but everything tasted good. Higher quality ingredients in most things minus the ranch dressing and the honey sauce? Honey sauce is mostly corn syrup. Any chicken restaurant that doesn't make their ranch in house is just being lazy.

Higher quality ingredients in most things minus the ranch dressing and the honey sauce? Honey sauce is mostly corn syrup. Any chicken restaurant that doesn't make their ranch in house is just being lazy.

I’m a OTR Truck Driver, Driving long hours my fiancé and I pulled off to the Pilot in Nash Tx, to shut down the the night and eat a nice meal before the establishment closes at 10pm. We get in line at 9:15 pm the girl at the register states, we’re not dropping any more meat we close at 10pm but we lock our doors at 9:45 pm. Now mind you there are 4 men ahead of me waiting to order, she goes to say we’re only going to make chicken strips at 9:15pm, she hollers to the cook don’t drop anymore chicken, all the customers were like you can make other chicken before 9:45pm she refused and walked away. Now the cook comes from the back and says, I can only make chicken strips. I was very disappointed in customer service at this establishment. I was looking forward to eating a meal, I only ended up purchasing 3 strips because I was starving at this point, my fiancé went to bed without any food. It was a very upsetting first time wanting to try Golden Chick, Not sure if I’ll even try Golden Chick again, I have in my mind they’re not here to serve the customers, there here to Go Home Early As Possible. To Make a long story short, you won’t be getting any fresh food once 9pm hits here there already closed in there minds.

Ordered a 4 piece broasted chicken and received a 3 piece blackened chicken instead. The roll and potatoes were decent. Chicken went in the garbage. To add to it, the dasher had to wait an additional 25 minutes after arriving at the store.

First of all, I ordered the Brisket plate. Meat was drier than the Sahara and you don't get much of it to begin with. With 2 sides and 1 peoce of Texas Toast with drink, all for just under 19 bucks. I had to pay extra for the 2nd piece of toast. Also, if you travel OTR. Don't think about stopping with your significant other. The store policy is 1 person per shower. So forget about enjoying a hot shower with them. They're gonna get that extra charge out if you. Keep rolling. Don't waste your time.
