Every weekend I go they have a line ! But thankfully everyone is kind even when busy. They do a rush on every order but still have a smile and say have a nice day to each customer a good customer service and kind.🤗🤗

The ice cream was amazing. There was a long line and they got the line down so quickly and it was my son's first time trying dairy queen and the ice cream was amazing

About a month ago, I went in and ordered me a blizzard. It was very watery. I asked for a refund and they told me no because they did not do anything wrong. When I asked for the manager they said they did not need have one. Horrible service. 0/10 do not recommend.

Overall service was ok , new white mocha shake and rainbow shake are disgusting save your coin.

That place is no longer there. Reason for closing is poor management and never having enough employees working at that location. I been going to that location when I was a kid and now that I’m in my 20s, it’s sad to see it go.

Prices vary depending on who is ringing you up. One girl who looks, or at least likes to act like, a manager with long brown hair and sunken in eyes refuses to acknowledge any discounts or promotions and is very unknowledgable on the companies policies and prices, while any other employee gets it right, down to the fine text. Management needs to do something about the quality of their staff as it is one of the major issues leading to their lack of business.

I use to love going to orange julius not Dairy Queen as a kid and getting a Pina Colada which now I believe is known as the tropi-colada to avoid confusion but even the workers couldn't explain the difference between an orange julius and premium fruit smoothie. This will probably be my last experience at any Orange Julius.

This location never participates in DQ promotions like free cone day, and it often closes efore stated hours. The young adults working there are friendly, but management needs to do a better job.

I went to get something today and the girl charged me and another person so she touched money and my card and then went to do our food without washing her hands she could have atleast sanitized or put some gloves but nothing that is so dirty and more right now during covid
