I've dined at Gustando several times now and have always been satisfied! The mushrooms are always a great choice, especially the fried ones, but I've never tried a bad dish—quite the opposite! Always excellent, characterful flavors! Welcoming and attentive service! The wine list is perhaps a little limited, but that's fine! Excellent value for money.

A pleasant dinner with excellent food. Very kind and attentive staff. Gluten-free and lactose-free options available. The place is clean, tidy, and simply yet elegantly furnished. I loved the tables in a somewhat secluded part of the restaurant for a bit of privacy.

We ate really well. Everything was based on mushrooms. The fried mushrooms were truly exquisite, the risotto and gnocchi were simply amazing, and the tomino wrapped in speck was delicious. The desserts were also very good and served with care. To finish, there were various types of coffee. The owner and staff were very friendly. Definitely worth a try.

The restaurant is characterized by a clean, tidy atmosphere, and simple, elegant furnishings. The menu is original, with carefully presented and freshly prepared dishes, including desserts. A surprise is the selection of fresh porcini mushrooms, available off-menu in various preparations, such as risotto, tagliatelle, or simply fried. The restaurant is recommended for the excellent quality of the food and reasonable prices. The staff is extremely friendly, always helpful, and courteous.

A very nice restaurant just outside Brescia. The restaurant isn't easily visible: it's located in a lovely little square that somehow resembles the courtyard of a large farmhouse. You won't find a sign, so pay attention to the windows. The restaurant is clean, tidy, and furnished simply but elegantly. The menu is original, and the dishes are presented in a "clean" way, reflecting the restaurant you're sitting in. Everything is freshly prepared, including the desserts. A nice surprise is the fresh porcini mushrooms, offered off-menu, either raw on the steak tartare or with the fresh tagliatelle and beef bites. It's very kind of the owner to offer a taste of the fried porcini mushrooms, which are delicious and very fresh. One area for improvement concerns the young woman serving the food, who lacks a bit of experience, and it shows. For example, when a colleague of mine (an expert beer taster) told her while serving beer with a wine glass that it didn't foam and didn't guarantee the best beer experience, she simply said, "They told me to do it like this," and she continued pouring and then walked away. Her service generally seemed a bit cold and impersonal, but other than that, the owner was very kind. Another small flaw was the wine glass: for me, a glass of wine is usually half to three-quarters of a glass, not just a little more than the dregs. Aside from that, the place is highly recommended, and the prices are absolutely reasonable for the quality of the food.
