Wish I could give zero stars …What’s the point of ordering ahead of time . I get there 30 minutes after my order was placed and was told it will be ready 10-15 minutes smh . Now I’m waiting another 20 minutes because she said it next in line . So my order wasn’t placed in the time I ordered . On top of that she mumbled something while I walked away . I wasn’t disrespectful in anyway and I get no sorry for the mix up or some understanding for having to wait almost an hour for my TWO pizzas . Next time I will just go to Pizza Hut or domino’s.

I went yesterday 9pm Google says its close at 11pm so i ask for wings and this white kind of chubby girl tells me we aren't making right now I said okay! I order 2 boxes of pizza and 1 box of cheese bread, my order came out she gave me 1 box i ask her for the rest and she said "wha order) she rolled her eyes didn't even apologize or say a word! Girl if you don't like your job get out! U make little Caesars look worst! So unprofessional! It was a Saturday night!

Usually undercooked, and looks like it's cut by a 3 year old. The lady who is usually at the front is always rude. But hey, "hot and ready"... Well sometimes.

Lady up front took order pizza and bread sticks took over 30 min. And no communication not even an apology for the delay or anything patently order didt went back this is really unacceptable

The last two orders they have forgot half my order. When I call to get a partial refund I am told they can’t give me a refund. If I used delivery, paid fees plus the tip I don’t understand how it’s okay I take someone’s money but not give the full product! This economy is hard to get by as it is you would think if they forget something they would make it right

I order Little Caesars regularly and today I was completely disappointed. My two other pizzas were perfect but my pepperoni pretzel one was burnt. I took it back to get a new one and with met with an employee who proceed to tell me it was wrong or not burnt. Which clearly it was. Got another and same way and he refused to make me one correctly saying it’s “bubbling and can’t be fixed”. I’ve never received the pretzel one like this and was disappointed in the customer service I received.

Didn’t even place an order because I walked in to a worker moaning and groaning about helping the customer before me. Then when I went to order the extra most bestest pizza the worker puts his hands up on his head and sighed angrily. I understand being short staffed but… you can’t act like that towards customers. I told him never mind and left without ordering.

Worst pizza I’ve bought from little caesars. Bad customer service as well on this store, was not even greeted, I went inside to pickup from the pizza portal thing, and I had to take my dips myself from behind the counter. To top it off!! Half way down the pizza the damn thing was raw from the bottom of the dough.

Customer service is horrible and they are very slow. Very unprofessional staff. One employee had her kids here running around the cooking area in their pajamas with no shoes on. Climbing in the cooler. One child even cursed her mother out in front of patrons to include myself, at which point the mother slapped the child in the face in front of everyone. Will not come here ever again!

Not sure if I ordered soup or wings but I am pretty sure they took a reg pepperoni pizza and added a ton of bell peppers and a few sausages and called it a supreme. This sucks.
