Best donuts anywhere. But, Sunday mornings they go fast due to large purchased by church groups. 7:45 only a couple dozen donut holes left.

We have been traveling around the US and trying the apple fritters and none compares to what this Donut Shop makes, they are the best we have had by far. Now that we are back in the area we look forward to coming and buying not only the apple fritters but, many other of his yummy pastries. Only problem is we now live 45 minutes away so hoping some will still be there in the am when we get over there.

Nothing to chance...Be there EARLY, or else you will be disappointed. They move fast and rightly so. I've been going here for 10 years and they are awesome, family owned, and love what they do. We love the cream cheese filled donuts, but they seem to rarely, if ever, be available now. The yeast and cake donuts are delicious too.

BY FAR Waaaaaaaay better than Dunkin Donuts!! If you are buying for family or you workcenter, they will like you and maybe keep you forever because these soft, scrumptious, melt-in-your-mouth, torus shaped, good-excuse-to-gain-weight DONUTS are so GOOD.

A Niceville staple for sure. My favorite glazed doughnut I've ever had. Make sure to get there earlier than later. These tasty treats go fast.

For over two years I have passed through the USO at the Destin/FWB Airport and Twin Cities Donut Shop has provided something nearly every time! It's businesses like this that continuously make sacrifices for our Service Members with little or no recognition that should not be overlooked. Thank you for providing moments of joy to those Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen, Marines, and Coasties that pass though VPS for whatever reason!

I visited the shop for the first time and was so excited to go from all the good reviews I read, and I was also a bit worried because of a few bad ones. However, the good reviews did NOT disappoint me! The imperfect shapes of the doughnuts indicate that the doughnuts are handmade, fresh, and delicious 🍩. Also, we went on Saturday at 8 am, and there are many doughnuts available, contrary to the ones who made the negative review. Dont listen to the bad reviews! I highly recommend this doughnut shop!!!

Saturday 9/2- This was my first time here and it was pretty cool 😎 experience. I have drove pass this location but never really came into the plaza. It is in the plaza with Dominoes Pizza 🍕. I got me a dozen of donut holes and I really enjoyed them. They also sell coffee. I really like 👍 the environment and energy here. They are quick with packing up orders. I highly recommend. I would say you do have to come early I came around 9:30am Based off the photos they was almost sold out. They did have a few left but I was still pleased. Come early and grab a donut 🍩

Love this place! I like to come here from time to time to get a few dozen doughnuts. Everytime I've gone, the employees I have come across have been caring, patient, and very easy to work with! I have not received a doughnut from this store that I have not enjoyed as they are always freshly baked to perfection and taste amazing! If you have a chance to swing by and buy a doughnut or a dozen, this is the place to go! Thank you for the great experience and Ill be back in the future!

We have been using them to buy donuts for our Elementary school for 3 years now. Buying on average 56 dozen at one time. Always on time and great quality. All the kids and parents love "Donuts with Grownups" day.

Been here multiple times sometimes around 10am and they're usually pretty sold out but even a 630 arrival left me leaving with scraps and basic donuts.

Learn how to talk to customers. Do not yell and throw things and tell us you will close the shop down for simply waiting on donuts. Horrible customer service. Too bad I didn’t video it to have more proof but that was childish.

Poor business. If you say you open at 0530 be open at 0530. Twice I tried to go here and they weren't open when they were supposed to be by the times they have posted. Tuesdays-Sundays 0530-1100. I came by at 0545 and waited until 0615 and the guy was in there but the shop wasn't ready to open clearly. I won't be making my drive out from Niceville to get donuts here nor will I give my business to them when I go on base every morning. Not keeping promises you make to your customers does not deserve my time or money. I don't care how good their donuts are. I'll be telling my colleagues about this as well. I personally am very particular about time because the time I wasted I will never get back and my time is not more valuable as anyone else's in the world and I can't even buy it back. If you don't mind the inconsistent businesses hours they have I'm sure you'll get decent donuts here or call them before you go that will save you a trip. As for me I'll just take this as a sign to cut out donuts from my diet all together lol

Went in early at 5:50 and no there was barely a selection. 2 strawberry donuts 1 chocolate 1 Kruller . Asked if more were on the way she said no…. What???

I went in this place this morning to find me a donut. And they probably had 10 donuts in the entire case. And when I asked them what was coming up next, they just named what they already had. It's not advertising to walk into a donut shop and find that they have maldonades for the most part

This place is worse run shop ever I have been there 6 times at different times and never any doughnuts available. Absolutely horrible n today 3 workers and had 6 glazed doughnuts at 6 a.m. pathetic

Awful. I called in early as per the reviews to put in my order of a dozen. While the customer service was excellent the doughnuts unfortunately were a HUGE disappointment for $12.00 they looked severely undercooked, minimal glaze and very dry. I thought putting them in the microwave would help to soften them a little and that just made them even harder smh definitely not better than Krispy creme and sadly I would NOT recommend
