I love this location because their chow mein noodles are always fresh tasting, and it's mostly noodles, not mostly cabbage and vegetables. :) Their entrees are usually soft and fresh too, all around I don't encounter problems at this location 😊
A pleasure they have now mastered the Drive Thru Ordering, that a month ago had the staff Frustraded. I miss the aroma and all the eye appeal but my wallet doesn't. Thanks To all the Staff for staying Open working hard and not letting the Quality slip.

Just want to thank the management and staff at this Panda Express. Thier hospitality was amazing. We drove through late ,headed to San Antonio from working. Tired and hungry we stopped in before right before closing. We were greeted and served dispite the inconvenience to them. The food was still hot and fresh and the place was CLEAN Thank you so much! I highly recommend it. 5 stars .
Panda Express is always a great place to eat...they offer the Panda bowl, or if you like something a bit on the larger scale you can grab a 2 entree plate and if you just like an entre then a box of its own is just right..they always have fast, friendly service and a clean place to eat...can never go wrong with Panda.
Grabbed a family meal option. Was enough food to feed 5 people. Great selection of food. Had enough food to eat 3-4 times after first serving. Food has been consistent every time I visit a location. Very good Chinese food.

One of my favorite local places to eat! Food is always yummy and fresh! The manager named Chase is super friendly and does an amazing job! One of the servers, named Samuel, always goes above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service! They definitely deserve 5 stars. =)
Love me some sweet fire chicken! I just love how all the tastes combine together with the pineapple, so good! It my favorite I hope they don't stop serving it.
The serving staff was friendly and helpful, and the food fresh and very good. This location has a Clean atmosphere in the restaurant and facilities. The entire staff seems to have a smooth operation and everything was well stocked in the self serve counter. Overall highly recommend this location for a quick bite.
Carina our server was AMAZING!! She was very attentive and had great customer service. The manager on duty on 1/25/25 at around 3pm was amazing as well. Great job team.
For the second time visiting this location, my family and have been greeted and served by Sam. The first time around this young man went above and beyond it was a small gesture towards my kids and his whole character was superb. 2nd visit we got the exact same service and once again went above and beyond, my children love the new turning red movie and w/o us knowing they have a sticker pack with the kids meal. We get the new family feast(5) cause it’s awesome and good savings. I asked if i could just buy 3 sticker packs for my kids and you better believe it Sam did it again. My kids were super excited and the food was awesome. Thank you Sam for your customer service.

Very clean and well kept restaurant with well presented menu items. The food was superb, but we were most impressed by the professional appearance, service, recommendations, courtesy and respect shown by Elijah. Will definitely return to this location.
One of the best and most consistent locations, but the automated “would you like to try our new blah blah” voice at the drive thru is disingenuous and annoying. Please don’t keep that feature. It makes the experience awkward.
I wanted to say the service was great food was good but mostly I wanted to tell you about something I saw as I sat in my car I noticed the manager taking the time to help an elderly women to her car she clearly had a problem walking she held his arm an he gently made sure she was ok in this world where everyone is in such a hurry it's refreshing to see someone take the extra time to be a kind soul as well as a great example for the younger people that he managed bravo to you sir your a winner in my book
Food was excellent even though it was drifting lunch they ran out of teriyaki and replaced it so quick !!! I wanna compliment isaiah he was very polite and helped me out when I asked for sweet n sour chicken Wich is orange chicken . I will be coming back !!

It was Panda Express. But it was the cleanest most polite Panda Express I've ever been to. Maybe it was because it was in New Braunfels Texas not on New Braunfels Street in San Antonio. 😂😂 Which is my regular . Panda Express. New Braunfels Texas
They messed up on my order and I gave them the receipt to the order that was missing alot of items BUT I gave them proof of receipt and explained the situation and they told me come on by and will fix it for you. Thank you Xzavier for fixing it for me! Appreciate him and his customer service too!! 🙏
Service amazing and so we're the food. I went to many Panda Express places, BUT I have j to say, this one is very very good. Flavors is good, nothingis sitting there long because they have traffic.
Well holy moly. This crew is pretty great. You could tell those guys were absolutely hustling to survive the dinner rush. They were friendly and easy going and did a great job. You could tell they all respected the manager and worked well as a team because the manager was right there hustling with them to get through it. Super clean, food was hot and fresh, nice family roadtrip staple stop.
Best panda express in town way better then the creekside location.The service was terrific i couldn't ask for a better experience for me and my dog as they made us feel welcomed.One of the employees hooked my dog up with some chicken which was awesome will definitely come back again soon
Last few times we’ve left but this time we ordered through the app. An entree we had ordered was not available so we were asked to wait 12 minutes for the teriyaki chicken. The 12 minutes turned into 26 minutes until my husband went inside to see what the wait was. He came back with our order.

Good place to eat. They had a few things I hadn't tried before and they were good. Not a cozy place but that's OK. Service was quick so it works a a "quick" bite to eat place. Good to visit alone or in a group. Has outdoor seating too.

Understanding the current situation, but it's now twice that we've place an online order for pickup at a designated time & the order wasn't ready. Had to wait more than 20mins after pickup time. Need to find a better way way to manage this
Sign on door said dine in, but we were told after ordering that we couldn't eat there. I got home and found there was no beef in my beef broccoli. My wife wanted Angus beef but was told it would take 6 minutes. Not pleased with our visit.
I love Panda but the guy who served me gave me super small portions and when I asked for some extra forks it took my sister going behind the counter for them to actually get us the forks. I get it, you're busy.... but there was NO ONE else in the lobby. Drive thru has ONE lane... figure it out. Food was good though, fresh... customer service was a 2/5. Food 5/5.
I’m a DoorDash driver… my customer’s Panda Express order was well over 10 minutes past the estimated pickup time. I would have been more forgiving, but I had another customer’s order at a different restaurant I also needed to pickup afterwards. While waiting, I also noticed an employee getting upset with another employee for making the super greens incorrectly. Clearly this Panda Express needs better management. I give them 2 stars instead of 1 because of the last employee that helped me… I could tell that he was trying his best despite the chaos.
The reason for my two star review. Is that every time we go to eat at this location they are out of what we want to eat when ordering. This is a long shot but I think I’m going to start negotiating for a 20% discount when I’m forced to order something else and suggest that all customers start to do the same or go to another restaurant to eat. I feel like this will either force this location to step up their game or start loosing customers at their location. It’s so disappointing when you don’t go out much and get to a the restaurant, download the QR Code, put the vehicle in park, go over the menu, find what you want, get to the speaker, order the food, and they chime back in to tell you they are out of what you want and to choose something else. That gets so old. I had to order the broccoli beef only to get home to find one shred of beef in the broccoli (very disappointed) I won’t go back to this location. But I’m definitely going to dress up my negotiation skills. Get ready Panda Express. People read reviews. Step up your business.
Food usually good, service takes lil while sometimes but usually friendly and atmosphere looks like every other panda inside. Thank you.
We were the 4th car in line for the drive through. It took 27 minutes. I wanted to leave but my passenger REALLY wanted Panda Express, so I waited ... when she finally received her meal it was what she ordered. But there was only one napkin, NO utensils (which the order clearly called for)and the food was far from warm... room temperature at best.
I came in this evening.....not sure if short staffed or not but there was not a clean table in the whole place. After ordering, I had to clean my own table with soap and paper towels I got from the restroom. The ladies behind the counter were talking amongst themselves, one waa taking drive through orders, the cook was preparing food. About half way through the meal, someone finally came out and started cleaning the tables and the lobby area.... They did prepare the food item I wanted which they were out of....I am grateful for that.
The guy didnt ask me for a drink just assumed that was it guy rushed the order and the line took to long to order from the drive trough will not be stopping here again. In fact I will be driving to the panda express over in creekside near target cause they have better customer service and know the menus better and ask more. Waist of time and money. Needs better training coming from a managers perspective.
I won't be going back. There were two things that I wanted and they were out of those. They said it would take 5 minutes. My friend are and was done and still didn't have it. I was walking out the door when they said it was ready. I got a small box to go. When I got hone it just didn't taste right. I threw it away. People were rude and the food not worth the money.
Going down hill! I haven't had a fresh, quality meal from the Bulverde/Spring Branch location in a long time. I am constantly served small, old portions like they only cook once a day. The above picture is of what is supposed to be String Bean Chicken Breast... My best guess is that it was made yesterday.
Mopping floor like it’s a lake, out of most of their entrees, and employee standing on the cook area. Not a good look for an hour before close. The manager came by and asked if everything was OK, that they close the lobby at 10. My suggestion is to start doing this at 10 when the lobby is closed instead of when people are walking in.
I've eaten at a ton of Panda Express restaurants. Prices have gone up everywhere but in addition to that this panda send to have also halved the entree size while doubling the rice or noodles. Pretty chintzy

I always order double shrimp and usually rice. Thus time I Jyst wanted double shrimp. My son comes back and I got this very very small box. I noticed when covid came and Biden was destroying our country. Everything became smaller and less of whatever it is you are buying. Anyway for some reason Panda Express has become literally very very greedy give you less and raise those prices. Makes me so mad and they all think the American people don’t know this. They think we don’t notice. Enough is enough that loser Biden and the democrats are history. Trump is coming back a fair warning to all industries, restaurants and retail either lower your prices to the consumer or put more inside yo eat. I really don’t care to ever return until they stop being so greedy.
Ordered from here to be delivered and they gave my order to a different driver, then they said they had to prepare it again and when the correct driver got there there was no order to be picked up. Called the delivery company and they tried to reorder to be delivered again and the restaurant kept cancelling the order. Well I am cancelling this place off my favorite restaurant list.
Do not eat here! Robert the night manager was very disrespectful to us. He was very sarcastic and refused to honor the military discount Panda Express offers. His cashier forgot to apply it prior to finalizing the transaction and when questioned his attitude was very smart and degrading. When we brought it to his attention his response was ,” it’s cool”! Though we presented our identications he was very unprofessional. The worst experience ever!!
I order the Bigger Plate with chow Mein, not Salad 😏. Not enough Beijing beef and a lot of Salad that I repeat did not order. Won't give me options to upload pictures. Will try again in a later time . Since I already try 4 times.
Not a manager in sight. 3 customers in the building and I'm waiting 30 mins for an UberEATS order. You guys used to be so good about having it ready when I got here. Now you guys are trash.
Service was horrible. We went in about 40 minutes before closing, because the hours were wrong online. They ignored the people in line while we watched them fill about 8 orders at the drive up. Then, still 30 minutes before closing, they blocked off half the restaurant with chairs so people in line had no place to sit. They then locked the doors 10 minutes early. I've never had a more rude experience in a restaurant. Wow.
Truly disappointed I waited 15 minutes in drive thru only to get home and have my order wrong. I had ordered orange chicken with rice and egg roll plate. On the plate you have your big entree and your two sides. Well, my plate on the large entree was rice like how can rice be considered the main entree. What I did get was a small portion side of the chicken and the main entree was the rice. I called spoke with the manager and she was you had needed to say double portion of the chicken and I was telling her the chicken was the main entree and not rice. She wasn't rude ior anything but was not going to fix it now on my son's plate they got it right main entree beef bricolli and rice for the sides. Never going back ever
I usually go here all the time because my son loves it. This time is not the case. The lady at the window acted like she was mad that she was there. When I got to the window she would not smile at me . She didnt say one word to me. The fried rice, orange chicken, chicken teriyaki, spring rolls, and rangoons all tasted disgusting. The food actually tasted dirty and it tastes like it's all a day old. I ate a few bites and decided to throw it all away and not feed it to my 2 year old son. $20 wasted.
I will personally never go back to this location. Ordered two plates with teriyaki chicken with teriyaki sauce on both. Well get home and no sauce just dry chicken. The white rice also had chow mein in the bottom of it which wasnt right. So I call to tell the location what happened. I made mention that the creekside locations chicken always looks more presentable and their chicken looks like nasty scraps (their steak at walnut also always has a funky taste). The employee "Jared" proudly says well I'm shocked because creekside has worse reviews and their chicken always comes out black because they never clean their grill. Well jared, I think you not only convinced me not to order at the walnut location but creekside as well. Thanks for letting me know yall have poor standards at all locations. I hope this makes it's way to corporate but I'll prolly just give them a call myself. The last time I will offer why I prefer another location to help and now I'm not going to be eating panda Express in new braunfels now. Evidently even their employees claim they have poor standards in food safety.
If I could give a 0 I would. Waited in line thru drive thru was I was told my order would take 4 min for eggrolls I ordered. Was told to pull around that they would get my food to me. No biggie waited over 20 min knocked on locked door. Manager came out with my food and apologized for wait. I drove home and its not even my food and no egg rolls. I tried to call location but they didn't answer all 9 times I called. When I got there the manager took my receipt and said the other lady came back too. Never said sorry or anything. When I waited again for me food he said here throwing the back at me. I asked if he was the manager he said yes. Beyond rude everyone in the restaurant was staring at him. Unacceptable to drive over a hour for food to be treated terribly by a manager on duty! Would like to take to someone about this.
I went for the amazing black tea they have cus it's my favorite. It was literally an hour and a half before they closed and they had already pre-closed and had no tea left front or back. I understand pre-closing but not an hr and a half that early. Maybe 30 minutes but i was so sad.
I used to go here all the time! After my injury I have tried multiple occasions to order online and they show no rice items or chow mein and only one meet choice. Called to get some help, guy was pretty much like oh well can’t do nothing! Poor customer service in my book
I am so sick of this Panda Express. The food is ALWAYS cold and they never give you any sauce. I just ordered serveral orders of egg rolls and cream cheese Rangoons and they never give any sauce. It’s so irritating to have these sides and no sauce. They should include them every time with these items. It’s beyond irritating.
The food was great but, most workers were nice but one of the staff members was EXTREMELY RUDE and keep giving us dirty look’s because we were asking for a bag! I hope she knows that I’m talking about her and I hope this gets to her manager!!!!
Do not eat here. Robert the light shift manager was very disrespectful and insulting after one of the employees forgot to apply our military discount after presenting our identifications. His response was “ it’s cool”. It was very embarrassing! Panda Express is usually pretty good. This is our second bad experience here.
15 minute wait for beef and brocolli 3 times in a row now. They don't sell white or brown rice, but it's still on the menu. I was given a container full of brocolli and one tiny piece of meat... after waiting 15 minutes. Get your portions together and have food ready for customers.
Today June 16, 2021 at 5;30pm … I walked in and they said can’t take order out or no to go! But I saw a lady did order to go and take it out … so I asked one of the waitress that I can’t go drive thru because I’m deaf… so he said go try drive thru so I did and drove to window and gave them a paper what I want to order and they wrote down and said NO CASH??? I don’t see any signs about no cash?! So think that I am discriminated??? Because I’m deaf or what?? I think it’s not fair !!
I have called the past couple nights to order online and last time i was told they had no corporate number and hung up on me. I know this review will not be recognized amd nothing will happen. I work in retail and get off late it will be nice to know when they are short staff or any issues that may accur
Dont come until after 10am. Why do yall open at 9:30am if nothing is ever ready. I'm always having to wait 20minutes for my order even when I arrived 15 min past opening. Just open at 10am and I won't bother wasting my time here.
This is by far the worst Panda Express I’ve ever been to. I was told that Hannah is the person that runs the show there and I’m not sure if they just don’t have enough employees but they are always out of everything. I mean how can you be out of white stemmed rice at 11am? 🤔 I drive up to the window and ask the guy for sauce and he said “we’re out of sauce, we are usually out of stuff” and I asked him how they can be out of sauce as well as rice they just opened and he said “I don’t have any at the window, do you want me to grab the one from up front” after I asked him why they were already out lol 😆 Yall, don’t let these people lie to you, they just don’t want to do the work. Take my advice, and just go to the one at Creekside, they have their stuff together. These folks need to do better.
Drive thru around 320pm Must have been short on Chicken but had plenty of mushrooms. Ordered the 2plate meal with only steamed rice and Mushroom chicken. Got clumpy steamed rice and Zero chicken but plenty of Mushroom sauce and Mushrooms. A to go box of Mushroom "soup" and clumpy rice. Not a good way to spend $20.
Would give it a zero if possible. You order take out and go to pick it up and they say that they just had someone pick it up. The app shows that it was picked up by Door Dash and yet we didn't order delivery. We go home and there is nothing at our house but yet it was delivered. The manager said that there was nothing that he can do. I'm still trying to figure this one out. They are giving to go orders to anyone who comes in saying they ordered something without checking their ID or credit card that they paid with. Not the best way of doing things when most of your business is going to be done like this in the future. Not a good set of procedures to make sure that you give the right people the right order. Then complicate it with poor customer service. Talk about a good way to lose a lifetime's worth of business.
If ordering online do not expect to get correct order. 4 Grilled Chicken Teriyaki dinners and no sauce included. So just chicken and rice. They did nothing to correct this after I called. They could care less.
The young skinny boy with glasses that’s works at the window is RIDICULOUSLY rude!!! Forgot my drink I got back in line. Forgot my sauces. I got back in line he said Ong I’m so tired of u. I said you forgot my drink and sauce that’s not my fault. He said ohhh do u want more do u want more. While putting packets in my hand one at a time. Tired of you and slammed the window. He needs to be fired!!!! I went at 2:40pm on Monday November 6. Check ur cameras!
Had a horrible experience at the creek side location, so we decided to try this location. Walked up to eat inside, and the doors were locked with a sign saying "out of rice, only accepting drive-though orders. We turned around and left. I don't know what happened to Panda, but ever since covid the customer service has been horrible, portion size has been shrunk, and the restaurants don't even allow indoor seating. We've decided to eat local now. If you want good Chinese try Pho NB.
I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN. EVER. I will drive farther to go to Creekside than to ever come back. It used to be fine. I have been a patron here for years. But there have been multiples in the past few months where I’ve been eating here (inside) and seen different customers come in from the drive thru and complain their order isn’t right or they’ve been waiting for 10+ minutes. This has happened at least 3 separate times. Then 2 weeks ago I was in the drive thru and asked to pull up (the dreaded thing anyone in a drive thru has to hear). I ask how long it will be and I’m told no more than 3 min. 14 min later I have to go inside and no one has a clue what I’m waiting for (basically what I’ve seen other customers experience). Then there’s tonight - My husband gets home with our to-go order and he’s missing an entire side in his order and my son has no chicken in his string bean chicken. None. Just green beans. I call up there because it’s 8:15pm at this point and we have 2 young kids that need to go to bed. I ask the order be refunded; at least the 2 meals. I’m told I have to drive back up there and bring all the food for that to happen. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. I should have to stop what I’m doing which is trying to get 2 kids ready for bed, and drive up there to get a refund?!?! Because of their mistake! That’s just unacceptable service. They could have taken the order number off the receipt and looked up to verify all the info and refunded the meals back to the card of payment electronically. Sorry y’all just lost consistent customers.
Correct me if I'm wrong. If your hours say until 10pm; shouldn't you have food to serve until 10pm? All sides gone at 930, and when I asked about them I was told "this is what we have, but only small portions." Are y'all really rationing what you sell? Never stopping at this location again.
Portions sizes need to be weighed out. We bought 1 plate and 1 bigger plate. In total we were shorted 9oz of meat. 9oz! It’s hard to enjoy your food when you’re being shorted. This is the second time we’ve been here and we’ve portion sizes are not accurate.
Didn’t give me my fork, hot mustard, soy sauce, or sweet and sour sauce I asked for. And I paid for a plate with orange chicken Beijing beef and chow mein. And guess what there is no chow mein. I want my money back. This location is a scam. And the cashier Adrian was rude and very unethical
Her name was Ashley or Ashlynn either way she was one of the rudest people I’ve ever come across I asked for a family pack and aside from that two extra entrees and she told me she couldn’t do that also I asked if she could put names on the outside of the family pack boxes for me and my friend that really pissed her off even though there was only one car behind me she said she didn’t have time for that she was finding an excuse not to do anything I asked her tone was aggressive like she was trying to challenge me I asked her name she said i could pull up and find out she stated do you want the food or not?I asked her to get the person in charge and the person in charge did try to make it right and gave us a free eggroll and apologized but what got me curious was they forgot to put ice in our drinks so i went in to refill them with ice when i was parked and the person in charge came to tell me sorry they forgot to put ice and told me Ashley is always like that with every customer why is she getting away with this if she is panda is gonna lose a lot of business
I arrived at 10:20pm with my children. The door was open so we came in. I was told by Nichell that they "ran out of food." I asked what time they closed. She stated that the inside closes at 10pm and the drive thru closes at 10:30pm. Another employee explained that they had already thrown out the food. I thanked him for his honesty and told Nichell that they did not run out of food so she was being dishonest. She became visibly upset and began talking over me and telling me that I wasn't even supposed to be inside because the door should be locked. She stated that running out of food and throwing it out is the same thing. I explained that running out of gas and choosing to empty my gas tank would not be the same. She cut me off again and rudely said to have a nice day. My understanding of restaurant management is that if a customer comes in before closing that he or she should be able to eat. If not, then the store hours should be changed accordingly.
Employees seem irritated and have no customer service skills. No napkins or forks included, and they gave us one sauce packet when we asked for some. Why support a business that cares so little about customer satisfaction?
1st they were out of what we ordered and were told in 5 min they would bring us our food but they never brought us our food. I had to go back and ask for it. Got yesterday's gross burned Crab Rangoons with yucky cream cheese. Just overall bad experience at this location. Employees don't say thank you. The tea was good tho.
Second time I order from the panda express I love panda express but this location I’m done. Not sure if they’re not serving enough or are they short on food or what and first time order and large, lemonade got home and drink nothing but water. I had I had to throw it away this time it was the food got home when I open it the box is not what I expected. I’m done. And not say that I order two big plate the other day and they only gave me two meat. Spoke to the manager is name is Joe and he asked me for a receipt. If I knew that they were supposed to give me three meat. I would’ve kept the receipt, but that was his way of not honoring that they made a mistake because he knew that I was not going to have a receipt to prove that they messed up is a horrible panda express and nasty food. I gave it a try and I’m not doing it again I usually go to Chinese restaurant but I guess they needed the money better than I do.
Time in- 7:45 PM No greeting when we walked in, had to actively seek someone out to order dine-in. Buffet was missing 4 items..out of 2 entrees, egg rolls and cheese wontons. The hubs and I each ordered the 2 plate. Portions were large but our food was room temp at best. Spring rolls were our only option and they were soggy and inedible...mine went directly into the trash.Tea urn was empty as well! Popped into the restroom before leaving and both toilets in Ladies were clogged! Despite the experience we still said "Thank you and goodnight" and received no response from staff including what looked to be the manager. Will not be returning to this location! The only positive thing I could say is that they are lucky I was not a secret shopper! It's mind blowing to me that people choose to work in the restaurant industry and lack the simple basics of a greeting, edible food and clean environment. Sincerely Dissatisfied Customer
Do not come here after 8PM. They never have any chow mein available and are serve scraps. Please prioritize having all options available and making more when items are getting low. Cleaning up and emptying out the selections should not be a priority when your doors are still open.
Every single time there’s an issue. Wrong food. No sauces. Poor food quality. I take a break and come back hoping for better but it’s just consistently bad. Lesson learned.
Waited in line at the drive through for 20minutes. Finally get to the speaker to order and never greeted! Waited another ten minutes and no cars in front of me, even at the pickup window. I drove away! They wasted thirty minutes of my time for dreadful service. And just lost my loyal business for life. It’s truly unacceptable.
Everytime i order fro uber or dash the never send condiments correctly we buy from this store in personand thru the app when i send food fir my kids this is th 3rd time im sure they can read the order
I love panda, every other location taste great. The staffs fine. The only issue is this is the one panda that on and off will have chewy orange chicken I don’t understand. That’s all.
Throwing away food before closing and not having Orange Chicken due to so resulting in me wasting my time. They gave me a few options as a take it or leave it situation so I’m just here to give one star and find something else.
I ordered a plate with Fried Rice, Orange Chicken, and Beef with Broccoli. Unfortunately, there was no beef at all, just broccoli and chicken. I didn’t notice until I got home. Food tasted fine, but orders should be checked more carefully. I also noticed that Panda Express does not reply to any reviews, good or bad. That really says a lot about customer service.
Sent my husband to pick up our online order because I was sick. My husband gets there and gives the employee the name for the order. The employee states that we did not pay. Which I did and gladly sent the confirmation number which my husband showed the employee. The employee in return laughed in my husband face and stated that we did not pay for the order. The employee then walks to the back and jokes about it quit loudly. Husband then called for the manager which then stated we did in fact pay for the order. If you’re going to be in the customer service industry don't laugh in customers faces then joke about it with your peers. That is highly disrespectful. I was on the phone with my husband the whole time. I heard everything. 100% disrespectful. More than likely not returning to this location.
