This is the first time we've had a rude carhop with attitude. I frequent Sonic (half price drinks in the app) and have never had a bad experience, but today we were shorted one drink out of an order of 8; walked to the door and she snapped "I gave you all 7 drinks!" It was rectified by the manager, but beware! She's working today!!

I have been so displeased with the 2 Sonics I normally go to that I was afraid to even attempt trying this one. I gave in and tried it anyway! I'm so glad I did! The service was very fast! (And I ordered a burger and mozzarella sticks at 9am!) The food tasted fresh too. The cashier at the window was super friendly! (If you live closer to 46 and craving Sonic....the drive is worth it to come here instead!!)

Sonic is awesome for a quick cheeseburger and fries! That is the only thing I order here and have never been disappointed.

Their syrup machine or their mixing of the drinks way way off. We had almost pure syrup. We did not get it corrected because we were already on the road by the time we started drinking the.

There was one car ahead of us. They gave us the wrong order. We drove around and waited behind 6 cars who each one were now getting the wrong order because of the screw up with us. They kept walking to each car trying to figure things out before coming to us and telling them that we're the ones with the grilled cheese that we didn't order. Nice people. Food was fine. 🤷‍♀️

Hit or miss location, either I go and everything is great or I go and my order is missing something or takes a very long time in the drive through. I ordered a soda and a pretzel with cheese and it took a long wait in the drive through, cars behind me got their order quicker, then didn't get any cheese and they forgot my soda until I reminded them. I've also gone to pick up a drink order and waited 10+ minutes with a very empty parking lot.

I was charged twice and when she came out to talk to me she assured me it wouldn’t go through, said the same receipt can’t go through twice well it did if she hadn’t been rude I wouldn’t be posting! But clearly they need to be retrained and she was the manager!

The new braunfels location on seguin st is doing well! Food is hot and fresh, service is fast and the employees seem like they actually want to be there (too many other places these days are lacking this!). Good job NB Sonic!

As of right now it appears that the drinks are contaminated with sand. My wife got a water there yesterday and there was literally white sediment in the bottom. I called today to let them know and they said they had noticed it and would let management know. Maybe they should stop serving it?
