I just wanted to come on here and say that Mitchell was one of the best servers I've gotten in years of coming to Denny's she was very respectful never got mad she went above n beyond to make sure our table was filled with happiness I've never had a server that actually stops n makes sure the customer is really satisfied instead of just drop the food off and walking away she's got and out standing personality and she needs a raise while others was playing on there phones she was answering the phones and seating people. Y'all need to appreciate the good ones y'all got working there. From what I seen she was also running other people tables food that was sitting in the window she had it remade and served hot bc the others wasn't paying attention to there tables. Mitchell is one of the best servers I've seen in quite a while. She deserves a raise. She cares about her work and she cares about her customers. I'll definitely be going back as long as she's there. I never leave reviews but this girl got my attention and it's nice to be noticed get that girl a raise period

Mrs. Rodna M. was fabulous! She went above and beyond. I hav health issues and can only eat soups and certain things. It wasn't time for soup yet but somehow Mrs. Rodna made it happen and I was able to enjoy a meal with my family instead of just being present at the table. Had a great experience! The customer service was excellent. I tried the new Apple Crisp Slam. It tasted delicious and was reasonably priced! This is now my favorite meal at Dennys! I'll continue to be a repeat customer.

It may not be the ideal location one would think to stop and visit as it is connected to the Flying J gas station, but don't let that deter you from giving it a try. Parking is decent considering all the truckers who come thru there. A hotel is right next to it, so it is common to see people walking to and from. At the restaurant, the staff was super friendly, our waitress really made us feel welcome and served us with extra care and and a bit of southern hospitality, which was so delightful. It's hard to find nice people who greet you with a genuine smile nowadays but she was very pleasant. Even though we dropped in late in the evening, the dining area was in immaculate condition. It was very clean and inviting, which was also a pleasant surprise. I initially arrived with the intent of having a cobb salad, but was told they were out of the mix, so I opted for the Bourbon Chicken Skillet, which was just as good. This location is a great place for a family to stop for a quick meal. I must say this Denny's is one of the best ones on this side of town, in my opinion.

Truckstop Denny's are a mixed bag, your experience will depend on who's waiting that day. The food is always great and it's always clean. I had one waiter who wasn't wearing a name tag working late on a Tuesday night that was an odd but entertaining experience. Most of my experiences though have been great. I'm usually there late night or early morning and I will say, coffee refills usually stop after the first refill if you're there past midnight.

I normally don't have a bad thing to say about the places we stop to eat. But here at the Denny's restaurant located at the Flying J in New Caney, Texas.... The staff here is wonderful and so helpful but I'm so disappointed in the cook and stuff in the kitchen. I must say this is the worst food I have ever been served and they gave us a second round of eggs that were still overcooked. Our toast was not even toasting and the grits were undercooked and so were the hash browns. In my opinion the entire kitchen staff needs an overhaul big time!!! Dame Denny's I used to like eating here and now I choose anywhere else other than a Denny's restaurant. April or server was a Doll and very helpful.

Ordered some food online from the burger den since dennys only allows these orders to be from online. I ordered what I typically would from them. To begin with the burgers didn’t have as much flavor as the other Denny’s I’ve ordered this exact order from. Their fries were better at this location though ( or I’m not sure if this is a general upgrade at all locations on the fries seasonings) and they got my order wrong. It was fine I went inside to let them know to see if they’d either remake it or just fix it overall because the burger I ordered DID NOT have all these extra ingredients in it. I go inside and all they do to “fix” this is add the grilled onions inside and left all the extra stuff they put on my burger. Mind yall I ordered the “double the fun burger” which is supposed to come , two 100% beef burgers topped with American cheese, caramelized onions and All-American sauce. My burger had no caramelized onions and looked completely different than what it is supposed to look like. Even after they “fixed” it for me, which they gave me an attitude about, they did not add the sauce it’s supposed to come with. The picture is how my order looked like after they “fixed” it for me.

Came in at 10:40am it took at least 10 minutes to take out drinks and appetizers. Wanted hazelnut with my coffee they said they don't carry this anymore so she sent us to the store area to go get some. Wanted macaroni with my chicken fried steak and said tgey don't have any. My husband wanted ribs because they come on the skillet macaroni and cheese then the ribs but the whole meal wasn't available. I was thinking may be they should tell is what we can order not what we would like to order, we asked twice for napkins that never came waited on refills tge whole restaurant a mess I'm not sure if they have persons bussing tables. Some of the food tasted like they were cooked in old oil!.
