Customer service was awesome! Kim was super helpful and answered all our questions about the drinks.the other barista (didn’t catch her name) was also so pleasant and thoroughly explained the drinks as well. Very nice crew of workers, got the cookie and crème matcha and it was great!

We got the salted pistachio matcha and daydream oat milk latte, which tasted very similar to what an horchata latte would taste like. The salted pistachio matcha was very smooth and blended very well together.

The hype behind Blank Street Coffee is so real. Kim and David looked wiped, but still had a huge smile on their face serving us and asking all about our adventures in NY. We got the cookies & cream matcha and the rocky road latte, so good!!

Employees here were so nice(Kim & David) and I forgot to order an extra shot of matcha in my drink like I normally do and they fixed it for me for free which was so kind! This location has seating which is nice and when I went on a Saturday afternoon it wasn’t busy so I was able to sit and work.

A cool place in the corner of Lex & 47 for artisanal coffee ; the moment you entire - the coffee aroma lifts your spirit. It has cute sitting space - nice for street watching (though there's some maintenance work in progress currently).

Was in the neighborhood for an appointment and saw this cute cafe. Lots of people walking in and getting coffee to go but seating area was empty so I decided to go in to wait until my appointment. Best decision I made today. It's a lovely spot to grab coffee and a pastry. Cafe is clean, quiet and feels spacious. This would be a great spot also to do work on your computer. Coffee was good although I wished it was hotter (temperature wise). The chocolate croissant I got was delicious. It was flaky, buttery and chocolatey. Perfect with the coffee. The cafe is also did friendly as evident by the doggy treats by the counter. If I'm ever inn the neighborhood again definitely will make a point to stop by.

Great place to get non-big chain coffee in midtown. Pretty small shop primarily set up to for to go orders. The staff is friendly and fast. Coffee tastes really great, not over roasted. It gets very busy during the week from office workers, weekends are pretty dead. If you're looking for good coffee in the area this is it.

I found this location after I attended an appointment I had around the area. Thought I could get breakfast and coffee, and life is good. I went to order from the menu and requested if I could have the sandwich without bacon, and they told me they couldn't because everything is pre-made. They simply heat up a pre-made sandwich. They also make natural juices. I feel they need to focus on the juices and not food, if it pre-made stuff.

Horrible service. I am a regular customer for Blank street. This location waiters are so rude. I ordered a blueberry matcha, my order came after 20 minutes. And instead of matcha it was a latte. When I confronted the barista they said let us remake it and you picked the wrong order. How can it be the wrong order with my name on it. Then he took another 20 minutes to make the next one which had no blueberry syrup in the matcha. It’s a hot matcha with no blueberry syrup and when I asked them he was rude and dismissed it. I spoke to the manager or I’m not sure who she was and she was absolutely rude and refused to take responsibility and compensate me for my wasted 30 minutes and me walking out without a drink. And when I told them I will write a review and need their names they were not ready to give me their names because they knew they were wrong. AVOID this location at all cost cos they mess up your drinks and then don’t apologize and waste your time. They lost a regular client and blank street left a bad taste in my mouth.
