Basically what happened when me and my friends went was there was a fight between a dancer and a man in a chair, I think the police report said her name was Lola and his name was Rico. Anyway a guy called Tony was serving me and my friends and he got in a fight with Rico, im assuming Tony and Lola was dating? Rico said something bad to Lola and there was a fight, blood and a single gunshot, im still trying to figure out who shot who?

My friends and I went for NYE (I wanted to stay home, but was sadly out voted), and it was actually a lot of fun and had more space than I thought it would. Not sure what exactly I expected, but all of the workers were nice (for New Yorkers) and the bartenders did an amazing job keeping up with the crowd and being so energetic. Overall it was a great time and not tooooo expensive for a club in Time Square. I’d give 5 stars if they want to give me a discount for next year…

I came here for a private event. The food selection was pretty good, not excellent, but lots of options.

Went for Cinco de Mayo, cowboy, and glitter event. It sounded weird and over all the place, so I decided to check it. Bought a Pulsd for 19 bucks, and I enjoyed myself. The dj was on point, line dancing was fun, and the open bar didn't disappoint. They also have an outside rooftop area. The mechanical bull was life! And something fun to try.

Went here for New Year’s Eve .My wife and I had a very nice time here.The manager was very accommodating and tried to give I a good time .We would recommend this place for sure ,was a nice way to ring in the new year !

I couldn't find Lola with her red feathers and necklace, wearing a dress open in the back, the one she used to dance merengue and cha-cha in. Back when she dreamed of success, Tony tended the bar, working passionately behind the counter. They were young and in love, asking for nothing more. Until Rico arrived, the one who wore diamonds. He entered the place with his bodyguard when he saw Lola dancing. And when Rico turned up, he invited her, but after a couple of drinks, Tony couldn't take it anymore and without thinking, went looking for Rico. A gunshot rang out, and blood flowed. Now, Lola was a chorus girl 30 years ago in the show at that time, but in this club, Lola should be, with her feathers and necklace, but sitting there, staring, drinking endlessly. She wasn't young anymore, and she lost her Tony, and she doesn't want to live anymore. I couldn't find her. And the prices are kind of high, that's it.

I attended a private party for the 40th anniversary of the 116 Festival. It was a great turnout, with various artists performing, awards given out and our MC was Carlito from LaMega.

Unfortunately the new place is terrible, the location, the place, everything. I didn't see the reviews before we got to the place, and they haven't updated any of it. We were confused when we got there because the photos there are of the old building. We hope that the Copacabana that we once knew will be back soon

I was told it was a dance social and it just like a regular club it’s sad paid money for this… this location it’s completely dead don’t recommend for salsa and bachata dancer

Horrible dark and dirty! There was a $20 per person door fee and after climbing up two flights of stairs you are greeted by a jeans hats and T-shirt crowd... The bartender was on his phone and couldn't care less about his job, he made us two drinks in tiny plastic clear cups for $20 each... After we finished we ordered another round with no ice and it was half the size of the dixie cup...when I complained to the bartender he asked me if I wanted a double, I said other bars didn't do this and he got an attitude and told me this isn't the other bar, VERY RUDE!! This is a cheap trick from the owners & bartender... The music was dated and choppy like a kid was playing or a mix tape... Then we got ready for "the show" which consisted of 6 teenagers... They looked like a HS production it was embarrassing to even watch... Don't go to the "outside" lounge because it smelled like urine! Avoid at all cost and this establishment is a bootleg version of the Copa of the past!! You can do better! Shame on you!! We stayed for an hour and left with the bartender back on his phone!

Dark, dirty, and smelly. This is not the famous Copacabana from the 1980s. I don't know how they're getting away using the name! It's not even a real night club, located on the 2nd floor of a dingy, depressing building. The entrance welcomes you with the stench of pot. Once you make it to the 2nd floor, you'll gag from the urine smell. The bar and dance floor are approximately 850 sq ft of dark space. 2 Heineken beers will cost you $25. Do not reserve a table, it isn't necessary because the place is mostly empty. We lost $120 on a reservation for a party of 3 and didn't even get the promised Hola drinks stated on their website. They will not survive much longer!
