My wife and I went by Emmy Squared this past weekend and left very satisfied. The Detroit-style crust was amazing thick, chewy on the inside with that crispy, caramelized cheese edge that keeps you eating slice after slice. The Colony (pepperoni + honey) was our favorite — sweet and salty with just enough kick from the chili. We split the Brussels sprouts salad that actually complemented the pizza really well. Also split a burger it was juicy and cooked exactly how we asked. Place was loud but in a good way busy, friendly, and fast despite the crowd. Would come back for sure.

I hosted family and friends who came in from out of town and decided to bring them here on a Saturday night… Excellent choice. Everyone walked away with their expectations blown away. Not only was the Brussel sprout salad and pineapple pizza amazing, Keith, the GM, and his staff were very accommodating and on top of everything. Highly recommend.

Stopped by here recently during a quick jaunt to the city, everything about it pulled us inside. Pizza was great, so was spicy chicken sandwich. And there was a gin cocktail that I can’t remember the name of it but want another one. I know they have multiple spots around lately but this specific one was great.

Visited Emmy Squared on the UES yesterday and had such a positive experience. The food came out hot and flavorful, and the atmosphere was relaxed but lively. The manager, Keith, deserves special mention — he was attentive throughout our meal, checking in without being intrusive and making sure we had everything we needed. It’s clear he takes pride in the guest experience. We left feeling genuinely taken care of. I’ll definitely return and recommend this location to friends.

I had such a great experience at Emmy Squared on the Upper East Side! The food was incredible — every dish came out perfectly cooked and full of flavor. What really made the night special was the service. The whole team was warm, attentive, and welcoming, and Keith, the GM, went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. You can tell he truly cares about creating a great dining experience for everyone. Highly recommend this spot whether you’re coming for a casual dinner or a night out with friends — it’s easily one of the best places in the neighborhood!

Came here on a Friday night with some girlfriends and had such a great time! The food came out super quick too, we each had some pizza. The manager (guy) tapped in with us too to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. Would come again!

Had a delicious lunch at this Detroit style pizza spot. The MVP pizza was just the right combination of crunchy, cheesy and saucy perfection. Try the watermelon burrata salad (Summer menu only!) if on the menu, it’s so sweet, salty, spicy, and tangy. The portions are quite large especially the fries so it’s easy to overorder. Great attentive service and nice atmosphere.

My nephew took us for lunch at Emmy Squared . We ordered Detroit style pizza, mozzarella sticks, and chopped cheese burgers. Chopped cheese burger was just ok ,I didn't like the Detroit style pizza it was totally farigh. Mozzarella sticks were again just ok kind of disappointed

I realllly wanted to love this place. Was in the mood for a burger and wanted to try someplace I hadn’t been before. I ordered their double patty burger medium rare w a glass of rose. Butger and a glass of wine cost me $50 before tip which I felt was on the higher side. Burger was medium well, salad was very heavily dressed and it took me 37 mins to get the check once I asked for it. Just disappointed at every turn.

Have you ever been robbed by a salad before? $12.50 for this salad was highway robbery. 😂 the pizza is just okay. My friends recommended this place so I wanted to like it. The sauce is really salty and there was not enough cheese. I wish the focaccia had more flavor.

Our server was wonderful, this review is absolutely nothing against him, he gave great recommendations, was funny, quick, and was one of the best parts of our experience! The wine and cocktail was delicious. The food was good but I think overhyped. Music was too loud, the restaurant was maybe 25% full and you had to raise your voice to hear the people you’re sitting with. I love Hannah Montana but the volume was simply too much. Overall nice experience, and affordable meal for the city. Enough to take leftovers home! We just weren’t dazzled.

While the food tastes good, and was delivered ok, it is mind blowing to see how small a $45 pizza from these folks is. I’ve never felt more ripped off. My first and last time with Emmy Squared. $45 for what is essentially a 7 inch pizza. I thought I was treating myself to a quality experience. How wrong I was! So very very disappointed. Don’t waste your money. Patsy’s Pizza for the same price would be massive with loads of additional toppings.

I ordered a Hawaiian pizza, boneless wings and mozzarella sticks from here this evening only to find all of the mozzarella sticks completely empty (no cheese). I called the restaurant who informed me that these come from a third party provider and apologized for the inconvenience... At Emmy's an order of mozzarella sticks costs $18 for 6 sticks. The largest 3rd party food provider I am aware of is Sysco and after a quick Google search I learned their bulk mozzarella sticks cost $0.70 per stick. So Emmy's is not just outsourcing the food prep they are effectively charging customers 4 - 5x mark up for low quality items. You would think an Italian restaurant that describes themselves as "founded on an unconditional love of well-made food" would bother to make the food themselves instead of buying pre-made from what is basically a grocery store for restaurants but I guess that speaks to how little they care about the actual cooking aspect of running a restaurant. After the whole mozzarella stick debacle we realized the boneless wings were also low quality Sysco fare so we won't be ordering from here again. It's a bummer because I've gone to Emmy Squared for several years now and always enjoyed it as a Detroit style pizza option. That said I had noticed a significant decline in quality the last few times eating there (although the pizza itself seems like it was made buy actual cooks not purchased pre-made from a grocer like all the sides). Unfortunately this last experience is a dealbreaker and I felt compelled to tell others to avoid eating here as there are plenty of other great pizza options nearby like Village Square
