We had a delightful dining experience at Ferdi tonight! The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, perfect for a night out. The food was impressive: - Cesar Salad: Fresh, crisp, and flavorful, with a perfect balance of tangy dressing. - Lamb with Shrimp: Tender lamb and succulent shrimp, cooked to perfection. The combination was unexpected but delightful. Overall, a great choice for Italian cuisine. We'll definitely return!

My boyfriend and I went into NYC on Friday night 11/08 to celebrate our anniversary and we just happened upon Ferdi Resturant! Well, WE ARE BEYOND pleased. We had no reservation but the hostess happily gave us the last table. The staff was so attentive and polite. Our drinks were poured at the table which was such a nice touch Our grilled octopus appetizer was phenomenal, So tender and delicious And our entrées were amazing! Aida the owner came over and greeted us, she is lovely! We Cannot wait to go back Please go if you want an authentic, wonderfully prepared Italian meal 😉👍

Literally the best place to host a birthday! Came in with a large group (20+) and it was absolutely flawless. Amazing food, drinks & vibes. From balloons to custom menus, they truly think of everything. Aida & the Ferdi team are a dream to work with! Definitely a must do for birthdays small or large, or even a casual dinner.

My wife and I have eaten at Ferdi multiple times now, and it has easily become our favorite spot in the entire city. The atmosphere is always awesome and the service is truly top-notch, making us feel welcome every time we walk through the door. While the vibe is great, the food is the real standout—it’s honestly some of the best Italian you can find in all five boroughs. We especially love the Chicken and Veal Sofia because it’s so unique and delicious, and it’s one of the main reasons we keep coming back. If you’re looking for a perfect meal in NYC, you definitely need to check this place out.

The service, food and atmosphere are very important to me when dining out. Ferdi met and exceeded mine, which is to be commended. I usually shop/dine based on reviews and I am writing this to help others make the right dining choice. The calamari was seasoned correctly with the appropriate amount of crispy texture and not soggy. The Balsamic tuna steak was a generous portion which was cooked to perfection , complimented with just enough fresh vegetables. For desert, I selected the ricotta cheesecake, two pieces as a matter of fact that I took him to eat. I will return and bring friends to sample more of what Ferdi had to offer!

I was delighted to eat at Ferdi twice in two weeks, both times with large parties: the food is absolutely wonderful, the restaurant very clean and pleasant, and the prices reasonable; the staff went far above and beyond to accommodate us all — they truly couldn’t have been more gracious, efficient, and thoughtful. (Serving 14 people at one table with separate checks is extremely hard; they made it look easy!) We will definitely come back, and it’s the perfect place to go before or after the Greenwich House Theater, two blocks away. Highly rated and recommended! ❤️

We hosted a surprise birthday at Ferdi, and the whole team was so lovely to work with leading up to and throughout the party! There were so many thoughtful touches—decorations, custom menus, cake and champagne—that made the experience special. I could not recommend a better place to host a big event or stop by for weekend bottomless brunch!

Had my birthday dinner here with a large group and it was a great night! Food/drinks and service was amazing— great value for the fixed price birthday package and they had also decorated the table with balloons and a custom menu. Highly recommend!

This is truly one of my favorite restaurants of all time. Aida and Fernando are the kindest humans you’d ever met. Food was spectacular and atmosphere was perfect. Could not recommend more.

Just had a such great experience at Ferdi! The food ,the service and the atmosphere were all top notch. We met one of the owners- She was lovely and you can tell she takes great pride in her restaurant. She has a lot to be proud of. We look forward to returning soon!

The BEST Italian restaurant in NYC! Most restaurants are built on hype but this is the real deal. Every single item was outstanding! But most importantly nothing beats the beautiful hospitality of Fernando and Aida! You feel they have welcomed you into their home and hearts! MUST GO restaurant in NY!

My aunt had her engagement dinner here and it was just beyond what everyone was expecting. Staff were so accommodating and friendly. The appetizers and entrées were delicious. They made my whole family. Have a great night and we will definitely be recommending this place to everyone we know. If you ever have any occasion, you need to celebrate whether that be a birthday, engagement, or just not want a nice place to go out with your friends Then go here.

Every year they have a balloon on our table waiting for her and know her order by heart. They are kind, attentive, and go above and beyond. It’s clear they know their customers and care for them. Most importantly, the food is also outstanding. Always fresh & delicious. Seriously go!!!!

There's no better place to spend a lovely evening with your family that Ferdi's. We were celebrating our weeding with 12 family members and it was just PERFECT. We highly recommend the prefix menu they offer. Huge variety of main courses, excellent service and all staff made us feel like home. If you have any concerns or need assistance planning your event, contact Aida (best manager ever). Staff service was remarkable! We already knew it would be a memorable evening, but it turned out to be a MAGICAL experience that our entire family will remember forever. Thank you so much Ferdi's! Truly an amazing restaurant with kind and warm staff - I had my birthday celebration here and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The price was extremely reasonable for their dinner cocktail menu and the food + drinks were all delicious. They were so attentive to all the little details like printing out custom menus for the party and including a champagne toast as a welcome gift :) I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone for any special celebration or event that you need to plan!!

I had the most incredible birthday celebration at Ferdi. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The staff was warm, attentive, and made us feel so welcome. The food was absolutely delicious—every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor. I was so pleasantly surprised at the hospitality and attentive staff. I am more surprised that this place doesn’t have the foot traffic it deserves. The food and drinks are so delicious, and you truly have a great time when having a meal here. We went in for brunch on a Sunday, and had their espresso martinis that are some of the best martinis that I’ve had (simple but delicious). The prices are also very reasonable and won’t break the bank. More importantly I think it’s great to know that you are supporting a business that has roots in NY.

One of the best "hidden" gems in the city. If you want a true authentic Italian feel, you must go to Ferdi. The staff was so friendly and I spoke with the chef (in Italian) for a while. The happy hour was very good. I got a salad and rigatoni dish (both of which were amazing). It does get crowded but if you go during an off time you should be able to get seated without any reservation. Could not recommend trying Ferdi out more. Worth every penny!!

Good service. Really bad brunch menu. Ordered belgian waffles and I’m pretty sure it’s the same sugar pearl belgian waffles from trader joe’s. Ordered a side of eggs and it cost $8.
