We ordered everything and one dish was just better than the next. Freshest tuna...gorgeous steak...wonderful bronzino...fabulous dover sole. Wow. Service up there with the food. Showtime.
Very elegant and exclusive restaurant. We went for Friday Brunch and loved it. Service was excellent and better than I have seen in a long time. Food was phenomenal. The fish was delicious. Drinks were good. Might be a little expensive. Highly recommended
a beautiful experience and luxurious dining experience - oven hot food, fresh food, Berardaud china place settings, heavy silverware, beautiful linens, welcoming host and hostess, great server and a menu that suits me perfectly - my new go to.
Italian hosts, everyone is friendly and very accommodating. The Reuben was delicious and tasty with the right amount of condiments and size. We also had eggplant parmigiana, it was just as tasty- I would recommend going for the Rueben more so than the parmigiana if you’re here for lunch/ brunch.
Beautiful meal with amazing friends. Great table. Waiters first day I was told
Just moved to the neighborhood and loving this place. Highly recommend: Zucchini soup paired with their Dover sole.
Great service and food.

Had a wonderful visit at the Fleming. The staff was incredibly friendly and the food was fantastic (recommend the piccata)! Will try to stop by again.
We stumbled upon Fleming by Le Bilboquet while strolling through the Upper East Side on a beautiful Sunday afternoon, following a two-hour walk through Central Park. The weather was perfect—sunny, breezy, and the city felt alive. As we approached the restaurant, Marco, the General Manager, greeted us warmly and made us feel immediately welcome. Without hesitation, he found us a table and ensured the staff tended to our every need. The ambiance struck a balance between elegant and unpretentious—ideal for a refined yet relaxed dining experience. We shared a bottle of sparkling rosé, which paired beautifully with our selections: two thoughtfully prepared appetizers and two standout entrées. The kitchen’s execution was on point, with flavors that were both classic and inventive. Service was attentive without being intrusive, and every detail—from the tableware to the timing—felt curated. Fleming by Le Bilboquet doesn’t just serve meals; it delivers moments. Whether you’re winding down a weekend stroll or looking to impress out-of-town guests, this spot hits the mark. Highly recommended for anyone seeking elevated hospitality and exceptional cuisine in a polished yet inviting setting.
The maître d’ remembered me and my boyfriend after just one visit—even down to where we sat and what we ordered. The food is excellent, the service is top-notch, and the attention to detail really stood out. Definitely worth a visit, especially if you’re local to the neighborhood.
Unforgettable family dinner with great food and exceptional atmosphere! The tuna and cheese starter plates were awesome and the NY Strip simply was the best. Great Margaux French wine from avast selection of wines. Thank you for a great evening dinner with my family. You exceeded my expectations! Great job!
Fleming’s Valentine’s Day experience was one of a kind. The staff created an environment that was extremely special with incredible attention to detail. The food was fantastic and unique. It made the day very special and we will be sure to come back!
Had dinner here last night with a good friend and we both fell in love with the place. Great food, beautiful crowd, and really sweet service. Feels like our new go-to spot in the city
Lovely lunch with terrific and warm service and great food. The dining room is small and intimate and makes for a great atmosphere. In a word, recommended
My wife and I had lunch at this amazing little restaurant today. The food and its presentation was exceptional. The service was impeccable from the captain and hostess to the waiter and other service team members. Our waiter was perfect!!! He made the dining experience! We loved the intimate dining room. Only have 5 stars because I couldn't give them 10.

Charged $45 for adding a tiny shave of truffle on the pasta. The pasta itself was very mediocre. Was offered a table in the worst location when going in with a reservation, and the waitress ignored my request of changing a table, based on previous reviews here I’m not sure if that’s caused by racism 🙂

I have eaten at this restaurant many times with my service dogs. I walked over on a rainy night with lightening and thunder and I was denied entry with the small service animal I have brought with me before. The rudeness of the host was inexcusable. He had the audacity to tell me to go down the street to eat. While the food is excellent, the pompous attitude was not appreciated. My dogs are trained services animals for diabetes and Seizures. It is the law that it is illegal to forbid people entry with service animals. Because of this incident I will not be returning.
Came for business literally just 1 day in NY and was turned away for dress code around 2pm. Was wearing a nice blouse and pants so was literally in shock. I just left and went to the place next door. An hr later walked by on the way back and place was as empty as when I came prior. I don't know how these people make money turning half the people away. Just terrible.
Service is bad. Food is bad. Definitely skip this place. The Cajun chicken they rave about was smothered in so much cumin that it was inedible. The service was horrible. Stand around chitchatting and doing as little as possible. Waiters never refilled glasses or tended to the table in general. They rudely brought the bill without asking. Manager had constant look of disdain towards everyone in the restaurant and the fact that he wears a jacket does not hide his slimy guy look. This place isn’t even trying. It’s clearly for those who cannot get a table at Bilbo. Don’t waste your time or money here. And… they have no non-alcoholic beer.
We were refused service in the afternoon of Aug 24, 2024, and I believe it is highly likely that it is due to RACISM. Here is what happened to us that afternoon: At around 5 pm, a friend and I walked past the restaurant and saw that there were a few tables on the pavement. The weather was nice and only two tables were occupied. We decided to have dinner there and went inside the restaurant to ask if there were any available tables for two. We were approached by the hostess. She informed us that the restaurant had a "verv strict dress code" and what we had on would not do. (My friend had on a T-shirt and pant and I had on a T-shirt, a collarless shirt, and pant.) As we were leaving the restaurant, we noticed that two (white) men that were sitting by one table on the pavement dressed very casually. One man had on a T-shirt and shorts. We went back to the hostess and pointed out our clothes seemed more formal than the T-shirt-shorts combo. The hostess didn't disagree but she started to insist that "we are fully booked until 8:30". At this point, we thought we should just leave, as there is no way we could wait three hours for a meal. And even if we did get a table, the vibe would be weird. When we settled into our seats at another nearby restaurant around ten minutes later, I decided to check on Resy and found out that there were many slots available for two people in Le Fleming at 6 pm. Apparently, the hostess lied to us. Ironically, the restaurant we ended up in was a sister restaurant to this one, which is also owned by Le Bilboquet. When I mentioned the incident to its manager, I was told that this was just how this restaurant (Fleming) “as a typical UES restaurant” is, the hostess was told to act like this (no elaboration on by whom), and that there’s nothing we could do about it. I thus believe we were refused service by the hostess because we were Asian while the T-shirt shorts combo man and his friend were white. And I want to share my story with any many people as possible.
