Not a bad cup of coffee, but slightly lacking in flavours. Ordered a light roast pour over, they did a great job preparing and the method used for brewing was spot on, I think the beans were slightly over roasted or not of good quality to start with.

Stopped by for a afternoon coffee session and was quite impressed how close it is to the Times Square. Got caramel latte and it tasted good, I enjoyed my cuppa. The Barista who was there to serve was quite passive and rude, hence 1 star for the service. She was rude while taking order and also had a vague reply when asked for a restroom, not at all pleasant 😒

I’d like to share a review about this place, highlighting that the coffee is truly delicious and I highly recommend it; it has an excellent and very pleasant flavor. However, I’d like to mention that my experience wasn’t entirely perfect due to the customer service, which I think could improve quite a bit. The man who took my order seemed to be having a tough day, and his attitude wasn’t very warm. When I thanked him after picking up my coffee, I didn’t get any response, not even a small gesture of courtesy, which made me feel a bit uncomfortable. I believe that in a place where they serve such great coffee, the customer service should match that quality with a friendlier and more welcoming approach. I’m sure that with a bit more warmth in the service, the experience would be amazing. That’s why, although I loved the coffee, I’m giving them three stars, hoping they can improve the customer service in the future.

A spacious cafe with overpriced pastries in my POV (and prices are only indicated for beverages). There is table seating in the back and counter seating at the front. The service was prompt. My cappuccino foam was not very foamy and a croissant was below what I expected for the price.

Only reason I gave it a two stars is for the simple fact that the banana muffin did not live to the price. I get it tho. Its over priced for the other folks. I can say the overnight oats is good. My guys had the chicken salad wrap and that was good. Your muffin made me give you 2 stars. Took one bite and threw the rest out. Service wise only one person in there i like. Dude with the beard. Everyone else looks like they having a bad day.

Visited here with my wife recently. Quite flattened and unengaging affect from staff. Not friendly or helpful. Coffee wasn't great, but the space is nice. Definitely overpriced, even for Times Square. Wouldn't visit again

Here’s the thing I generally like this place and the coffee is pretty good but the guy at the front with the ball cap and the beard is so unpleasant and so unsanitary. He never greets you, doesn’t even ask what you want to drink and he scratched his back the entire time he made my coffee and then burped over it. I threw it out as soon as I left. Yall can’t have that guy in the front anymore like come on.

This was one of the most disappointing coffee experiences I’ve ever had. The place is beautiful, I walk in and order an iced red eye. The coffee is expensive but that’s not an issue if it’s good. I watch the barista dose the shot and then tamp the grounds without leveling them so I already know the shot is gonna be terrible. He then proceeds to stop and start the shot, more than once instead of just repulling. I took a sip and yes it was horrendous, under extracted, watery shot that couldn’t be saved by the cold brew. Had a terrible, prickly mouthfeel as well. I threw it away and walked out. If your baristas don’t care about the product you really don’t have anything 🤷🏽‍♀️

Went here at 3pm and the service was not pleasant at all. From the moment walking in - barista was closing up shop an hour early (already had lights dimmed and trash out), told us we had to get our coffee to go, got frustrated when he made our drink hot when we asked for ice and said it was our fault, poured a hot americano over a few ice cubes and called it good. For such an expensive cup of coffee (lukewarm iced americano anyone?) didn’t expect to leave wishing I never walked in…: oh well.
