Ok sometimes I feel I paid too much money for people to get my order wrong and I do not like that so as long as they give you the correct order are good but nine times out of 10 you're going to get someone else's order so don't waste your time

Really great I know the owner since my mother and the owner are friends. They make the food fast and quick. The bacon and eggs are wonderful. The bacon is crunchy and could tell it wasn't frozen pre cooked. I'm pretty sure everything is fresh

My son and I was just trying to eat close by and stumbled upon this place. One of the few, and I mean few, places to serve grits. I'm southern and that's a must have for me. My son had a double cheese burger with bacon and yes! I will eat there more often now. Price wasn't bad either.

Always quick and attentive with food, clean and well made. Love they're gyros the smoothies/milkshakes are a little pricey but besides that everything is awesome. Especially breakfast !

I’ve been ordering from Jimbo’s for years and they NEVER disappoint. It’s NYC diner food at its best. The breakfast is unmatched. I usually get eggs over easy with home fries and pancakes. I love that they butter the toast! That’s when you know it’s good! Delivery is always fast and the prices are great.

I ordered a chicken wrap, and my sister ordered a grilled chicken salad. Our meals were absolutely delicious and very pretty to look at. The place has gotten an upgrade. It's bigger, better and clean. There is more seating. The total cost for our meal was $21.00, so not bad at all. I must add it was not the 1st nor the last time I have went to Jimbos and the food (every dish) is always good.You should go visit and try out Jimbos for sure and don't mistake it for gimbos ughh.

I like this franchise, but you have to go to the right one! I have been to three locations. By far the best was located in 124th St. & Lenox Ave. Good food, very nice staff and quick service! Porportions are with every dime.

First time ordering from this restaurant and it went pretty good. I’m glad they read the special instructions on the Uber eats for the chicken sandwich but unfortunately they didn’t for the steak sandwich. The waffle fries were alright and I ordered a waffle dish thinking it would come with more than 2 like a usual waffle order would but I was disappointed and only received one.

Food wasn't As Delicious as it was before the Pandemic. The French toast was so thin and no flavor, the Sausage weren't real Italian sausage like before this were cheaper than Brown and Serve Sausages. No More going there for Me & My husband. Price was for 2 Breakfast to high not worth it.

Okay I'm going to start by saying that the experience when sitting at the restaurant is a lot different than delivery, but that's for another segment. I am going to concentrate on the restaurant overall experience. Depending on what day you go the experience waitress will take good care of you. Your order and food comes out quick , except on busy days but that's common . On the day I went I order a western omelette with home fries. So the western omelette was a nice size the home fries were a little bit under cook and a little unseason . I also ordered waffles with scrambled eggs and hot sausage. The waffles came under cook when I added the syrup ,it got messy , scrambled eggs were nice and cook to my liking. The hot sausage was okay a little bit over cook but I wanted to try something new. I also ordered a side of french fries( although I like my french fries a little bit more crispy, they where okay) and toast was a little over butter .Overall the food is good at an affordable price for the area. Tables are maintain nicely and in order. The floor is nice and clean. My only problem would be that I wish the doors would open in inwards so that handicapped people could go in with ease. But overall the staff maintains the place nice and neat and moving at a suitable paste for food and delivers.

I love their breakfast platters, but there is no space inside the diner.The decor is out-dated and could be cleaner. The servers and cooks try to service you in an immediate fashion and they are fast pace with their cooking. I would give them one thumb up for the food, everything else needs work.

The food is fresh, great fries and burgers, good breakfast too. The quesadillas are good but the accompanying salsa is not. Also they do not take anything but cash and that's why I don't eat here very often. The ATM charges nearly $2.00 also, which makes us think there's a scam running. Also their prices could be lower.

I’ve been ordering from here for years and they used to be my go to, but lately they have fallen off. Quality of the food is going down, it’s greasy, sometimes under cooked . THE CHICKEN TENDERS ARE ALWAYS RAW SO NO ONE REALLY ORDERS THEM . Onion ring and French fries have mushy spots. Staff sounds irritated ..

I had to delete my review after two years because either they have new cooks or they are on a tight budget and getting cheap food. It’s not giving what it use to for as much as they now charge.

Normally the food is good but today it was horrible the burgers where cold and the bread was Soggy the coffee tasted like they didn't clean their coffee machines in years the Mozzarella sticks were under cooked and than they gave me pancakes and didn't even give me any Utensils what am I supposed to eat

I think the worst is the try to charge extra for ingredients that should be in the recipe. c'mon a western omlette and cheese cost extra? its a omlette the food network says it comes with cheese why are they charging extra for cheese? and get ready prices going up according to one of the front guys....yay! will be going elsewhere...

I placed an order for pickup. This was the smallest breakfast “burrito” I have ever bought. There wasn’t much flavor to it and the turkey bacon felt undercooked/a little difficult to chew. I paid over $10 for this; a $6 bacon, egg, and cheese from my local deli would have been better. I also learned it is a cash only establishment which is inconvenient. Do not recommend.

I do not appreciate making a specific order and being charged for extra plating that I specifically did not ask for! Next time someone asks for a cup of grits no plater you should do what the guest asks! Every time I order I get charged an extra $5-$10 on an order but if my Spanish fiancé orders he gets the normal prices. Make it make sense.

I have been a customer of yall for years. Egg shells in my eggs. Butter on cold toast do not melt and you cant really reheat toast. Raw bacon in my potatoes. Totally over it, poor financial decision on this food. Zero 0 stars on ratings.
