Just want to say I stopped by on my break at the 17th street Chopt and service there was amazing. There was a gentlemen in charge I believe his name was Carlos and he treated me like family from entering to leaving and the young man name junior made my chicken tinga bowl absolutely perfect. 10/10 will definitely be going back!

I've been ordering from Chop't for a while and have had consistently great food, prepared roughly around when I ask for it. A couple times it was ready much earlier than anticipated. Once my order was not at the pick-up area, and they sent two employees to verify that, not believing me, or seeing it just once. It took another 15 minutes to make a new bowl with all the checking, which was frustrating considering my lunch break is only 30 minutes. Overall, the options are healthy, the substitutions are great, and the quality is always high. Joining the rewards program is 100% worth it, and helps reduce the average cost tremendously!

The best Chopt location. Everyone is super friendly and respectful. Especially Evelyn, she goes above and beyond for my order and always makes my day. She deserves a raise !! Definitely the place to go for a healthy salad bowl.

Absolutely in love with this place! Hands down the best salad I’ve ever had. Everything was so fresh and the toppings were generous, even the dressings were flavorful. Great quality salad and wraps. I was able to build my own bowl and was amazed by the variety of ingredients. The staff were super friendly and helpful, even helped me with recommendations when I couldn’t decide. Especially Carlos, i think he’s the manger, he was super accommodating to all of my requests and was patient with me.

I visited the location near East 14th street. Staff were amicable and warm. They welcomed me into the eatery with a greeting, a warm smile, and friendly conversation.They were knowledgeable about their food selection and efficient with the preparation. The salad was so delicious! I had the Kale Cesar!

I’m always on the run when I’m in NYC. So I want to go in and out during lunch. I have been to Chopt before, but it just keeps getting better. You are greeted with smiles, it was quick and sweet ordering. Then the delicious salad was the best salad. The Fall salad was amazing, the BBQ chicken one. I LOVE Cole Slaw and the warm chicken with the rest of it was sooooo perfect together. You should try it.

One of the best Kale Cesar chicken salads I’ve ever had! You can taste the fresh ingredients & the staff were very friendly & knowledgeable about their food and products. Atmosphere was calm, space was clean! I recommend 10/10 Whenever you’re in need of a quick tasty bite!

The team at this location is absolutely spectacular. I go 3-4x a week because of them. I love them so much I invited them all to a Yankee game last season as a token of my appreciation.

I had a great experience at Chopt! The ingredients were super fresh, and the variety of options made it easy to customize my salad just the way I like it. The staff was friendly, quick, and kept the line moving even during the lunch rush. I especially loved the Spicy Santorini bowl – flavorful and filling without being too heavy. The dressings are all amazing (try the Mexican Goddess if you haven’t already). Definitely my go-to spot for a healthy, satisfying meal!

I went there for lunch and the service of this especially the union square location was fantastic although It was a bit crowded and the lines were super long during lunch time but surprisingly my food was done really quickly. All the employees there were very friendly if you treat them nicely. The salad taste amazing they really know how to do their dressing. Their chocolate chip cookies are the best. 10 out of 10 no drama would come again.

I forget how much I like salad! Not cheap, but not crazy expensive, Super tasty. I got the Cobb with a spicy avocado dressing. Yum!

My friend got me their steak bowl comped from their work lol. I like it more than Sweet Green - Southwestern steak salad w/ chipotle ranch: 8/10, pretty solid! Steak was tender, and there was a good amount. Chips were kinda stale. Wish there was more salad dressing tho. Bread is meh

Loving the Mexicali Vegan with Mexican Goddess dressing! Salad is much easier to eat and enjoy "chopt". Really fresh greens and other ingredients you can taste the difference compared to other fast salad chains. Comfortable clean seating area. Nice staff.

Came here w bae after work. We trying to be healthy. It's raining outside.. I am sniffly .. can't really taste the Salad. The place wasn't crowded and dryer than being outside. Other than that .. it is what it is.. salad. We had the mediterraen bowl . Bae said they forgot the avocado. Update.. we had the warm Tahini Mediterranean Bowl.. checked the ingredients.. wasn't supposed to have avocado .. shawty buggin.

What’s the point in ordering at the kiosk if you’re still going to ignore what an order says? Spouse ordered a salad with no cheese and some extra veggies, it still had cheese and didn’t have any of the extra veggies. Check your order before you leave if you pick-up because there’s a large chance they messed it up.

I lived in NYC ten years ago, used to work nearby and would often find myself at this Chopt location for lunch. Having moved back to the city, I decided to stop by this location for a bit of nostalgia, but I regret doing so. I ordered a Kale Caesar with Panko Chicken. Unfortunately the chicken was very dry, and the portion was rather small given I had paid $17 for the salad. Overall it just wasn't very good. I've had better experience at rival chains this week, and would rather spend my money there.

Wait for 10 minutes to watch them make online orders. They get the dressing on within a millisecond so they don't have to chop your salad... at Chopt

I recently ordered a salad for pickup from this location, and I was extremely disappointed. The salad was supposed to have a variety of toppings, but it was mostly just greens with too much dressing. It felt like I was eating a bowl of grass with very few toppings to balance it out. The lack of toppings made the salad bland and unappetizing. I would not recommend ordering their salads if you're looking for a satisfying meal

Warning to others: I’ve eaten here before without issue, but this visit was unacceptable and will be my last. I found a roach in my salad after I had already eaten part of it and spit it out (I will refrain from posting the photo). It was extremely disturbing. I notified staff, but this is a serious food safety issue that should never happen. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses their cleanliness immediately.

This location has terrible customer service. I ordered a grain bowl using my classpass credits yesterday and mistakenly clicked on pickup at 7:30pm instead of 7pm. When I showed up at the store at 7pm to get my bowl I realized my mistake and showed the staff my order on the app. I was going to the movies asked them nicely if they can just make my order since I would be late for the movie if I waited until 7:30pm. The staff refused and I ended up just paying for the same order. It was so easy for the staff to help make a positive customer experience but they totally failed. I won't be going to this location ever again.
