Gotta say, 5 star experience Uno. You far exceeded our expectations so kudos to you. $6 pizzas for dec 6th got us locals to come in there and check it out. We plot at the bar at about 7pm. Friendly barflies, tattooed bartender that was too cool and friendly not to mention. Uno, keep him, give him a raise actually. So $7 large glasses of wine $6 pizzas which we could combine with the upside app discount, did we just make money? No but I dare you to find a better deal and experience, we will be back!

This day 7/23/25 was soooooo Amazing thanks to Uno bar and Grill, Uno staff and our very own family 🙏🏿. I could have never given my mom a better birthday gift than a suprise party at the flyest most elegant restaurant in town. In our very own city “Uno” gave us the room and top tier service to make my mom day one she’ll never forget. I wanna thank the whole Uno establishment. I wanna thank Managers Joe and Tyler and definitely thank server Misiah. All three of you’s rock. I could never repay you’ll back however my family and I will visit and spend money at “UNO” for the rest of our lives. We love you’ll. Thank You, may god bless.

More than ONE hundred people large space to dine in or take out, taste a drink in the bar. Gently Hostess, waiters and bartender. Salads and all sizes pizzas are great. Beatifull sight to the Natural History Museum and Square. Delightful experience.

Found this place on our last day of our trip and really enjoyed it. The decor is fantastic and had a real warm feeling to it The staff were great and very helpful and looked after us while we were there. The food was up there with the best we've had in New York the deep dish pizza was amazing. Would certainly come back if I came out to New York again.

My boys wanted to try Chicago Style pizza so I decided to try UNO’s Pizzeria. We were blown away on how delicious cheesey and saucey this pizza was.(Fresh) We had the brownie with vanilla ice cream for dessert that was satisfying too.(Fresh) The young man that served us was very pleasant(Fresh) The Chicago Style pizza is very filling I was full after a slice and a half😁

First time I came it was empty and I forgot to take pictures for my review. This time I came ready to write a review and wasn’t like the first time. I had to wait for about 10min for a table because they were short staffed. One of the waitresses said there was 3 people doing a 10 person job! When she brought us to our table, there were plates from the last people who ate there and she had to be rushing and clean the table before we sat down. Then when it was time to order our food, it was the fastest order I have given a waitress in a restaurant! I really liked how she was patient but also quick because she had half of the restaurant to take care of too. The food took about 20min to get to us. During that time I saw the 2 waiters that were taking care of the whole restaurant RUNNING back and forth with food and drinks and orders! They deserve a raise or a good tip for doing the job of 10, I thought that was crazy. I was also afraid to get a refill for my soda but she was able to multitask and get me a refill quickly. But anyways the food was delicious!! The pizza crust … oof… 10/10! The Burger was also tasty as well as the fries, missed the ketchup but was still good without. The garlic cheese bites were great as well, I would highly recommend these of the menu. The only thing that wasn’t my favorite was the chicken bites. But I would recommend this place to all my family and friends!

Theeeeeee BEST pizza &;pasta I've ever had (being a California girl) I've been dreaming of getting back one day. I even snuck my food home in my luggage lol. Visiting NY. Had the experience of little Italy, was not impressed. Came in for lunch at Uno Chicago….was mesmerized with our bartender Kali. I came in asking for something similar to a margarita but not. He delivered. I also tried an old fashion. Kali was great with the drinks. Sat at the bar as usual, chilled, relaxed atmosphere. Food was delicious had cheesy garlic bread, shrimp scampi. Can’t go wrong, come on over and sit at the bar, you will love it. Ask for Kali. He made it all good!!!!!

I hadn't had an unos pizza in years, probably 10. Man oh man i couldn't wait to get there! Ordered over the phone within 30 minutes of close, drove the 27 minutes there, and wallah, my pizza was ready! Thanks for taking my order! Thanks for having my pizza ready as promised. I landed at 11:05pm, picked up pizza at 11:57pm, and drove to Hartford CT on a full and happy stomach!

this is the BEST vegan pizza i’ve EVER had. it is exactly how i remember NY pizza before going vegan a decade ago. everything about it was perfect. service was good, fast, only complaint is that it wasn’t impeccably clean.

This location was perfectly convenient for our family's first excursion to the Museum of Natural History. It was a fairly busy Sunday afternoon at the restaurant but our bartender/manager Ruby kept her cool and was a total pro and gave us exceptional service! We sat at one of the hightops in the bar area and had a nice view of an energetic UWS corner. The food came out promptly and satisfied our nostalgic yearning for Uno's classic deep dish pizza.. we'll be back!

I did a pizza-making class at Pizzeria Uno’s and honestly had a great time. Our instructor, Joe, was awesome, super knowledgeable but also really funny, which made the whole experience relaxed and fun instead of feeling like a formal class. He explained everything clearly and kept everyone engaged the entire time. They had so many toppings to choose from, way more than I expected, and it was fun being able to make a personal pan pizza exactly how I wanted it. The whole thing felt hands-on and easy to follow We got the class through Groupon, and it was definitely worth it for the price. Good food, good atmosphere, and a fun experience overall. I’d absolutely do it again and would recommend it to anyone looking for something a little different.

The manager Joe greeted us at the door. He was very nice and welcoming to me and my family. All Christmas Day our server Liz was wonderful. She took our order. She was very kind. The food was amazing. My kids loved their meals. Everything was properly prepared. The customer service was good. It wasn’t a long way for the food and the order was correct and it was served hot wonderful staff at this restaurant. I recommend this restaurant to everyone The prices was reasonable 10 out of 10 in my book will be definitely gone again

Me and my lady came in on a very wet stormy day after visiting the American Museum of Natural History. We were in a bit of a rush to make it to our next attraction and Mr. Joe Torres was incredible. Got a seated and comfortable with a drink in front of us and only a couple minutes. He was right there if we needed anything and so was the rest of the staff. We grabbed the manicotti and a small deep dish, which were both excellent. We wanted to make it known that Joe was above and beyond and so friendly and personable. This is one of two places I come to get my Chicago style deep dish pizza craving filled in the city. I only ever sit at the bar so I can’t speak to the dining areas, but the bar is never too busy that I can’t get a seat. All of the staff have been amazing. My last visit was on a Sunday, and much to my surprise they had a happy hour special. A few of the appetizers and personal pepperoni pizzas were on the list. Margaritas, wine and beer were also on special. The pizza was great and filling as usual, and this was my first time trying the Buffalo wings. There were done to perfection as well.

I hand the UNO classic deep dish pizza and it was delicious pepperoni, sussage and onions all blended into a perfect pizza. My friend had the Bacon cheeseburger and he said that it was very good. A very nice atmosphere and good customer service.

Very delicious pizza. I had the spicy Hawaiian, and it was so good, i got another one to go. I didn't explore the restaurant as I should have, though, it seemed like a chill spot. Plus the pizza was phenomenal. They have thin crust, deep dish and a lot more.

Went to grap a quick bite, stayed because of the atmosphere. 90's atmosphere, great service, and good food. The drinks were good but cheap, and they had great deals on the food. Bringing your kids here is also a great idea because of the make your own pizza, and the deep dish is to die for. Definitely coming here again!

Good to have french frise without any fat, seems like it was roasted and was tasty. Pizza was tasty as well. I wish they could make gluten free pizza large size, it was only regular size. Waiting time for food was long though.

We had a group of 14, had wait 30 minutes for a table; which wasn't bad considering day after Christmas and location (right by museums/Central Park). The pizza here was so so good!! We also got a baked cookie a la mode which was delicious! It all came out decently quickly, too! Our waiter was very kind, but also forgetful. We were one plate short at the table and we asked him for another plate, he forgot and we hadn’t seen him for a long time so my husband had to eat off of his napkin. Eventually, as my husband was finishing his last pizza slice we saw the waiter again and asked again for a plate in which he brought a few minutes later.

Uno Pizzeria & Grill has been in business on the Upper West Side for well over 20 years. I've only been here a handful of times as there are so many great pizza spots in the city to visit. The food here is solid and so is the service. I will stay that restaurant's decor is due for a refresh at this point in time.

Quick to be seated. Slow service but great food. I had the vegan pizza pie and it was delicious. The tables were a little dirty but the servers cleaned them upon request.

The first time I came here they were really busy. Think I ended up waiting 10 or 15 minutes without a host ever coming to seat me, so I went somewhere else that day. However, I gave them another chance on a different day and was pleasantly surprised! They were still very busy, with only one lady working as both bartender and waitress for multiple tables, but she was a real sweetheart and even recommended me the lunch special version of some food I was going to order to save me a few bucks. I ordered the personal sized pizza. I was concerned this wouldn't be enough food but I actually ended up taking a to-go bag because I couldn't finish it all. The pizza was good and the dough/crust was fantastic. I appreciated that this pizza had fresh ingredients and I didn't feel bloated after eating it (it wasn't as greasy as other pizza). I'd eat here in the future.

Drove 45 minutes to get to this place to try their deep pan pizza only to wait another 30 minutes for a table (i was the only person in queue). Initially, I was furious as the receptionist's attitude when he said there was a wait of 15 minutes (while half the tables were empty, as evidenced in the attached photo). After observing the workflow it turns out the staff are overwhelmed and the venue is understaffed: 2 guys running around from table to table doing an excellent service, keeping up with all the clients and their requests and needs. They barely had time to breath. During my wait of 30 minutes more than 6 groups came in, but left when they saw there is a wait while there are empty spots. This is a management problem, they need to hire more staff! Why do I care? Because the pizza and dessert are amazing! And the place is hemorrhaging clients uselessly. The deep pan pizza is one of the best I ever had: the crust is delicious, the cheese has the perfect texture and volume (not too much, not too little) and the toppings are balanced accordingly. Highly recommended.

My first delivery order from UNO and everything was exceptionally good! I had a bunch of things, from the Pepperoni personal deep dish pizza to the Buffalo Chicken Fajitas which were fantastic and the wagyu Burger, very very tasty (it was missing just a pinch of salt IMO) that came with an outstanding loaded baked potato and the Brisket BBQ sandwich was delicious too. My only complaint is about the fries which arrived cold and not really enjoyable. Except for that everything was truly worth the price (kinda expensive) you paid for! Will definitely order again because overall it was a great culinary experience!

Using the app, I get the best deals at this place. And I think ordering online is the fastest way of getting my order. I tried eating in three different times and because it's made to order the wait time is usually between 20 and 25 minutes to get the entrée. Middle of the day and the service was busy visiting each other rather then providing drink refills and helping us. I would have had a 2nd and possibly 3rd drink if they had given me the chance. Pizza dough was terrible for leftovers next morning. So eat it while it's hot and fresh.

Ordered the All Meat Deep Dish pizza, large, to - go. The pizza was done when I got there which was a plus. Once we got back to the room and actually ate it, it was mid at best. You could taste the aluminum from the canned tomatoes in every bite which threw the whole experience off. We ate half that night and the other half that morning out of sheer will not to waste our money but we really wanted something else to eat other than a pizza that tasted like a robot made it. Kicked ourselves because we traveled by Subway 15 minutes there and 15 minutes back when there was a local, no chain, pizza shack on the same block as our hotel with a line of people buying authentic NY slices for $ 1.50. We pre-judge the building vs the food. Will definitely eat there next visit.

I mean, it’s not good pizza, it’s a chain. Even thought I ordered the one with most meat, all you can taste is overwhelming fake tomato sauce, couldn’t taste any actual meat. Anyhow, my problem was this “clean” plate I was served. I don’t think this was never washed, like ever. There was like slime on it.

The service was great! Unfortunately, the food left a lot to be desired. I've been to Unos in FL and MD but the NY location had a drastically different taste. The fries tasted as if cooked from frozen and the breading on the mozzarella sticks was thick and tasted like waffle batter. The wings tasted fine.

Had the most disgusting burger ive ever had in my life. It looked grey and was mushy and I got it Well Done. Fries were raw too. Like they were soaked in water. The shrimp/crab appetizer was delicious though. Unos isnt what it used to be. Shout out to the wonderful manager that accommodated me. Thank you.

I’ve always loved UNO’s as a kid my mom use to take me a lot when I was younger 86st location . IYKYK . This location here I’ve been to before but I usually stick to WHAT I KNOW IS GOOD . Which is the MUCHO NACHO ( what it was called before and the buffalo wings ) fried . Times have changed so much I would NOT be surprised if this location closed. 4/5/24 is the day I decided to try something different ! I had the shrimp and crab dip 10/10 the best thing I had there today.. I ordered a pasta meal which it was called spinoccoli 0/10 it wasn’t a whole breast it was like a sandwich meat chicken breast and in the middle was some of lettuce . The description on the menu never said it was a SANdwich meat breast. It was so bad I said I’ll go with a shrimp scampi which was a 3/10 horrible ! No taste or flavor . Moral of story never again . Dissapointing. :-( Stopped in before visiting AMNH and regret taking the extra time to go a little farther for a better place to eat. Your typical chain restaurant - dissapointing food and atmosphere. There are many other better places. We were 3 persons and all had the steak sandwich - may not be the worst I've had, but definetely won't eat one again - probably not visit Uno again.

Here’s the deal. I go here once a year to watch the mess that this place has been NON STOP! Every year we watch food go from table to table until it’s at the right table. This time was worse. We ordered when we sat down and my boyfriend’s food came VERY fast. my food took almost 50 minutes and we needed to leave. Tried to get the check and cancel the food after 45 minutes, and was hard to get anyone’s attention. The food came as we tried to get out, so they took it off the bill after just my food taking 50 minutes and packed it for me to go and glad my BF got to enjoy his food while we were there. I guess I can’t wait until next year’s “see how bad this place is still doing”. Or maybe, JUST maybe (most likely not) they will get it together and make this an acceptable serviced restaurant chain.

absolutely horrible experience both food and service. I ordered a salad with grilled chicken and my friend ordered a burger with fries. the chicken can super dry as if it was cooked, sitting around and regwated in the microwave. the burger actually got my friend sick to the point she had to go to the hospital eith food poisoning. I'm not pushing anything to the business beyond this review....however, I would HIGH RECOMMEND that everyone avoid this location. the supervisor on duty was apologetic about the food and offered a remake but I so glad I said no.

Horrible horrible restaurant. First time I came here was 2 weeks ago after visiting the near by museum. The waiter had kept us waiting 15minutes to ensure cleanliness of the table… when he sat us down… there was crumbs and ketchup on the table.. we left due to being annoyed. 2nd time we came - yesterday, cleaning literally happen infront of our face…with a wet rag. Not sure if it had any cleaning solution but I’ll assume the best. Following this we order lemon juice and it came with hair in it! The 2nd lemon juice we ordered had dirty spot in it … I will never go here again. I go to the AMNH MONTHLY and I’ll be dining elsewhere ☺️. Only thing I have to say is food is affordable here but that’s it, however I rather spend more for quality service and cleanliness.JUST DONT GO HERE ANY MORE

What a let down for a place that used to be a family favorite for deep dish pizza and muchos nachos. We ordered both, and a lunch special scampi shrimp pasta which was very greasy as the pictures shows. The only thing that we managed to eat was the farmers deep dish pizza, the rest of the food was quite a waste of money and didn't taste as before. To add to that, the service was very poor. The waiter didn't even try to be hospitable until the very end. We still left a good tip but will not return.

After waiting an hour our drinks never arrived, the service was terrible and the food was mediocre. We ended up leaving and taking the food home. It was not a good experience, don’t think I’ll ever go back!

The service is so so so so so so so so so horrible. The food was just okay and we had to remind the waiter for water, remind him for our order and reminded him twice for the check. The staff just drags their feet with everything and honestly, this is a great place to dine and dash because I’m not even sure any of the servers would notice. Please save your money and just get $1 slice somewhere because I guarantee you’ll get better service there and will be way cheaper. Perhaps even spend your money on ingredients to make your own deep dish at home or if you want to eat for free, I definitely recommend dine and dashing because that’s what I should have done.

Food was good but terrible service. I had to physically go and find a server to ask for hot sauce because no one was checking on our table. Our server brought our food and left immediately without asking if we needed anything else. Never came to see if we needed refills on our waters either. Then after brining us our desert immediate said “can you pay now I have to leave” and was standing by our table struggling to get the card machine to work before we even had our first bite of dessert.

The highlight of the meal was the Mediterranean flatbread. Unfortunately, everything else was a disappointment. The burger was basically inedible. It had no flavor and was slathered with mayonnaise. The fries were also lacking salt and were very obviously frozen. The service was also way too slow and our server forgot our order multiple times and had to come back to confirm. I can see why this place was mostly empty when I went.
