Quick, also gave me a free ice cream... could be because I was all alone, no family in state... 5 out 5 stars, would self Pity again.

The favorite of my Son PDG. He asks for Wendy's even if its beyond a convenient distance to where you're willing to drive.

Now this Wendy is always hot and fresh sometimes it takes a little wrong but it is well worth the wait the food is great the drinks with little flat

Service was quick was still l picking my drink at one of those cool new drink machines when i got my food. Then watched a college basketball game next to a fireplace decoration while enjoying my baconator and frosty. Place seems to have some pretty good managed store was clean and employees were really friendly.

Always have a good experience at the Newark location. Everything is clean, including the bathrooms. The staff is friendly and efficient. The food is hot and tasty. They will even put my son's burger patty on the side (because he's picky.) If you like Wendy's, give this one a try.

I like Wendy's and my kids LOVE it! I like the food quality and portion size. The price is good and Wendy's gives to charity, which is great. Whenever we want some fast, tasty food this is our place.

I often bought sandwiches from here during pandemic. The guy whose name is Sunny at the drive-thru is really a good person. He gave us excellent service every time. Recommended!

Love it here and they never get my order wrong and thier 4for 4 meals are delicious and fresh and made to order . Great menu worth great options for any budget and always super friendly no matter what . Bathrooms are super clean always and service is good. Fast service even if you see a long line don't worry it will go fast !

They make really good salads! The workers often struggle with the long lunch crowd lines, but employees are respectful and easy to understand . Just wish the dining area was open .

The order was made fresh and properly. The girl that took our order was a delight, professional and patient because I can't hear a g d thing. Give those kids a raise!!

I go here 3 to 5 times a week the 4 for $4 is too good of a deal plus you can substitute the fries for a baked potatoe. They took out the chicken wrap which was my go to but still a hitter

I go here often. It is ALWAYS clean, and the management is attentive and treats customers like true guests. The food is always delicious the way we expect it to be.

Great place and great manager. She is very experienced in customer service. I also noticed that this Wendy's was by far the most cleanest restaurant I have ever dined in. I will be back always.

They have the best burgers of any of the fast food establishments. My favorite is the Dave's double.

It is a large restaurant, not crowed at all. Clean washroom. Drive thru available. Parking is convenient.

Honestly, not a bad Wendy's Quick, didn't make any mistakes with my burger, wasn't too busy, and the drive-thru is right next to an exit back onto the main road.

Also the nacho cheese flavor just overpowers everything else that really all you taste. This might be better a chicken sandwich but my overall experience I’ll probably won’t get it again.

The food quality and service varies from day to day. You are never sure what you are going to get.

Food was good, customer service needs improvement, bathroom needs improvement.

I know that we should not expect a lot when buying fast food, but the place was not very clean, even for a fast food restaurant.

I ordered a baked potato, I ended up needing to microwave it . Overall our order was correct and my husband enjoyed his meal.

This is you average Wendys. The staff was nice and courtesous. They had a soda machine where you can choose you soda including versions with different syrups.

The food tastes nice, but customer service isn't the best, at least not for everyone. Was not treated very nicely for my order.

Drive through, seem to be training people but not watching them, for example tell us that the orders complete and everything is in the bags. (Not) They did fix the issue + apologized for the inconvenience -but- we had to go back and go inside. The worst burger I've had at a Wendy's! I asked for no tomatoes! They gave me tomatoes anyway! The burger didn't taste right so I threw it out!

Waste of time. This location still doesn’t allow people inside so even if you do an online order you have to wait in drive thru line. Very slow location..

The food here is decent for fast food, but make sure you check your order from this particular drive-through, as they often don't give you your full order.

Not professional. They took my card handed my food and closed the window.. all without acknowledging their customer or saying a single word. I did not enjoy my food because the service left a bad taste. And fries weren't fresh nor did they fill the entire fry holder. I paid $8 for this?? Trust me if it weren't for the rude service, I would have turned a blind eye about the fries. But nope. Oh yeah, this happened a week ago and every time I think about Wendy's for lunch, I remember how the treated me the last time.. which is exactly what it was... the last time I'll ever eat at that Wendy's. I'll be back Wendy's when you remember to treat your customers like human beings again.

Came in today on a Sunday, no one wanted to take my order. Everyone in the back on their phones. Do they not know I can see them? Made me feel sad

This location has no signs posted about their open hours. Went there at 7:45pm and the restaurant is closed.

They close early. Google says they are open until 12am but going at 11-11:30 they were closed lights out.

First time I go and the worst experience Marilyn was not good and apart from that they wanted to charge me for the ranch and ketchup

Google maps show 6 am open ,,, i arrive 2 times this week at 6:30 am and remain close ,, probably the time is incorrect on Google maps or this guy's are lazy.

Sent my son there 1/18/2019 order a grilled chicken sandwich lettuce only got grilled chicken in bacon went back around 9pm took 2 orders to get it right to my surprise get home to find out that they had use the same chicken that had tomatoes and bacon on it that I'm allergic to this place sucks especially at night time in the day time it's not bad at all with the ladies around but there was a small Middle Eastern guy that was the manager I guess and I've never ever given anyone a bad report on anything but this is just this is horrible didn't have enough common courtesy to even offer me my money back

$27 for 2 baconators (no combo) and 1 junior frosty is absolutely absurd. (Not even sure if I was charged correctly) I recommend going to McDonalds across the street or In-N-Out for better priced food and quality.

One if the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. The classic burger I ordered tasted like the meat was rancid. The mango lemonade tasted like the syrup had soured. I ended up getting very sick. Never going to this location again.

Got food poisoning from this place yesterday. They were severely understaffed and probably didn't cook the meat all the way through. My kid and I both got poisoned. It was really bad. We're still recovering as I write this so I don't forget.

Be cautious of the lady at the drive-thru in the evening! She is extremely rude if you use the app coupon for your purchase. I hope Wendy's corporate office can monitor the service quality of this branch. I even think Wendy's should cancel the coupons, as I don't believe this is the intended goal of the coupon campaign, going from attracting customers to making them angry.

When I looked further in the bag I noticed the other plain burger I paid for was missing. The fries and the nuggets were ice cold. And the bacon actor had one half piece of bacon. I will not be returning to this location. Very disappointed.
