Applebee's in Patchogue is consistently yummy and my friend and I aways enjoy the food and cocktails. The highlight is when we have Laury for our waitress. She is so friendly, caring and helpful! Make our experience the best👍

Prices were good, food was to be expected but our server Lisa was extremely attentive and helpful to the point that I felt I needed to write a great review. I never really leave reviews but I wanted to mention the amazing waitress Pamela that I had tonight, this wasn’t my first time having her as my waitress but she is incredibly sweet and very attentive to my table’s needs. Sometimes I can be a pain and ask for my food to be heated up and she did and made sure I had everything I needed. I told her how much I liked ranch and when I was running low she got me another one without having to ask. Couldn’t of asked for a better experience. Big thank you to Pamela for her hard work and kindness!

She just about had a meltdown when the Chicken Tacos were too spicy and her steak was overdone. OMG I can not hype this review enough. I never had such great service like the one I had at this restaurant. My server was so bomb her name was Alisha she took such good care of me and my family. She was polite, funny and sooooo generous she even gave us a free dessert to share. I have 5 kids and she was so patient with us. The drinks was good and the food was good she even help us decide and knew the menu so well. I left her a $50 tip because she was so amazing. I came back again with co workers and she was just as AMAZING now my friends and I request her when we go. THIS PLACE IS SO BOMMMBB!!!

My friend and I have been going on Monday afternoons for over a year, there are a few reasons why,the waitress Laury, and the mozzarella sticks. We are always greated with a warm smile and pleasant greeting, as she is still assisting other guests. She's a great asset to your company. The mozzarella sticks are the best around, the combination of a good waitress and scrumptious mozzarella sticks, makes every mozzarella Monday amazing.

First off I want to say I've been coming here for years and I just love coming here!! Everyone here is so nice and friendly which is why I always come back. The bartenders especially Kayla and Meagan truly are rockstars. The food is always good and I really enjoy the atmosphere here and I will always be coming back You have a really nice set of managers and the new general manager Jillian who took over the store is fantastic!!! She truly loves her staff and takes pride in her job and it shows!!!

I have an allergy and whenever I order food from the Farmingville location they ignore it. I went to the Patchogue location and spoke to Megan and Jill and when I placed my order I placed it with Mel. My order was 100% correct service was perfect and just really happy Customer. Now I know where to order my food at the Patchogue location because they take pride in their job and are vigilant when it comes to allergies noted on the order! Great people thank you so much! Thank you, Mel! I also spoke to Zach the manager, and he was very professional, and very polite and helpful!

I went to this location with my family. The food was good my husband had the steak and it was cooked perfectally. Ihad the ribs they were delish. Our waitress Anna was so sweet respectful, professional and responsive. The staff all seemed to be having a good time. The atmosphere was upbeat. Thanks Anna for being so kind to my grandaughter! "As American as motherhood and Apple pie" is Applebee's. Each Applebee's features local community tidbits as well as often supports their events. This chain restaurant always appears clean, food tasty and cooked well, and offers specials. Tonight we ordered the creamy Tomato soup, and crispy Mozzarella sticks to start. I enjoyed their Cheeseburger, and my husband ordered the Short Rib Tacos. Our server was very attentive, polite, and brought the food quickly. As we were driving home from the east end of Long Island, this Patchogue Mall location was easy to access from Sunrise Highway. A great place for American comfort food!

I had not been to Applebee's in a while but I am glad to have stopped in this past saturday! I was seated by the bar with Pam! She was great and watching her rock the fast paced environment reminded me of my serving days! Good to see theres still life left in these restaurants!

We had an amazing dinner the other night we came here only because we were in the area, our food came out hot no problems thanks to our server Alisha. She went above and beyond to make sure our night went smoothly. She recommended an item I've never had before which was the shrimp bowl with the rice and salad...so delicious!!!! She also recommended a delicious dessert, the butter pecan blondie! (My new favorite!) I will absolutely come back and ask for her, she was so sweet and thoughtful. Thank you!!

I’ve been to Applebee’s many times and have had great servers in the past, but I’ve never experienced service like I did with Laury! She was incredibly attentive—not just to our table, but to every table she served. Laury never stopped moving, yet still managed to make each guest feel cared for. She checked on us multiple times, took food allergies very seriously, and made sure everything was perfect. Beyond her attentiveness, she was also so friendly and personable, taking the time to chat with customers and make us feel welcome. I truly wish all servers were like Laury. I want to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude to the team at Applebee’s in Patchogue, especially Regional Manager Crissy, the servers, and management staff, for helping me host an unforgettable birthday celebration on Saturday September 20th for one of my former pediatric patients who is now terminally ill. From start to finish, the care and attention to detail were extraordinary. Crissy, the regional manager, went above and beyond, ensuring every detail was taken care of, and supporting me throughout the planning. Our waitress/server assigned to the party was absolutely phenomenal. She was kind, always visible, present, and anticipated our needs at every moment. She also shared that she is currently a nursing student, and I can already see the warmth, compassion, and attentiveness that will make her an incredible nurse one day. We wish her the best of luck in her career as a nurse. Adam and Dimitri checked in on us often, making sure we had everything we needed and that the family felt cared for. They too were always visible and met every one of our needs. Applebee’s holds a special place in my patient’s heart. It is his favorite restaurant. He also celebrated his high school graduation at Applebee’s Patchogue in 2024. Despite being weak and less mobile now, he insisted on coming because of the atmosphere, the food, and the kindness he always associates with this restaurant. Seeing him smiling ear to ear that day was priceless. The staff’s compassion turned what could have been an ordinary meal into a lasting memory for him and his family. Didn’t really know what to get since I’ve never been to applebees but our waitress megan really helped out! She recommended the spinach artichoke dip to start and it was AMAZING. I hate spinach AND artichoke but this dip was to die for! I also got a burger (pic below) and it was delicious! Megan’s great service and the food will make sure I come back soon!

This really is your friendly neighborhood restaurant. Staff is always warm, friendly and attentive to our needs. The restaurant itself is very clean and the diners are a safe distance from each other. I feel safe dining here. The taste and portions of the food and drinks are always good and consistent. This Applebee's is one of our favorites and on our short list of regular places we dine in.

My wife and I ate here on Thursday October 17. We waited about three minutes to be seated. We were greeted by the bartender who sat us at the booth. I thought we made a mistake coming here but we didn't. Our order was taking quickly and the food was on the table in a few minutes. The food was cooked perfectly and the portion was more then enough. We ordered the chicken that was only $9.99. It came with mashed potatoes, broccoli, a breadstick and a choice of pasta. The waitress was pleasant, very nice and also polite. I would recommend this restaurant. There are plenty of parking spaces near the entrance.

My friend and I go once a week for the lunch specials. We get a discount because we are older adults. Laury our server is a terrific person. She’s sweet and kind. She knows exactly what we like from cocktails to the way my friend likes her soup. She makes lunch a great experience.

The food was good, coleslaw was very fresh, and the brownie bite was the perfect amount. Our table was kind of isolated and we didn't have as much attention from our waitress as we would have liked.

Okay experience okay prices. Portions kind of small. One time even the manager wondered why I got such a small plate of food, you know for the money. Can't really recommend portions way too small. My location doesn't deliver. The online menu doesn't include pricing.

Listen, it's Applebee's. You go there just to pass some time and have a decent dinner. We all know it's not a Michelin star venue. So why go there? Well, it feels comfortable, like a worn-in pair of jeans. And if you're lucky like we were, you get a server who truly makes your day. I'm sorry to say I can't remember her name, but she made us feel as if we were the well-loved relatives who just arrived in town to spend the holidays. A truly amazing woman... with two jobs and three kids. See, I told you she made us feel like relatives. In the end, it's really not the food but whom you share it with.

After watching what ended up being my food on the counter inside for about 5 minutes, I decided to go inside the car side to go area and complete my order because during that time I never saw a single person step foot in the area. By the time I got home nearby, food was already cold and had to be reheated so I wasn't happy but the staff was nice. Maybe 5:45pm was a shift change? I've always had good experiences here so this wasn't typical. Food was good as usual and I will be returning.

Came to this Applebees on a Friday night. After fighting for parking , I had about a 15 min wait . Got the appetizer-meal deal that I find is worth the money if you're out with two people. I got the mozzarella sticks and the grilled chicken with rice and quinoa and it was honestly really good. My mom got the cavatappi and it had no taste at all. Our server was great though

Disappointing experience. A few of us chose to have dinner here tonight. The wait time was quoted 10 minutes, we were seated earlier which was nice. The staff was friendly. However, I ordered my steak medium, and the served it to me well done. My friends mozzarella sticks and chicken tenders were cold, he wound up packing it in a box to cook it at home to eat. The waitress, while really nice, was almost non-existent. We were greeted for the initial order and the check at the end, when my friend was finally able to ask for another drink… I don’t think I’ll dine here again. Place is half full and dirty. Rug hasn't been cleaned in a long time. Food is typical...the burger wasn't cold in the center. Waitress complaining about plates and cursing across the floor. And another one brushing her hair over clean silverware... Haven't been here in over two years... guess we will try again in two more...

We are there 2 times a week after our archery league, the wait staff is fantastic they know us. The food however is terrible, how difficult is it to get hot French Fries, this week the burger was colder than the fries.

The woman who welcomed us in was VERY rude off the bat. Me and my friend came in for half apps. I’m assuming since we’re young girls she felt as though we didn’t deserve the respect an adult would deserve. She seemed as though aggravated that we walked through the door. I understand that it was a very busy night, and I’m sure she was overwhelmed. No excuse to treat customers like peasants. Watched her disrespect everyone else walking the same way she did to us. Our server Jackie was amazing, kind and competent. Food was good. Hostess not so much.

$82 for 2 very small overcooked steaks On top of that they Charged me $4 extra for cheese on broccoli. There's definitely many better places to go if you're looking for steak, for example outback is far better, and for about the same price you get a much bigger syeak and more sides. Server was nice, but definitely far overpriced

One of the worst experiences I’ve had in my life. For starters the server Lisa greeted us and couldn’t even put an order into a tablet which shows that this Applebees has serious staffing problems. As for the food itself, I mean it’s edible but definitely no where near top notch. The pricing is fair but it’s just a shame to see this place having to hire people like Lisa since they can’t find any help. This place the food is literally low-grade dog food . The steak was so tough and filled with fat, and you could see the marks where the jockey was hitting it the night before. We waited almost 20 minutes for our appetizer, beef nachos. They arrived at the table almost cold. They didn't taste right and the nachos were all small pieces. It was a big messy pile. I told the waitress to cancel the rest of our order and throw it in the garbage. We walked out. Needless to say we won't be back.

Worst ribs i have ever had. They were very dry and had little meat. The french fries were cold and also dry. The waitress was too busy talking with another table and provides poor service. She didn’t offer another drink. I dont recommend!

We came for dinner around 10:00 pm and the chicken was tasteless and undercooked, I think it had a dry taste because it had been frozen before, but in general, except for the butter pecan blondie, the other orders were also not good. We were also exposed to an incredibly bad smell inside for some reason, really disappointing.

Service is bad. I went with my brother and mom on mother's day. Order a few appetizers and a chicken sandwich. One of the appetizers is loaded waffles that have bacon and didn't tell me they were out of bacon but when the chicken sandwich showed up (which I asked for no tomato) they had bacon and tomato which again I asked for no tomato.

WORST SERVICE EVER. Server name Amelia was the worst service ever to the point where we just left and went to McDonald's across the street. She said she was slammed (it was not I saw her standing doing nothing) lady forgot our food, never came back and asked, and all we ordered was chips and mozzarella sticks. AN HOUR and nothing. We paid for our drinks, which honestly we shouldn't have, and left. Worst service ever, but at least McDonald's was open. Ruined the night and I hope she's fired

Ordered the neighborhood beef nachos for takeout when I opened it. The portion was very small for something, that’s $19. There was little to no meat. The cheese wasn’t queso like it was more like when you take shredded cheese and put it in the microwave for a couple minutes, but it wasn’t quite melted. It just hard. The guacamole tasted old. The pico tasted old. The chips were stale. I threw it in the garbage, this is disgusting.

I don’t normally write reviews, but this visit to Applebee’s was by far one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. Right from the start, things went downhill. I ordered chicken wonton tacos as an appetizer, and when they finally came out, the food was cold. I politely told the waitress, and instead of apologizing or fixing the issue, she rolled her eyes at me and walked away with a snarky attitude. On top of that, when we got our appetizers and dinners, we had no forks or napkins at the table. I literally had to sit and wait about five minutes with food in front of me and no way to eat it — and during that time, there wasn’t a single employee in sight to even ask. Our waitress (I didn’t catch her name) was middle-aged, had super blonde platinum hair tied up in a bun, and carried a waitress book covered in stickers — so management should have no problem knowing exactly who I’m talking about. Unfortunately, she made the whole experience worse with her rude attitude. When our dinners came, things still didn’t improve. I ordered the chicken broccoli Alfredo and, once again, my food was cold. My friend ordered a cheddar bacon burger, and he didn’t even get the right sandwich. When we pointed this out, the waitress acted extremely annoyed and pissed off, like it was our fault for saying something. To top it off, I had to remind her to take the wrong sandwich off the bill at the end — otherwise, we would’ve been charged for food we never even got. Even the drinks were a disappointment. The sodas were completely flat with zero carbonation, and at that point the experience was so bad we honestly couldn’t even complain anymore. The table next to us was also having issues, and when the manager came over to speak with them, she was rude as well. Clearly, the problems run deeper than just one server. And to make matters worse, now that we’re home, we’re all dealing with the worst stomachaches from eating there. Between the cold food, flat drinks, wrong orders, no utensils, rude service, almost being overcharged, and the manager treating customers poorly, this was an absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. Definitely not worth the time, money, or headache — and I will never be coming back.
