Shout out to the officers who let us into the lobby knowing our ambulance wasn't gonna fit through the drive thru! You guys are the real MVP!

This Taco Cabana has really come along long way to be better over the past 2 years... I live and work close so this was always a quick and easy option... but i would say in the last 5 months the food and service has really improved a lot... it's not just a "quick and easy" it's now a "you know what sounds good" option... if you haven't been to this place in a while, you should give them another try...

Friendly and fast service. Wait time was about 5 minutes and the food was hot and tasty. My 3 year niece was very happy with her Taco Kids Meal. She loved the Queso and Chips. The store tables and areas were clean and the bathroom was too!!!

I will always say great things about Taco Cabana! When ever I go I am always greeted great and food hot. I will say I am glad to see the salsa bar open again. Because of COVID. I recommend you go and try. The margaritas are real good.

Went to pick up some Taco Cabana after work for the husband and I the other day. It was delicious!! Not as expensive as I though. Around $24. We got a lot!! The staff was really nice. Not too long of a wait. I did use the drive thru. Highly recommend!! And quick access to the high way!! Can't get more convenient then that!!

Tasty Thursday takeout Dinner. Service was fast and food was good. Only missing my honey to dip my sopaipillas in 🙄. Next time I will be sure to check the bag before I drive off.

Margaritas are one point and you are able to drive thru and get one with VALID ID of course and I suggest the large very well worth it.

The food was very good and the tortillas are special since they make them right there. I will return. Overall, a very good experience.

Pro: very friendly staff. Con: 1. My online order was never ready on time. It seems they prepare online order when the customer gets there. 2. Cilantro in salad bar still has sands in them. Probably they weren't washed thoroughly.

The churros aren't half that bad I think they could use a little more cinnamon and sugar but they are excellent with a warm cup of coffee. The beef soft tacos are outstanding they definitely don't skimp on the beef. The crunchy tacos aren't all that crunchy but it's not bad easily tolerable. Best time to go is early mornings or early afternoons that way you're not stuck and the rush hour while everyone is trying to get to either work or school. I went right around 3:00 and nobody was there perfect time to go in the afternoon!

The "TexMex"flavor was missing from my fajitas. What happened?

I was intentional about finding a Taco Cabana with good reviews. This location in Dallas didn’t disappoint! I enjoyed my nachos! And the margarita was delicious! The only thing I didn’t care for was not being greeted.

The drive thru speak is very loud, so beware, haha! Standard customer service; the team is very willing to fix any errors and they efficiently take orders. The food comes out very fast and hot, and I love Cabana's prices!!

It was okay because the clerk could barely hear us when we made our order. The meat was not too good seemed like it was reheated. The chips were stale and very old. Other than that it was great.

Service at the drive through is always friendly and cheerful! Tried the new tortilla soup - waaaaaay too salty!!! (And I'm a salt lover!) I thought my arteries were gonna slam shut! I couldn't even eat it. Couldn't take it back because I was already back at work with my food. Thank God I ordered a side of guacamole and a couple of flour tortillas. I was hungry! Whoever is makin' that soup needs to back off on the salt BY HALF!!!

Drive through service was okay. Almost all margaritas were out. The drive thru staff could have let me know the margarita flavors that were available instead of having her say, "we're out of that one, out of that one too, out of that one." One of the margaritas was old and tasted rather odd. Attempted to interact with the staff in the drive thru and although she wasn't rude, responses were forced and was definitely flat.

The service you get there can be very hit or miss.

Been here a few times. The first time was ok but the second time a few days ago they seemed understaffed. My friend ordered and the girl said the receipt paper is out so just didn't offer a receipt. She must have assumed we ordered together because she walked away and fulfilled the order while I stood there the for several minutes waiting to order. Then ofcourse I wasn't given a receipt to add to my Tc app. The tables between the main dining and the patio were all dirty with food. The door to the patio was locked from the outside so we had to go through the front door again to get the rest of our order. The food overall was good but service and cleanliness is what knocked the rating down. Experience is everything and I'm not really expecting a lot from fast food dining.

I used to LOVE Taco Cabana, and I was looking forward to eating there. However, the food is no longer as good as it once was. It reminded me more of eating at a Taco Bell.

The food was only okay because they didn’t put a lot of chicken in the taco salad i ordered. My friend’s tacos were kinda tiny but he got 3 for 9 bucks so he felt it was somewhat reasonable The service was pretty good, my friend and I had to ask for a key to use the restroom and they were nice to us when we asked for forks as well. Had to wait only a little to take our order. The place was dark and empty with no music. Honestly a little scary.

Been here many times and would be a 4 or 5, but the last few times the service has taken way too long. Seems to be a combination of needing one or two more employees, and the pace of the workers is a general malaise, they are stuck in slow. I dont think they are lazy or not working, they seem to generally all be trying their best, in a very slow way. Hope they can resolve this soon. Shouldn't take this long at 1:15. Food has always been good here for me. 9/12 another sad day at the TC. No fountain drinks. Same slow as molasses service and waiting for food. Still not sure if they need more employees or ones that work quicker.

Monday at 9 PM, place says open, exterior and interior lights are on, cars outside, but no one home. Very weird. Can't really give it a rating as no one responded at the drive-thru.

Hi everyone. So my experience was like this, I ordered only one taco of brisket because I wanted to try it besides my grilled chicken salad bowl and the brisket was so dry I should have taken it back... I don't know why I forced myself to eat it I guess I didn't want to be that picky customer but it was like 3 bucks for this taco & my mother went with me.... She ordered 2 & they put very little brisket in hers so honestly don't recommend brisket from there!! We were eating outside.... started raining so once in we did tell them it was too cold so they did turn down air!

Dined inside. Placed my order with CSA at register. Got the feeling I was bothering him. Went to fill my drink order. After 20 minutes I went looking for my food. There it was,sitting on the counter getting cold. Try the drive-thru. I'm guessing service there will be better.

I stop by before 9:00 am to purchase a dozen of breakfast tacos. I asked to please give me hot tortillas since In the past I purchased breakfast tacos the tortillas weren’t very hot . They offered me the box ready right away at the window and after I checked them the tacos were half way cold. I gave the cashier a $20.00 tip and asked her to please give me a fresh made tortillas. My surprise after I got the new order the tacos were the same and I told them they were not hot but unfortunately I did not had the time to wait any more. I strongly belived I wasn’t given fresh tortilla and instead the ones they have seating there for a little while in a box . If anyone can reach out to me I can proof the purchase not to get the money back but instead to give a better service to future customer . Thank you

Nice and clean outside. Lit up to let you know they are open but dining area closed and there was no notification that only drive thru was open. After 5 mins figured that out and went through drive thru. They didn't have change for $100 had to leave to go get change at gas station and then go back. For the most part food was good and not cold. Ate in the parking lot as others were doing as well.

The wait staff was very friendly and greeted us once we arrived. The food was very tasty but the three stars is due to the fact that the order that we requested did not arrive correctly and even after we attempted once more to have it straightened out we still did not receive what we originally ordered. We simply chocked it up as a loss but the food we did receive was of decent quality and had great taste.

Cashier was friendly! The women on the line preparing the food... meh not so much. And she moved terribly slow. My number was 5 but order 6 got their food first so I asked if she called my number to make sure. She hadn't and wasn't to pleased with me asking. Food was good though...slow but good. And it was only a Cabana bowl... just one.

Unfortunately, we arrived an hour before they closed, half an hour before the indoor seating's posted closure, and found the doors locked. Wasted time driving here.

Mediocre food. Not impressed by the service AT ALL. Definitely dont go to this location if you're in a hurry. We walked in with one man in line ahead of us and as soon as he got to the front the cashier walked away to the back and ignored everyone for a good several minutes. In the mean time several other employees were meandering around doing various chores and also ignoring all customers in line and the several who were waiting for them to refill the ice machine. All in all at least 4 employees around and every one of them ignoring customers, the man ahead of us finally walked out deciding not to spend his money here. We should have followed his lead. When someone FINALLY came out to take our orders, I was given my order number and sat it on my table as I went to get a beverage (they were out of tea and I let them know, however by the end of my meal the canisters were still empty) and someone came and placed the wrong order on my table and took my number card. It ended up being the meal of a couple across the room who had been waiting a while for their food. Just a little customer service goes a long way in food service. I will probably not return to this location and I hope management picks up the pace and raises the standard of service here.

Lady taking the order was rude. The lady at the window was a lot more pleasant but I noticed that she was handling the checkout as well as packaging food. I think many people in general miss the point of wearing gloves. The person handling the register should not be handling food in any capacity unless they take the time to wash their hands and get new gloves. I forgot why I don't go to taco cabana. I ordered some fajita tacos & remembered. The meat was like gummy texture it was so gross.

Worst place ever. They randomly lock the door during the day if they don't feel like serving you. Even if you order online for curbside (AND PAY) they just won't answer the phone or bring your food…

I used to love this place, but today when I picked up my order at the drive an employee was eating in the food area, right next to the lettuce and cheese. At one point she was crouched so low, like a dog protecting its food, that her hair touched the counter. Disgusting. The young man serving me noticed my disgust and he appeared embarrassed.

They don't make it clear when dining room closes. Apparently they close the dining room at 7, but the sign that has the hours only says "hours may vary." It's really inconvenient to not know when the dining room will close. You can do whatever dining hours you want, but it's messed up not to clearly let your customers know

I drive a Limousine and wanted to stop by for food while waiting for my clients. Since the Limo doesn't fit in the drive through I walked up and asked to place an order (because the dining room closed at 6 pm on a Friday) And I was told I couldn't order unless I had a car. First, I’m deaf and I can read lips. I ordered breakfast taco. The. Hashbrown was not fully cooked the country sausage taco wasn’t good either. The salsa bar didn’t have any fresh items you could see its age. I could go back and ask for more but the cashier would not pull down her mask to let me read her lips so I didn’t want to bother. I ordered on their site & never received the delivery. I called & kept getting sent to v/m. I had to drive there. They didn't even offer to make it right or refund my delivery fee. I have come here multiple times in several months (this is on my way home from work) and each time it just seems like they don't want to serve you. Like they would prefer if you just didn't come. Which is I guess why they close the dining area before 8pm everyday.

I ordered food through the drive, got to our hotel, and found part of the order missing. I attempted to call to see if they could refund the missing items since I was already gone and they didnt answer. What I did get was not the best. The chicken bacon ranch taco had no ranch for example.

We stopped on our way heading out of town there was no customers alor staff upon arrival. Took them forever to come to the counter. Weren't very welcoming, sat down to wait for our food and the restaurant was very disgusting. No tables cleaned, bugs on the floor, needed to be sweeped and mopped, drink area dirty. Food took forever and was barely warm. Tasted old even at 10:30am. Never seen another employee after we got our food.

Tables were filthy outside! Some condiments were completely out and some were very low. When I asked a lady behind the counter (she portrayed as the manager) she had a very bad attitude while saying someone is going to fill them and for me to basically go sit down and wait while my food gets cold as the air conditioning is blowing strong. I just scraped the little condiments that was there. One guy who just got there was taking out the trash brought out some pico (unsanitary) and that's it like the sauces don't need replenishing. She also was eating food while making someone's order. (Unsanitary) The skinny lady on August 27th around 1:00pm is the one who acted as if she was in charge and she along with what was going on was unsanitary, rude and she needs to be replaced.

Made me not want to go back to this specific one it’s not the customers fault You’re in a bad mood or understaffed bit my tongue on telling her to be a better person and be patient AGAIN NOT THE CUSTOMERS FAULT!

It seems everytime I order from this location they can not get my order correct. All I ordered was soft flour taco shells. They fried the shells. I guess they didn't understand the word soft. This is the second time they messed up my order in a two week span. How hard is it to get the order correct if it's only taco shells.

I love me some taco cabana! I have never visited one that one that didn't have great customer service but today I witness at this location horrible customer service. The customer before couldn't get his order corrected by the young man taking orders.but they lady that came to assist was A RUDE, after the customer explain the issue she stated that the customer was wrong and order wrong which wasn't the issue....ok that happen no apologies just the customer fault when the young man clearly didn't know what he was doing... NOW it's my turn all I wanted to order 2 crispy tacos and the queso Blanco no beans dip he tells me that chips doesn't come with and would I like to order chips with my dip...I said yes it does he says no so I just had him remover the dip and charge me for the 2 tacos. I understand we are all under pressure at some point it's life but pleae dont take it on your customer. I hope she has a better day

The black beans tasted like mix of freezer burn and soap which was really weird. Fortunately I had only eaten one of the tacos and a little bit of the rice and guacamole so I stopped eating and had my husband tell them and they gave him refried beans as a replacement (which I wouldn’t have ordered) instead of a refund. He didn’t order a plate so his tacos were fine. This was my first time at a taco cabana and I feel like it’s extremely hard to get Mexican food wrong but it’s personally the worst beans I’ve ever tried. While my husband finished his meal I started feeling like throwing up and a strong soapy taste. They were nice enough to remake the meal but I will not be eating it after how bad it tasted like originally so we will just throw it away which I’m sad about because I dislike being wasteful with food.

If you want a sad chicken fajita then here you go. I ordered around closing time so I’m assuming the two workers there were in a rush to close w/ rude attitudes. You’ll expect some type of cheese, toppings, one onion, something especially spending $20. The guacamole also taste lemony and bland. Won’t be going back !

Ordered Doordash from the Taco Cabana at 2635 N Stemmons Fwy, Dallas, TX 75207. Every time I order from them they mess up one of our group orders, but this time not only did they send real beef in the nachos, forget to give us the Pico de Gallo, used black beans instead of refried, but they added a little extra treat in the nachos... PLASTIC WRAP!!! I really wish they'd get themselves together. I had to pull this nasty thing out from the back of my throat!

Update 09/18 this TC sucks. Queso is literally COLD as soon as they brought it to the table. Chips are stale. Enchiladas have some kinda nasty brown gelatinous substance on them (see photos). They forgot part of my order. The dulce sauce is still weird & disgusting (taste like burnt caramel, see pic) My taco was only half full & half an empty tortilla. I will not be back to this location. Horrible. 1st visit 07/18 Was frustrated this Taco C messed up my order & the dulce sauce for sopapillas tasted/looked like something was very wrong with it. Maybe it was old? We have these all the time so I know It was the wrong color & totally wrong flavor. Just threw it out. Had to wait 35 minutes for a $9 order. Easy access & parking.
