We go to Jimmy John’s every week! So glad it finally came to Norwalk. Thomas and his team are amazing. The store is spotless and the food is delish!!

I ordered delivery and thought it wasn’t delivered, but I was mistaken! I just hadn’t checked the right door. The delivery driver and manager of Jimmy Johns were so nice and helpful despite the fact that I was being an annoying customer. Thank you JJ for being so nice and having great customer service. Delicious sammies- hit the spot on a lazy Sunday afternoon.

Had to update my review from a 4 Star because I wanted a toasted sandwich which at the time they didn’t offer. Ecstatic with Jimmy John’s New Toasted Sandwiches on the Menu!!!! Best sandwiches nearby!!

Update: well oiled machine now. I'll chalk my initial review to first opening kinks. On point now! Bread wasn't great... Seemed day old. Staff was friendly and helpful and the sandwich was made quickly. Will be back.

This is my first time ever eating Jimmy Johns and the person at the drive thru was really patient with me and explained and recommended items on the menu and he was very polite and caring I think his name was Quay... the food is amazing I will definitely be back soon.

Found It!! Great place. Great service. Def. Tasty sandwiches. Had the #6 veggie one… couldn’t get enough of it though I had the giant size.. lol. Staff were friendly n welcoming.

I ordered for a work function, and everyone was pleased with the catered food from Jimmy John's. The sandwiches and potato salad were a HUGE hit, but everything was delicious. The cookies, and brownies went very quickly too. The favorite of all was the chicken salad wrap sandwich, but again, everything was really good, and there were no left overs of our 50 sandwiches and sides delivery. I will defiantly order from here again. The staff was super friendly and helpful. This was my first time at Jimmy John's, and the staff all took their time making sure I ordered exactly what I needed without a hassle. The delivery was prompt, and came exactly to the minute as they said it would. The Jimmy John's team from Westport Ave in CT really deserve a round of applause. THANK YOU for making our function extra special.

I was super impressed with this location. Staff was friendly and efficient. Sandwich was tasty, with plenty of filling. Restaurant was clean and the restrooms - oh my, you could eat in there! 😂 I've never seen such a tidy fast food place. This is what fast food should be. 10/10 very happy and would eat here again.

Been here several times, today service through the drive through was good when I unwrapped my sandwich tok my first bite ( no turkey) second third etc. Half of my 8 inch turkey with peppers oil vinegar and cheese xtra was half empty. Being on the go as I am alot I do not have time to go back and make a complaint. I will still use Jimmy johns as my go to spot. Hopefully this is a one time thing.

So happy Jimmy Johns has come to Connecticut!! Great sandwiches here per Jimmy John’s high standard. Fresh bread (I could go on about the bread for days…), good portions of meat, and prepared super quickly. The vibes in this location were great! Friendly staff and very clean. I’ll be back soon!!

The whole team is great, but Tom ALWAYS goes out of his way to make sure my order is perfect and has made it feel like my local sandwich shop- thank you jimmy John’s and Tom! Addendum: I will really miss seeing Tom. He made it a personal experience every time.

The place is clean and service was excellent. I can to try the pickle sandwich, it was ok but was expecting more zing, more salty more sour. It was good but honestly a bit bland

Food tasted as good as always, but I unfortunately found a hair tangled in my sandwich. I did notice the employees weren’t wearing hairnets which explains why that happened lol. Manager was apologetic and compensated another sandwich but don’t think I’ll be a returning customer unless the problem is solved.

My son bought a tuna sandwich from here and it was an absolute fail. Awful customer service, the person taking the order had such a bad attitude and didn't even take the time to explain what's in the sandwich when asked (there weren't any customers at the time either). The sandwich itself was horrendous that it had to be thrown out. This was a to-go order and by the time we seen the mess of a sandwich we had already driven quite far. Never again will we go here.

I normally buy sandwiches from Mom & Pop shops and not franchises, but I was on my lunch break and running an errand and Jimmy Johns was next door. First, I got there around 12:30pm and the place was empty, there were four people behind the counter, one took my order and I paid for it, one was making sandwiches, one was wrapping sandwiches, and one to put the sandwich in a bag. The sandwich maker guy was doing phone orders and walk in's and I didn't wait that long, but seemed pretty inefficient. The sandwich was pretty sad, only one choice of cheese and sliced thinner than I thought was possible, I also didn't realize some (or all?) the toppings are a dollar extra. Although I could stand to lose a few pounds the ingredients were pretty skimpy compared to their competition and nothing unique or outstanding to draw me back. I think I'll pass on Jimmy John's and stick with my local favorites.
