These ladies make some good food. They are a million times more consistent then that other taco shop. Thank you for your hard work.

Fantastic food and sauces! Easy call ahead and pickup. My favorite is the shredded chicken enchilada plate.

This place is a hidden gem. From the outside, this place doesn't look appealing and blends right into the rest of the strip mall. I stopped in for a couple of carne asada tacos and they were great. The chips and salsa were excellent too - see the picture. I especially liked their Salsa Verde. I was there around 4pm. The dining room was empty, but there was a steady flow of take out customers.

I'd eat here every day if I could. They cook the same so you know if you order it again it's not going to taste different. Best mole, best chicken tacos, the food is comparable to Los Panchos in Pacheco...yummy!

Tasty food! I ordered the beef enchilada dinner and he ordered the carnitas burrito. The beans had a tiny bit more salt than I'm used to but that's what made them delicious! Make sure to add chips to your order since they are not complementary. Prices are pretty great too! The same enchilada dinner I would have paid $5 more in Pleasant Hill.

Los Charros is my favorite Mexican restaurant in Oakley. The portions are very generous, the staff is friendly, and the service is consistently good. No matter what I order I always add a chili relleno, they are great! Keep up the good work!!!

Hands down my favorite Oakley Mexican food! The menu is small and not much variety but I don’t mind being narrowed down! Coming from someone who takes forever to make a decision lol! Their bean dip is the best!! As well as with anything that has their sauce on it. I personally love their cheese enchiladas and bean dip but every single thing tastes good! A definite MUST TRY!

We have used Los Charros catering several times for birthdays, graduation, parties etc. We order trays of dozens & dozens of tacos, enchiladas, burritos & trays of beans & rice. It wins over our crowd every-time & the value for your buck is AMAZING !! Like I said, SATISFACTION patrons of this restaurant for over 20 years & have yet to be disappointed. And……MY ORDER IS ALWAYS CORRECT !!! Try that with Mickey D’s or Jack! 🙄

I was at the laundromat a few doors down after my washing machine decided to go on strike and stop working. So after washing my clothes and loading them into my car, I decided to check this spot out. Upon entering I was greeted. The dining area is small, but not many people were eating in. I ordered the super carne asada burrito and hot salsa to go. I got home and found a movie to watch and unwrapped my burrito. I took a bite without salsa and it was flavorful. The salsa just added to it. I'll definitely be back to try more on the menu... and hopefully won't need to stop at the laundromat too much longer after the parts arrive. Los Charros is definitely worth a visit.

This has been one of our favorite go-to Mexican food spots since we moved to the area many years ago. The constant stream of people coming in is testament to the quality of the food and the prices are easy on the wallet. The only way it could improve is to move into a larger spot as there are only three tables if you choose to eat in and you're lucky if one is open.

My chiliquiles were smackin. Most places don't get them right, but Los Charros did! Most people in the area overlook this spot because of the other taqueria down the street but that one is over rated.

Good prices, good food, burritos were fresh and the flavors are there. Would give 5 stars if it were not for rushed inattentive service, but hey if you are not into customer service then this is your spot, food is great! worth the mediocre service.

My husband loves their super burritos and I had their combo plate of shredded beef enchilada and tacos. It's a small place but you can order to go. 3 small tables if you want to eat there, I'd it's not full.

Excellent service . Tried pastor (2) taco plate with rice & beans. Pork was shredded, tender & moist. Topped with slightly spicy green salsa. Not my favorite 'pastor' but overall quality good enough that I will return to try the Carne Asada.

LOCO burritos are really good. The BEAN & CHEESE burritos are DELICIOUS!! Vegi burrito is a great choice if you don't want meat. I eat here at least 3 or 4 times a month.

So I LOVE the food from this restaurant. It always tastes as good as the last time. That being said, there is absolutely NO customer service over the phone. In fact they are annoyed that you even called. If you would like to eat at this to-go only establishment, just order there and wait your 15 minutes. Pre-ordering is not their specialty

My brother went and got food last night and they got the order wrong and instead of taking care of it the girl argued with me how she put it in the bag her self , well she put the wrong food herself cause I didn't get what I ordered. So I asked her if she ever heard of customer service.Your supposed to make the customer happy not argue and tell them your closed when it wasn't even 9 o'clock. So in the morning I'm going to call and tell the manager how all I got was lip and I didn't order that either.

I ordered a green wet super burrito with steak and got a dry burrito with burnt meat. You get a 5/10. The ladies were nice, but it is disappointing when you pay for something and don’t get it. I should have gone to La Costa.

I ordered the taco dinner and enchilada dinner. It was about an hour before closing. My tacos 🌮 were cold and were not fresh. The beans and rice did not have any flavor and the salsa was watery. I hadn't been here for a while because the quality of the food is declining and it still is, with today's prices, I try to spend my money on worthwhile food and this wasn't it.

we like this place, and doing our best to support local businesses during a hard time. BUT, whole order was ice cold, tostada was soggy. told us 35-40 minutes to pick up, it was most likely done in 20 and sat there. mostly inedible, so need to find an alternative. disappointing.

Their quality has gone down drastically. Since I was 4 years old(am 28 now) me and my family have enjoying this resteruant for a little over 2 decades. I don't know if it's the epidemic to blame, but the over all satisfaction and service has dropped. Not only for the first time they got my order wrong "a super wet burrito with asada and EVERYTHING IN IT" only had asada in it, one of biggest pet peeves, and my wife order the same with NO RICE, was packed full of nothing but, simple directions not hard to take. I used to rave about this place, now is mediocre, and most likely see becoming less.

I didn't like this restaurant.The food was terrible, especially the meat. I almost threw up eating this. What I'm trying to say is that if you really are craving for Mexican food, don't go here.

I have gotten the wrong order 2xs in a row, and didn't complain So I ordered from there today and said please.check the order is right. The guy only said 20 minutes I tried to say thank you and he hung up. Is it all new people or what??? I eat there at least 2 times a week normally, a.d my whole family does, but at least say. I'm sorry ill check the order this time.

The worst service I have ever had . It took an hour and a half after being told 30 min .The food was cold. Very unorganized!!!! No way to run a restaurant... This is the last time I will ever step foot in this place... watching as I waited they could not handle the flow customers. Anyway just be aware...

When I got my food it was dry. Then they charge me extra for a cup of sauce. It should have been free since my food was so dry. Seating is very limited.

I'm sorry I have to downgrade my rating. They messed up my order and when I called they claimed they read it back to me which they did not. the only reason I was telling them about the order as I was thinking they may have handed me the wrong one because it was not even close to my order. they claimed there was nothing they could do it unless I drove back down there and waited for them to make me the correct b burrito. I had already waited almost an hour for my meal. I just asked for a $5 credit for next time and they refused. Do not go here they do not value their customers. To top things off my chips work completely stale

When it was finally my turn, the cashier didn’t even acknowledge me right away—she just asked who was picking up like I wasn’t even standing right there. Horrible experience!
