If you're looking for something beyond mezcal and corona in Oaxaca, like I was, you need to visit Punta Cabras. This place has excellent, high-quality beers at prices comparable to a michelada in any other bar or restaurant and the food is incredible. My favorite was the tuna taco. Great service, intimate and welcoming setting in a convenient location right near the center. If you're in Oaxaca and want a unique experience with top-quality beers that are skillfully made with only the best ingredients, please come check this place out. Try their beers and test them against the tasting notes in the menu. I think you'll be very pleasantly surprised. 🍻

It’s a great spot. Some of the best beers in Oaxaca on tap- always cold, maintained well and with a decent selection, unlike a lot of other places. The food is great and they play good tunes as well, even heard some J Dilla! Pet friendly.

Really nice place to have a craft beer and a quick bite. I tried at least four of the beers they had on tap and they were all really good, specially the West Coast IPA and the Double Hazy IPA. Also tried the Baja-style tacos which were amazing. I only missed a dessert to pair with their stout.

Punta Cabras is my favorite spot in Oaxaca. It's super cute, cozy, has great music, and of course, the best craft beers you can find—the IPAs are my favorites. On my last visit, I was blown away by the selection of natural wines and the tuna tiradito. I would definitely recommend it.

Best craft beer in Oaxaca! They constantly change the taps so you can try different craft beer. Friendly people, excellent service. I tried the IPA from Oaxaca Brewing Co. 👌 They also have excellent food. I tried the Tostadas de Pescado Ahumado (smoked fish) and it's delicious and well served.
