I dined in here today me and a friend stopped by. I ended up getting 2 mcchiken and a small frie. I ordered my food from the front counter and got it hot and fresh ready to be picked up.overall was a very good experiece

I just could not share this experience, but literally waited 30 minutes in the drive-through asking if anyone was there when I knew I saw two people inside: a female and a male. the male was older and obviously the manager. the female was a younger black girl, and for whatever reason, she had an attitude throughout the whole process of ordering Not only did it take a very long time and I was the only one in line was after 1 o’clock, but she just had a nasty attitude, she kept trying to rush me through my order process when she finally decided to take my order & when I finally got to the window she snatched my money out of my hand like I was bothering her.. and I had asked for things multiple times because she kept closing the window like I needed ketchup, napkins, and a straw for my drink, but that definitely upset her having an open and close the window so many times. I don’t know what’s going on in her life but when you’re working at a job, business is business! leave your personal stuff at home and don’t take it out on customer spending money at a business. if that’s how you’re gonna treat one individual Customer imagine how many other customers are being treated this way?unacceptable.

I stopped this McDonald’s cause it looked really easy for me to stop and go back on the main street. 🚐I was very very hungry, but I was really looking for a pizza, but I ended up at McDonald’s by mistake so I went and looked at the so-called value 💰menu value meal menu I have choices of spending $5.06 dollars or seven dollars and I ended up skipping and all that just enjoying a very nice delicious cold beverage. 🥤It was the most sweetest sweet tea I’ve ever had in my life sweeter than pie sweeter than apple pie. It was just delicious. I believe I officially after finishing in consuming this delicious mouthwatering tasty sweet tea. I instantly became diabetic. 🙈I am a vegetarian sometimes but now I knowr I’m diabetic. I just have to stay away from this kind of drinks, I should only consume holy water or I mean like springwater.🐮

I ordered lunch off of the app Stop by to pick it up I asked for a large cup for some ice water because I do not drink soda at all they told me they could not give me a cup Even after I spent $20 on ordering food told me they could not give me a large cup. Did Even give me the option to pay something for the cup I would not recommend this location to anybody because the manager was standing right there and didn't even attempt to make it right I will drive 30 miles out of my way before I stop here ever again

I ordered double filet O Fish and I got charged $8.39. I was like why am I being charged double the price of the meal. The cashier told me: “because your ordered the double fish, so the price double”. I was like okay that makes sense. Then, I told her that I would change that to 2 orders instead then she told me it’s the same thing anyway. Then, I was ok with what she said to keep original order. YET, I received a regular filet O Fish, NOT double! I only realized it when I got home. Is it how you lie to your customers??? Deliver the same thing with DOUBLE the price??? Never trust McDonald anymore!

Update new: $3.61 for this (see picture) 🙄. I’ll definitely stay away from McDonald’s from now on. Lovely service tho. Wish I could’ve gone back but they’ll just say I ate some out of it even though I didn’t. Old review (still valid): Messed up my two sandwiches but they did remake it. The staff seem unknowledgeable about their own sandwiches and so even though they remade it kindly, I was still missing onions, pickles, etc. not returning.

Girl taking orders in the drive true have a nasty actitud. Just because I ask to see the menu because screen where stock on some else order. server at the second window had a face not talking at all terrible customer service, My food was not what I ask for trow my fries upside down,, Don’t waste your time and money horrible customer service Never 👎 again. The genius who worked this Morning in this location at 6am on New years Day made me wait more than 10 min to tell me that they only was accepting cash. A waste of time, "I wasn't loving it"

Please tell corporate this franchise is a systematic failure from point of sales to rest of the operation. If you happen to go here and are asked if you would like to "round up?" My suggestion is to round up....to a nicer venue like a small mom and pop place that provides healthy fresh food and are more concerned about the customer than quarterly profits.

So went to get a bacon egg and cheese bagel, went to the window to pay that my order wasn't there, well someone took it, that they cashed my order to the car in front of me fine, so they took my order drive thru girl was mad at someone there that said something , then moved up to next windo..sir what was ur order . Are u kidding me told the girl and I got my bagel, luckily it looked good , and taste ok...but this McDonald's for being the busiest in this area they're employees are horrible..don't like ur job y even apply

If I could give zero stars, I would. We waited in the drive-thru line for 5 minutes while the other lane served three cars. When we finally pulled up to the window to place our order, instead of acknowledging the delay or trying to make the situation better, the manager told us we had to pull around and order through the speaker like we hadn’t just waited. As someone who works in customer service, I found this extremely disappointing. This was a clear example of poor customer service, and I won’t be returning.
