So I’d just like to share that one busy day I happened to have a misunderstanding on my order I was told to come in the next day and I’m so happy on the way the manager there (Trista) helped clear everything up she took the time to really understand the situation and fix it as best as possible I left satisfied and I am so looking forward towards coming again ! My family has just rediscovered Fazoli's a couple of months ago. This place is way better than they used to be! The kids LOVE it and I love seeing my boys full and happy. Also I don't know his name but Fazoli's isn't paying the short red haired guy with a ponytail, beard and glasses enough money. Do you hear me Fazoli's? This guy is your workhorse! Give him more$$ He's been here each night we've been and I'm always happy with his service. The date is 1-18-23 time is 8:30

Hadn't been there in a while. It was really nice inside. Clean & cozy-ish. When our order first arrived at our table, we were missing a couple of items( we were a large group of 8), but, they got them to us quickly. We recieved plenty of complimentary breadsticks. Overall, we enjoyed our dinner.

Food was very good and staff was so nice and made sure we didn't need anything else after we received our food.

My boyfriend and I both got the loaded spaghetti. Let me say it was delicious, much better than olive garden. I was very surprised it wasn't a ton of pasta and just a sprinkle of meat like most places. The loaded spaghetti is exactly that. It is LOADED, filled with hearty meats and cheese. I almost couldn't find the pasta! The fresh bread sticks were very yummy, and paired well with the large iced unsweet tea we picked. Service was fast, friendly and price was reasonable. We will definitely be going back here again.

I originally ordered from door dash. The driver was horrible. When I called fazolli to inform them of the door dash driver horribleness, the manager was quick to get on the phone. The manager was absolutely AMAZING!!! Food is spectacular. And the fazolli staff that helped was absolutely incredible. I HIGHLY recommend the odessa fazolli!!!

First off, if you have never went into Fazoli's for dine in, go asap. I've eaten here for years, and always had drive through. The portions are even bigger when you go in, and served in real bowls and plates. Todd saw me pull up, and came and opened the door for me when I got there. He took my order as well, and was super friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. The inside of the restaurant was spotless, and I sat down to a freshly wiped table. The food came out super fast, and like I said, HUGE portions. The best value and service I've had in a restaurant in a long time.

Food was well prepared. Bread sticks are always great. Eduardo stopped by several times to make sure we were taken care of.

I love coming to fazolis they always have the best customer service . And my food always comes out hot and delicious. I recommend getting the lasagna it’s so good especially with the breadsticks. I hadn't eaten at Fazoli's in more than a decade, but it's still good food and great service. I wish I had gotten the young man's name that helped us. He was very nice. My sister said every time she goes, he's just as sweet. Don't be expecting top of the line Italian, it's fast food, but it does the job of satisfying you if you need a quick Italian food fix. 🙂

Good service and food, but the place is always cold whenever I go, and for a pasta place, it shouldn't be this cold. Otherwise, it's very good.

Awesome fast food that doesn't taste like fast food! It was either go to My Piasci or Olive Garden and spend over $100 for 2 people or spend $50 for the same amount of food and not have to deal with the wait time, attitudes, people and then the expected tip. Regardless of the service. So, Fazoli's was a hit again. I've been there twice through the drive thru and ate really nice when I arrived home.

Pretty good sampler plate. Ordered double cheese pizza. You could tell the pizza had been sitting there due to the grease seeping through the crust of the pizza. Other than that bread sticks were fresh. Workers were very nice.

In all my years coming to this Fazoli’s I’ve never had the amazing service I had tonight!! I wish I had gotten the crews name to give them props by name. From being greeted immediately, fast service, hot food to the gentleman who grabbed our plates and brought us more breadsticks, it was a great experience. I was honestly surprised when I realized this place isn't having as many customers as it was 15 years ago. The employees are very kindly mannered, and good at checking up on tables. The food is always amazing in my opinion, and often better than Olive Garden. I'd say this is high end for fast food.

So this was our first time trying this place and we were out of town so decided to give it a go. Was not disappointed, we’ve never had Italian fast food. Food was delicious especially the breadsticks! The other dishes were tasty, kids enjoyed the pizza and free drink refills. Service was pretty quick. The young man at the counter with long hair was helpful and friendly. Salad was big and yummy.

The food is always good here. I ordered the chicken carbonara. The portions are huge! Free breadsticks if you dine inside. It is a little pricey but considering the size of the meals I think it's worth it.

Went there for lunch. I had a spicy penne with chicken (in the picture) it was spicy! Should've gotten a shaved ice to help cool down, but it was still good! My husband had chicken alfredo with bacon, also good. With some cinnamon swirl breadsticks, pretty good as well. Drinks didn't taste bleachy, which is always a big plus! Can't complain about the employees at all. One employee stopped bussing tables to open the door for an elderly gentleman with a cane. And the bathrooms were pretty clean always a plus as well.

Not this Location but I've been going to Fazoli's for more than 10 yrs, I love there food. Which either you'll love it or think it's meh. Lol. I love it though. Why not 5 stars? Some of the items on the drive thru menu don't fully explain what the meal comes with. It does but doesn't. Other wise I'm satisfied.

Food quality is consistent good. Clean restaurant. Service is good. One of the best in Odessa for Italian fast food. Only complaint is Drive through is extremely slow. I suggest using the app to place order, walk inside, pick it up and leave. Very quick

Kinda like McDonald's does Italian. I was really surprised that the fettuccine Alfredo was pretty good. Not good Italian restaurant quality but better than Olive Garden and less expensive.

I love Fazoli's. I eat there whenever I'm near one. The meat sauce was very good as always. The spaghetti noodles were a little under cooked. The bread was plentiful and fantastic. The serving sizes are enough for 2 people. They appeared to be short handed. The cook left 2 hours early and he leaves every day 2 hours early. This is fine but everyone in the restaurant knows this. Someone else called in on another employees phone and talked to the manager about why they were not coming in. I was 4 tables away. I will go back I would just rather eat without knowing the status of all the employees.

Ordered dinner. It's Fazolis! Decent pasta and always pretty quick. I got the Chicken Broccoli Penne (minus chicken) one of my faves.

Service was good today. the food is ok. Parking is ok. Very cool inside. MUSIC makes me pull my hair out !!! You have to go to counter for more bread sticks. Very expensive for pasta. Bring a coat and earplugs

We tried the new $4 pasta bowls and was pleasantly surprised. They do not skimp on the portions and it was well worth the price. Usually a meal out for two of us runs from $20 to $30. Today, two meals and two drinks was less than $15. Highly recommended.

Went through the drive through and had to order from an automated response. This was a first for me. I would rather talk to a person. The lasagna was good and the spaghetti and meatballs were tasty as well. Lots of yummy bread sticks too.

I had never been to this place. I needed ti order a meal for my staff whose Christmas party was that day. When I looked online it said I was able to order that day. Since I had never ordered I decided I would go to the restaurant and order there to get a better Idea of portions and options. That was a mistake! Manager was a little snippy and not too willing to help. She finally sent a gentleman who gladly assisted me and helped me tremendously. Also the gentleman who brought everything out to my vehicle was really sweet.

Stopped here to get dinner, got home (an hour away) and open the bag and my kid's food was missing. They were busy and mistakes happen trust me I know, and I should've checked the bag but I didn't think I'd need to since we've never had an issue before. Spent 30 minutes in store waiting for our to go order and it wasn't even complete, just kinda disappointing.

Well the same guy vaping outside the door was also the doorman and cashier. He was polite. That’s where the good service ended. We watched people who came after us get their food first. I asked my husband to check on our order and there is was just sitting there. So we served ourselves. The food was lukewarm and No one ever came and asked if we needed anything or if we wanted more bread. I can say the sitting area is clean but behind the counter and in the cooking area from what I could see needs some SERIOUS ATTENTION.

Food was good, line in drive thru was long, so went inside, should of just stayed in the drive thru, the two girls at the front counter were arguing with each other, and it took way too long to get my order. My baked spaghetti was nice and hot, really good, but my pizza slices were hard and seemed old. Way to over priced to be serving hard pizza! I'll pass on this place next time.

This site has an artificial voice system that takes your order. I made my order and it didn't register my order. I had to reorder again. After the second unsuccessful attempt the system signaled a REAL person to take the order. That was really frustrating. Making it automated doesn't mean it is going to be better.

This was our 1st time eating here. We did the drive thru and when we got home we opened up our order without any silverware. I ordered the chicken fettuccine Alfredo, the noodles were good but let me tell you the chicken was aweful. It has over salted and dry. I was really repulsed by the taste of the chicken. My son loves pizza and he even said the pizza tasted weird.

The food is decent if your kids love spaghetti, but the reason why I’m mad cause they never give me utensils with my food all the time. They expect my kids to eat with their hands just cause they do !

The order was good but the food wasn't so great and it gave me the runs and my stomach got upset and to me i couldn't go back the bread was really greasy and didn't taste too good either. The people that work there need to learn not to use the same cooking utensils when it hits the floor and learn to wash there hands properly. They need the employees to do better jobs and the management as well too

While in the drive thru, had a "gentleman" continue to refer to me as a man by calling me "sir" and after telling him many times I am a woman, he continued to reply to me by calling me a "sir." I spoke with a manager who was very polite and apologetic but the review was still needed.

Be sure to check your food that the give you what you ordered before getting all the way home and missing items. Drive back to pick up and asked them to have it ready so I can get back to my food before it cooled down. Still had to wait when I arrived.

We love to eat here, but today the service was bad since the moment we walked in, the cashier was in a hurry to get our order in so she can continue to talk, after placing our order 90% of the tables available we’re all dirty with plates, food and drinks all over them, when I went to ask for a table to be cleaned I wasn’t even able to get a word out when she gave me a finger to hold on, we stood for 10 min before a kid came out to clean, with absolutely no rush. He looked upset to have to clean, on top of everything the booths that were clean were taken by employees sleeping on the booths. Just plain ridiculous. And no it was not busy, there wasn’t a line or anything when we walked in. On top of all that all of 6 orders were served cold, and not cold like they were sitting there for a min, cold as if they took them out of the refrigerator. Peas and broccoli on top was completely frozen. When asked for our plates to be warmed the waitress rudely grabbed all of our plates and stacked them up super rude and just walked away, didn’t apologize. Nothing. Our chicken carbonara only had chicken and broccoli. Everything else they were out of. They didn’t even have ice or bread!!!! 😡😡😡 Will never be back!

Freaking hated it, I arrive Sunday October 6th at 6:30.1) I had to stand in line for 10+ minutes and I was second in line, and the worker just kept ignoring us, I had to ask if I can order yet, and he said 'wait for the manager " We wait for the manager and the goes to the person In front of me. We wait for another 5 minutes just for another worker that has blonde hair that has been there for the past 15 minutes, take the people BEHIND ME. Then ignores me, she sees me and goes to the back, I'm livid at this point. Then the manager finishes with the people in front of us, yk what happens? THEY LEAVE AND IGNORE US AGAIN. like full on standing in front of me and ignoring us until the lady with blonde hair finally takes my order. And all the workers were rude, the person who 'gave ' us the food, threw it at us. Like full on threw it on the table. She has glasses and red hair. Awful experience I was already having a bad of a day. I didn't even get any compensation for all the troubles. Food is good tho, extremely hot, they gave me bf a new bread since I finished mine, but the bread was so hot it burnt my bfs hand.

This was by far the worst take out food ever. We got the Baked chicken Parmigiano and Chicken Alfredo. Both were bland and no flavor what so ever. Tasted old. My spaghetti didn’t even have enough sauce. Very dry. We didn’t even eat it. We ended up tossing it out. Never will get Fazoli’s again. Not the same as before. Very disappointed. I don’t even give it a 1 star. Zero stars but it’s not an option. I do not recommend.

Honestly this is the most pathetic place to eat in town. I ordered a chicken salad to only receive some pepperoni and a cut up bread stick on top. When I went in to get my money back so I can go elsewhere the employee that made my food decided it was appropriate to take a picture of me and my vehicle and license plate. His actions were the most unacceptable I have ever encountered. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Employee was very rude. I asked to sub the gluten free pasta and they outright refused. They would only make it for some menu items. Prices were way too high and wait time for a simple 2 item to go order on a non busy Monday night was way too long.

Out here working in Odessa, TX. We had a day off and I wanted lasagna, so I googled my options. Had never tried Fazoli's. On their website a "Spinning wheel" for discounts popped up and I clicked it. $3.00 dollars off. We'll, I ordered lasagna and a pizza, also I got the side salad and small sweet tea meal "deal", $31.00 dollars and some change Ordered it, did not see my discount. When I picked the food up, I spoke with the manager and asked for a large drink since the discount wasnt given to me. He wasn't aware of the promotion and went on to tell me I "did it wrong", but then said he would give me the free drink. I told him no thanks. There was no indication on the web site I did it wrong, I entered my phone number and email.address as it asked. The food was bland. I think it could have been handled better. I won't be back.

Came last week food was free came today where is experience ever had to go through the drive-through three times to get a baked chicken Parm made properly. They kept cutting it up putting it in a bowl with cold cheese. Will not come back again

The food was not very good, you could taste all the preservatives in the food and there was not much flavor. The meatballs were fake and soy tasting which my family and I are not fans of and the prices were just not reasonable. I went to Fazolis expecting a reasonably priced meal that was as good as it looked on commercials, I was bamboozled. Although, the customer service was good and the workers were very polite I would not recommend at all, you are better off buying a TV pasta dinner which will taste better and be a better price.

The manger was very bad and rude. We got the 5.99 special n the lasagna was hard not cook completely n then she puts her finger n the lasagna with no gloves on. N then she didn't want to gives a to go plate cause she said we could pick what we wanted n then she wanted to charge us again. So it was very bad service on everything I would not go there anymore.

The food at lunch (7-18-25) seemed fine until I found a human hair on my plate. 🤢 I took my plate up to show the manager girl “Montana” & she asked “What do you want me to do about this? I told her I do not want to get sick! She replied that it has happened before from their “pasta guy.”! With this horrible attitude, I reported them to the Odessa Health Department. This is not acceptable.
