I love this place they have great smoothies that don't make me feel like I'm eating 10x the sugar I'm supposed to in a day. My favorite is the mango one so good. I love love love the acaï bowl so perfect even after being sent to me on doordash. They always answer there phone and the service is great. 10/10 probably will get Breakfast there again tomorrow.

At the Darville Company providing the Higher Standard of Service is of paramount importance so I was a little concerned about trying out Goodlife Nutrition because of several poor customer service reviews but I really wanted to find some healthy choices to eat. Granted the young staff could use a little training and encouragement on customer service, greetings and paying attention, but they did OK. The Acia bowl with all the toppings was outstanding. Tasty and filling. Looking forward to returning and trying a meal replacement shake.

Their bowls are DELICIOUS & the girls are nice and were helpful when I had questions about the meal replacement shakes! This is my go to place for fruit bowls, energizing teas and shakes! I highly recommend Good Life Nutrition! I do wish yall were open a little later... at least until 8 😁 That's how much I love this place ❤

Have been going here since it opened. I usually get the same smoothie but sometimes get sandwiches to take home. I usually call in and they have smoothie ready when I get there. They have the most clean ingredients and I love that the one I get is low carb. Looking at the bad reviews I’m seeing most are complaining are describing bad service. Yes the girls are usually super busy making smoothies and they probably could say I’ll be with you in a minute but they do have a system. There is one lady that I use to think was rude but really now I think she may be just shy and she’s warmed up to me. I’m really hoping this little gem stays in Odessa. It’s definitely worth going in at least once a week. There is a great point system too just ask for a punch card to get a free smoothie.

Nice place for aesthetics, me and husband went there to get juices no juices unfortunately. I got the green smoothie it was not that tasty. Kind’ve disappointed with our experience. We got a smoothie and wellness shot spent $15

I love the açaí smoothie bowl, but definitely customer service needs improvement. Also it’s like pulling teeth to ask for a large cup of ice water. I was told they don’t serve ice water (and as a picky water drinker I did not like the water selection they had in the fridge.) They wouldn’t even sale a cup of ice to me.

I love this place but I paid extra for pineapple on my smoothie and still tipped and they didn't put the pineapple in. I get the same thing every time and I know. When I asked the lady with the pink hair and piercings on her face, she said she did when clearly she didnt. I didn't want to argue and had to go to work so I just left. I'm just really disappointed with the service. Rant over

I love that it’s a healthy place but smoothies are not that good. We had ice chips in our smoothie which made it undesirable. There will be a 20 min wait on its busy days. Fresh juices are made in advance. So don’t walk in looking for fresh juice.

Went in today to get a smoothie before heading to Armstrong (beauty supply nearby) and i looked over the menu for a bit and when i asked the ladies at the counter a few questions (haven’t been in here for years) she was kind of aloof with me but as i asked her more questions about the smoothies all i asked was about the smoothie the taste if its sweet or not very simple questions and it seemed like answering me was such a chore. I remember these smoothies being bomb back in 2018/2019 and the smoothie i tried today was so bland. But of course it was, the ladys attitude went into my smoothie. You can definitely tell when someone wants to do their job and do it right and the lady that attended me this morning does not like helping customers or answering their questions. Sad truly. Hope the owner realizes they are hindering the business. Putting a sour taste in customers mouths.

I used to love coming here for their açaí bowls but they recently switched to smaller portions and still raised their prices. My problem is not the price but at least keep the same portion or the smaller portion is cool but keep the old prices

Would have given a better rating had the service not been so substandard. While on the phone with my pregnant sick niece, whom I came to get a smoothie for in the first place, I almost walked out. When attempting to ask a simple question to one of the workers who was on a cell phone right in front of me behind the counter, the other goes well she's, referring to me, on her phone too. Maybe employees should be hired that don't bad mouthed customers would be a better look for your brand. Had it not been an emergency moment I would have taken my business elsewhere!

I worked in the restaurant business for 4 plus years and you know to at least acknowledge the customer. She then has the audacity to tell her coworker (in Spanish) that they (employees) shouldn’t ask what they (customer) want. Wow, I’m bilingual and completed understood. I just ends up getting a water and she finally came to the register. I spoke to her in Spanish letting her know that I understood everything she just said. There needs to be employee training in customer service. I’m not coming back.

I think that the employees need to understand what they are selling if they are selling drink for 8 dollars they need understand the benefits of the drink and be able to tell the consumers. This place is advertised at a heathy restaurant but the employees have no idea why it’s heathy. I want to add the employees are rude and sassy when ask to clarify what is in the drink

Terrible customer service. If you strive for your business to last ever, customer service is the upmost priority. It lays the foundation to all businesses. Selling food is the easiest part, keeping clientele is the hardest part of all small businesses! People will pay more for fantastic customer service. Word of mouth is a powerful thing. I don't wish you ill, but GoodLife Nutrition will not last long.
