Overall, our lunch experience ended on a positive note, but it had its ups and downs. We chose to dine in during the bustling lunch rush and started with drinks. Our server, Breanna, was friendly and took our order from the lunch menu, which included a personal pizza, breadsticks, wings, and fries. The fries arrived quickly, hot and crispy, but we waited quite a while for the rest of our food. While other tables that ordered after us received their meals promptly, we only got our pizza after several minutes, followed by the wings. The breadsticks, however, were still missing. We began eating the pizza and wings, having finished the fries, all the while hoping the breadsticks would arrive soon. As we watched other tables get served, eat, and leave, we felt increasingly neglected. We tried to catch Breanna's attention but she didn’t return for quite some time. After over 20 minutes, we asked another server for help, and she kindly went to find Breanna. When Breanna finally returned, we pointed out that our drinks had been empty for a while and asked about the breadsticks. She seemed surprised that she had forgotten them. She refilled our drinks and brought out the breadsticks just as we were finishing the last bites of our pizza and wings. After we finally had all our food, Breanna checked on us a couple of times, almost apologetically. We understood she was busy with five tables, but it was disappointing to see other diners finish and leave while we waited so long. While the food was delicious, the service left much to be desired. We’d be open to trying this location again, but the experience could definitely use improvement.

The food was hot and fresh, and tasted great. The waitress was quick to seat us, take our order, and bring the food. The floors, tables and bathroom needed some attention but that could be because they just got through dinner rush, it was around 7:00 pm so don't judge them too harshly, I'm just telling it like I seen it. I would eat here again if I'm in the area.

We usually dine around dinner time, on week nights and it's normally not to long of a wait for the meal. Small but decent salad bar, if you tell the staff to refill an item on the bar it's done quickly. Bread sticks are not terrible but definitely could be better. Overall a friendly environment and good staff. Beverages are pricey beware

I'm not one to usually post a negative review, but something about tonight really bothered me. I just left and food was great. It was quick. It was timely. No complaints about the food but the girl at the front register was absolutely miserable. Not only was she short with me and miserable but she ripped my receipt right out of the box before giving it to me threw it away. Didn't ask me if I wanted it and then charged my card. Never had me sign it, never showed me the receipt and it just kind of left me with a bad taste in my mouth. Be there was no issue but I always like to make sure that I see the total that I cross out the additional tip if I don't want to add a tip or add a tip if I do, I didn't do anything to that credit card receipt. I'm not sure if that even matches their compliance cuz I work there myself and always had to have someone sign that receipt

The food just is not the same, the staff was great that day but bad experiences the last couple deliveries.

Was not impressed with this location. The store was clean but the waitress was not attentive at all. We gave our order and after saying it twice she still put it in wrong. Pizzas came out wrong. We asked for a pepperoni lovers pan and it came out as a meat lovers pan. Asked for a Supreme stuff crust and it came out pepperoni stuffed crust. Pizza was so greasy we literally took napkins and dabbed the grease off it. We were the only ones there and they acted like it was an inconvenience for us to order inside rather then get take out. Not one to complain but this place totally missed it this time..

Just so other customers know if you have an allergy to food the general manager says u shouldn’t be eating take out which is ignorant and bullshit so be careful cause the general manager is very rude unpleasant and unprofessional which her name is Arianna

Had to ask for drinks and wife had to go to counter to get meal after the rest of us (6 people total) received our meal we were the only ones in there at 1 pm on a Sunday wasn't not pleased at all

Horrible Experience! When we got to the Ogdensburg Pizza Hut, only 3 tables were occupied, so hoped to be in and out quickly. We were seated, then forgotten. After a LONG wait, a waitress came over, apologized she didn't realize it was her table and took our order (personal pan pizza, salad, pasta and drinks). Salad bar was pretty much empty, asked them to please fill it. The restaurant started filling up and we noticed people that came in after us were being served and leaving, while we still waited for our food. After at least a 45 minute wait, we got our food. The pasta did not have the included garlic bread stated on the menu and I didn't receive the garlic butter sauce I requested. I was told he didn't ask for bread and it was extra $$. It was Included the other times we ate there, but she said she'd give it to him anyway, being it took so long to be waited on. The bread never showed up. I ate my personal pan pizza and asked them to cancel the salad, because it hadn't been filled in a timely manner. Sat and waited for the bill, but it never came, so we went to the register, I told them of my frustration, they got a manager to ring us out. I noticed on the bill that we were being charged for the salad I didn't get., she fixed that, handed us the bread that should have went with his pasta meal. She apologized for our frustration. If I were manager and saw how upset my customer was, I would have said, you know what., NO CHARGE. That wouldn't have fixed things, but we would have left feeling like were were heard. No more Pizza hut in Ogdensburg for us.
