Jack and Tommy were outstanding : Professional , courteous and they knew the food and drink list very well . It was an overall perfect experience. This is real New York style Italian food that we lack in AZ !!
The food was absolutely delicious! We ordered the braised beef and king crab tortelloni, The Grilled octopus and the baked clams. Samantha and Julia’s service was amazing. I’m still sitting in the restaurant while writing this. Julia Was very attentive, kind, professional, and gave us wonderful recommendations on the meals. We were very impressed by how Julia explained all of the items on the specials menu. She described single option and made them all sound like they are made to perfection ! Samantha C Constantly checked in with us to make sure we were happy and to see if we needed anything. Bruno is also great, very professional and makes the most perfect Mojitos ! The rest of the staff made sure the table was clear at all times when we were finished eating each course, and the atmosphere is lovely. Even if the food wasn’t good I would still give this place a 10/10 because the service is exceptional! PS YOU ARE NOT LIVING RIGHT IF YOU HAVE NOT TRIED THAT BANANA CREAM PIE! The Brûlée’d banana is insane.
The restaurant is beautiful inside & has a great vibe. This service was excellent & the food was delicious. The pasta in the cheese wheel is prepared table-side and it was yummy. The chicken parmesan pizza for an appetizer is one of the best we’ve ever tasted, and the crème brûlée was outstanding.
Dom and Mauricio took great care of us tonight making our birthday celebration that much more special! Food, atmosphere, and especially service was 10/10
My girlfriend and I celebrated our 1 year anniversary here. We were both very impressed with the whole experience. The first sentence we said walking into the restaurant was “oh wow this place is nice!” My girl friend ordered the filet mignon with marsala mushrooms and I got the butcher block pork chop and I will say it was hands down the best we’ve ever had. We both cook so we’re very critical with flavor. Drinks were beautiful and superbly tasty. Our servers jack and Dianne were excellent. They were attentive, informative, professional and appropriately humorous. My date and I made room for some bananas cream pie. The food is so good you just want to keep eating even while being full. One 10 is our new favorite restaurant.
The atmosphere at this restaurant was nice. The table ordered 3 tomahawk, Mac and cheese, creamed spinach, east coast oysters, calamari, and veal. It was all good. The waiter Ashely was a great have a table of 16 great service. There’s only valet parking at the restaurant. I definitely would recommend this place to friends and family. Great restaurant
We had a great meal and our server Joe was outstanding. He Helped us with the menu and made great recommendations. Joe,s service made a great meal even better. Thanks
Beautiful place to celebrate any type of event. From romantic dinner to a big party. Great service. Very high ceilings which I love. Very cozy atmosphere. Feels safe during the COVID year. Good meals. Everything is just nice and clean. Thank you for staying in business.
Great restaurant, we enjoyed dinner in a beautiful restaurant with a good vibe, but most of all the service is amazing , especially with Semi and Dominique, they were very experienced and knowledgeable in wine and food !!!
When the pandemic changed our original wedding plans, we decided to go forward with a micro-wedding and choose a new venue. I am so glad that we chose One10 to host our wedding. Aside from how incredible the food is and how beautiful the space, they went above and beyond to make our day truly incredible. Working with Christine was great! She made planning the day a breeze. We are so happy that we had our wedding at One10
Food was Amazing and our Server Dianne W was Fabulous ! We had a Great Anniversary Dinner!
I came here a couple months ago for a baby shower. The place is gorgouse and food 10 out of 10. Service was ok. Than we decided to give it another try. Our waiter Semi was so welcoming and inviting. Very knowledgeable and social threwout the night. Management would stop by to make sure everything was ok. It was like a complete 360 from service last time. We went for the chicken parm and ended up getting one of their specials. Wagyu. Everything was perfect 10 out of 10! Will definitely be coming back! Ask for Semi if you go the hospitality is second to none!
Ordered from price fixe menu, appetizer, entree and dessert. Appetizer was nice size, fried calamari and shrimp was crisp and delicious, served w/2 sauces,. Bride had the baked clams, 8 were served in a lemon butter sauce. Entrees; wagyu steak and frites, cooked perfectly, flame broiled char, and melted in your mouth, bride had the crab stuffed shrimp scampi. Entrees were not smaller due to ordering the price fixe. Desserts was standard fare, tiramisu and caprese tort, which I highly recommend. Service was impeccable, not just waiter service, but professional, knowledgeable staff. Felt like royalty for the evening, with a perfect meal. Will definitely return, so should you.
Had a great dinner tonight here at One10. Food was very delicious, I had the porterhouse it definitely itched the steak crave. Drinks were great and my server Mauricio was helpful as well. Will be back again!
Ashley is by far the best bartender I’ve ever had. She’s personable kind and professional. Besides the food, I come here for her. Love her and oneten.
I come here for the bartenders they set the standards. They make me a drink and food recommendations that is specially for my pallet. They ask questions to make sure I will love the drink/food. Everything they have recommended has been 20/10.
The wait staff is amazing. Gerardo came out.to greet us from the bar (it was still happy hour & there was hardly any room) Jamie & Kaitlyn made our drinks, which were delicious & used fresh ingredients & fresh fruit. Then we sat for dinner & Matt our waiter & Patrick (his assistant) were so personal & amazing. The food itself was fantastic. We had an amazing time & would love to go back.
Was in for a late dinner with 5 of us, after a blues islanders game. Outa towners celebrating my nephews 21st birthday. Food was excellent and service was too! Dylan and Jack were our servers. They made the evening very special. Both gave great service, Dylan made Alexes Birthday extra special with a Nutella donut birthday dessert. Nice touch thanks Dylan and Jack!
I want to THANK Thomas, our waiter for a spectacular dining experience last night. His recommendations were spot on ( veal chop over the Chicken Parm ala vodka and the two orders of Cacio A Pepe). He was attentive to our table on a busy night. Please ask for Thomas when choosing 110 Italian!
Very cozy atmosphere. Beautiful place to celebrate any type of event. I think it will good for business dinner, romantic dinner and for a big party too. Great service! The staff was excellent and the food was delicious! Thank you for the yammy complimentary dessert with candle! Highly recommend this restaurant.
Cant get enough of the chicken parm pizza. I want if for app, main, and dessert! The dining room is massive and menu is superb. Bar is big too. Its elevated for a celebration but still perfect for the weeknight meal. Staff is excellent.
Top tier. The food is great and the service is excellent. It's one of those spots you refer to, folks celebrating anniversaries, first dates, or any occasion. It really makes a great first impression. It can get pricey so don't come on a budget. The Tomahawk steak was delicious. Enough for 2. The linguine with the cheese wheel was good too. I just wish it was served warmer.
What great service at the bar, and great drinks!! This was the first time I have been here. I had an appetizer which was very good, and the Espresso Martinis are fantastic. A lot of people were coming to sit down for dinner. I was at the bar for happy hour. This restaurant is very open, with great design and atmosphere.
Service and food is on point! The menu is a little pricey, but I promise you that you’re getting everything you paid for. The food is phenomenal, I’ve come here several times, tried a variety of dishes and apps, I don’t have one negative comment about anything. The service is amazing, and you never have to ask. They’re very attentive and happy to serve you. They have everything from steak, pasta and seafood. Also over 2000 kinds of wine to try! I highly recommend the chx parm pizza and the pasta dishes. You can’t go wrong! Ambiance is romantic, perfect for a date night. Cheers
The ambiance was perfect for a date night or special occasion. The food was delicious. From the salad to the sides to the star of the show the lobster pasta prepared in a cheese wheel. The steak was also very good and the cocktails were just right. Not too strong, not too weak. I 100% will be returning. And I highly recommend.
One10 Restaurant is a new addition to Melville NY. It’s ample, clean and beautifully decorated. It is an upscale Italian. The kitchen is open where you can see what’s going on. the choices on the menu are interesting and well described. We opted for a several appetizers. Really delicious especially the Pork belly. Fairly priced. The service is very good. Our server did an outstanding service. We also choose a “ sample dessert” delicious. I loved the way coffee was served. Best of Luck. Will come back. Wife loved it.
Girlfriend and I were looking for a steakhouse on the island and came across one 10. Really surprised by how amazing this restaurant was! Everything you need under one roof. Wide variety of drinks, comfortable feel and unbeatable service. Atmosphere , lighting, food was amazing. All courses, perfect 10/10 for dining out. Many Compliments to the chefs!! Also HUGE special shout out to our waiter, Brian, this guy was on point! made our whole experience better!! Super professional.
The atmosphere was excellent and very friendly. The workers treat you like family and very respectful. The food was excellent and I would recommend family and friends to go. The penne ala vodka was excellent with grilled chicken and the pasta with butter and shrimp was also excellent. I rate one 10 a 10 out of 10.
We had drinks and dinner at the bar our bartender ashley was upbeat, professional and informative gave us the specials. We took her suggestion. Food was amazing a definite five star experience. We will be going back again and again highly recommend. Thank you for a memorable Evening
We went on New Years Eve. Early dinner. Pre fixed menu had many choices. Surf and turf was amazing. Shrimp cocktail , Gigantic shrimp Appetizer, main course and dessert, delicious Wilmer and Sammir were our servers. I couldn't have asked for a better experience to welcome 2026. Thank you Anthony Scotto for a delightful evening
From the moment we walked into One10 in Melville, we knew we were in for a great experience. My girlfriend’s family works in the restaurant business, so we know a good place when we see one, and One10 absolutely delivers on every level. We arrived a little early for our reservation and decided to enjoy the all day happy hour at the bar on a Sunday. Ian was a fantastic bartender and immediately made us feel welcome. My girlfriend had an espresso martini and I enjoyed their margarita type drink that was well made, but I don’t remember the name of it. Once we were seated, our dinner service was handled by Jack and Wilmer, and they were absolutely fantastic. They were personable, attentive, and definitely elevated our entire experience. My girlfriend is celiac, and they took extra special care with her, going over every possible option in detail and making sure everything was safe and comfortable for her, which we appreciated very much! We decided on the Sunday dinner special. We shared a short rib special appetizer, which came with a delicious sauce. I also ordered the calamari as my individual appetizer and my girlfriend had the wedge salad. Every appetizer was delicious, but the short rib truly stood out. It was incredibly tender and fell off the bone. For my entree, I ordered the spicy vodka veal chop, and it was outstanding. The veal was unbelievably tender on the inside with a perfectly crispy exterior. The spicy vodka sauce had just the right amount of heat and flavor without overpowering the dish. It was cooked to absolute perfection, easily one of the best veal chops I have had. The portions were very generous, and our servers packed up our leftovers for us, which we had plenty of. Every detail from start to finish was handled with care and professionalism. It was such a great night! Thank you to everyone at One10 for such a memorable evening. We will absolutely be back.
One10 is a beautiful restaurant with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff is friendly and attentive. Everything we ordered was excellent—from the perfectly cooked bone-in veal chop to the rich and flavorful cacio e pepe. But the real standout for me was the Nutella Roche—it was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend this spot for a great meal and a wonderful ambiance.
I loved my time at one10!! Every staff member we met was friendly and kind and our server Mauricio was phenomenal! The chefs knocked it out of the park, I can’t remember when I last had a meal that was that good. If you don’t order the brussel sprouts with your meal you’re missing out. I can’t wait to go back on New Years Eve!
Amazing rehearsal dinner at One10!!! The dinner was in their event room and I'm guessing there were about 60 attendees. The decorations and flowers were stunning! The food was fabulous too! I enjoyed the One10 Salad, Steak and 2 desserts!!! Staff was phenomenal - attentive, friendly & efficient !!! Highly recommend One10 !!!
Mike S and Cat were absolutely phenomenal. So attentive and had extreme attention to detail. Went for my girlfriend’s birthday back in late November and I couldn’t figure out how to write a review so I want this review to be a double portion. Mike S is an extremely gifted waiter and person. Has so much knowledge and is so kind. If you can ever request him please do
This was my second time there tonight and it was such a great experience. We had an amazing waiter named Jack!! He was so nice and attentive. He told us the specials which we got the fettuccine and it was fantastic. The ambience is lively while still being subtle and all of the food is truly crafted well. If you're thinking you want to go then go!! 1000% recommend this place for vegetarians like myself or meat lovers. There is something for everyone and ask for Jack.
We just celebrated our one year anniversary and were looking for something different but still classic. This is 100% the spot. We absolutely LOVED everything we got. The service was also some of the best we have had in awhile. Kat and the rest of the staff were so attentive, fun and gave great recommendations. We will definitely be back to try more soon!
If you haven’t been to 110 in Melville, you are seriously missing out! From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the entire experience is top-tier. Ashley is hands down the best server and bartender around. She is attentive, friendly, knowledgeable, and makes every visit feel special. Whether she’s crafting the perfect cocktail or recommending something delicious from the menu, she absolutely nails it every time. And the food? Simply amazing. There isn’t a single thing on the menu I wouldn’t order again. Every dish is flavorful, beautifully presented, and consistently outstanding. You can truly taste the quality and care that goes into everything. 110 in Melville never disappoints. Incredible food, fantastic drinks, and service that goes above and beyond, all thanks to Ashley and the amazing team. I can’t recommend it enough!
Celebrated a friend’s and my husband’s birthday on a Sat night. We ordered the calamari (warning comes with jalapeño so some of it was very spicy), baked clams, Branzino and bolognese with pasta. The food was excellent and the restaurant is absolutely beautiful. As a surprise they brought out 2 donuts with Nutella filling for the 2 Birthdays without us asking for anything. Now that is great service and a sign of a top notch restaurant! I highly recommend a visit to this awesome restaurant.
I had an amazing experience at One10. My partner and I had a great experience being served by Ian at the bar. I would highly recommend their espresso martini. As for our service at dinner I’ve never had friendlier staff. Jack and Wilmer were great both serving us with an amazing meal. I felt very taken care of. Food was amazing especially having celiac and having to eat gluten free. I really enjoyed their short rib special and the vodka veal chop. I would definitely come here again.
Took my wife here for her birthday, last Saturday, and was not disappointed! First visit and just about everything was spot-on, just as you'd expect at a Scotto venue. Started with a specialty cocktail, she had a Cosmo and I had a Grey Goose, expertly blended. For dinner, she went with the classic chicken Parmigiana and I opted for filet mignon with mushrooms marsala. Both excellent. We added two sides: sauteed spinach and mashed garlic potatoes. Generous portions but most importantly, you can tell that both dishes were prepared by experience chefs who know what they're doing. We ended dinner splitting a chocolate cake with peanut butter moose and One10 added a comp. homemade, nutella donut with a candle! Service was friendly and super-attentive. Overall, a great experience. We'll definitely be back.
The perfect spot for a long over due meet up for friends / family !!!! Besides the wonderful atmosphere the service and food were spectacular. Tom and Jack not only made us feel welcomed but took all of our questions into consideration. We went with two specials and the halibut and everything was great. Can’t say enough good things about this restaurant! We will be back !
I made reservations at One 10 for our anniversary The waiters Joe and Mauricio were fantastic very attentive and professional! The cocktails were on point . The food was amazing , We had the special appetizer flank steak with tortellini , For main course we had Bronzino and chicken milanese . The dessert was so delicious warm zeppoli‘s with side sauces of Nutella Carmel and apple. They even brought out a warm doughnut with nutella and wrote on the plate Happy Anniversary ! Everything even down to the coffee was Fantastic !! We will be coming back soon ,We will request Joe and Mauricio they made our experience at One 10 Perfect !!
We (husband & I) dined at One10 for the first time tonight for our little brother's birthday and had a wonderful time! Our usual Anthony Scotto restaurant is Rare650, but the food, service, and ambiance at One10 was definitely one to remember. We were served by Lindsay, and she was quite fun and pleasant. She and the other woman (I sincerely apologize for not directly asking for your name) entertained our obnoxious family as we order ample appetizers, drinks, and Entrées. Our family ordered majority of the items from the 5 bar plus signature cocktails, special items of the night, and of course, two Wagyu Tomahawks (one for each brother lol). Thank you for the perfect round table and time for us to share Roaring laughs and animated conversations. We truly appreciate the extra care taken to bring in our surprise cheesecake to end the night on a special note. Looking forward to visiting again, I'll remember that Lindsay only graces the floor on Saturdays ❤️
I came to One10 for dinner to celebrate my friend’s birthday and we had such an amazing experience. We ordered a ton of food and everything came out so quickly. We even had two waiters Mauricio and Dom taking care of us, and the service was on point the entire night. The restaurant itself is beautiful and clean, with a great steakhouse vibe and plenty of options for both food and drinks. Be ready to spend some money but it is worth it for a nice night out. Every dish we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. We didn’t have a single issue from start to finish. Overall, an incredible dining experience. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend One10 to anyone looking for great food, great service, and a great atmosphere!
What an amazing place. Beautiful atmosphere. Staff is Super Friendly. Amazing olive oil, fresh bread. The Stuffed Shrimp was out of this world. Not only were the flavors there, but it actually filled me up. Highly, Highly Recommend this restaurant. When you come ask for Semi, great waiter. On top of everything, very helpful in choosing my meal. Top notch service from this young man.
I had the pleasure of dining at One10 tonight, for my anniversary with the family and I can’t say enough about our phenomenal waitress, Suzanne V. From the moment we were seated, she exuded warmth and professionalism, making our evening truly special. Her knowledge of the menu was impeccable. She was attentive without being intrusive, ensuring our glasses were filled and our needs met with a genuine smile. Suzanne V attention to detail. Sbe remember we mentioned our celebrating our anniversary and made it special with a nice dessert. My kids loved her. Her energy and care turned a great dinner into an unforgettable one. She’s a true asset to the team, and I’ll be back soon, hoping to have her as our server again!
I had an incredible dining experience at 110 Restaurant in Melville! From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was warm and welcoming with a modern yet cozy feel. The staff was attentive, professional, and genuinely friendly — they made us feel right at home. The food was absolutely top-notch. What really stood out was the attention to detail — from the plating to the pacing of the meal, everything was timed just right. You can tell the team here takes pride in what they do. Whether you're looking for a date night spot, celebrating something special, or just want a great meal on Long Island, 110 Restaurant is a must-visit. We’ll definitely be coming back soon!
One10 offers a stunning ambiance, and the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. It's the perfect spot for celebrating special occasions or enjoying a romantic date night. This was our first time visiting, and it definitely lived up to the hype. Every dish we tried was exceptional. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for great food in a beautifully designed setting.
I’ve been wanting to try this place for months and finally decided to give it a go. So so good! We got an appetizer, entrees, dessert, and drinks and they were all delicious. Not one complaint. We had Nick and Jessica as our servers and they were absolutely amazing! The manager also came over to check in with how we were doing. Overall it was a great experience and a perfect date night idea.
Great place to celebrate 🥳 a special event. As soon as you enter, you are received by a friendly staff, there's a large bar and dining room, clear and clean, we had a couple of drinks 🍸 at the bar until we were seated at our table, we were greeted by Mike and Dominique, they were very helpful and attentive, their knowledge of the menu was impressive. My wife and I went to celebrate our anniversary, and we started with a Wedge Salad 🥗 and Fried Calamari and Shrimp 🍤. The seafood was perfectly cooked and the salad, well it's a salad. That was followed by Bucatini Lobster 🦞 and Duck Breast. The Duck was perfectly cooked, I had a creamed spinach as a side dish. It was good, but I've had better. The pasta was delicious. As dessert, we had a Pistachio Cheese Cake that was very good and a chocolate cake, which was courtesy of the house. It was good. Had a great time with very good food. On the downside, I thought that the tables were too close to each other.
Went here for dinner with the family and had a really nice meal. Menu has changed a bit over the past few months due to. Hangs in chef’s and based on my families previous visit the older menu had a few nice items that they would enjoy to come back (burger, polenta fries, etc). Overall it’s a really nice place and very spacious. The bar area is right up front and has a big area for hanging out. I loved the open kitchen concept (forgot to take a picture) and love the booths! We had the rib-eye steak which was amazing and very tender (one of our favorites), pork chops (top top pick…must have…so juicy and well seasoned and huge), prawn risotto (not that good, risotto was not very flavorful and we wouldn’t order again), Chilean Seabass (loved the squash purée & roasted veg, very flavorful & well balanced), days special Halibut (really good combination of flavors, we would recommend this if they offer it again) and beef/pork bolognese (really greasy, needed salt would not order again unless for a small kid who doesn’t want a lot of flavor). We were going to get the gnocchi but was informed it was super rich so decided against it so beware if you order it. Due to some misses in the meal this is the reason for the 4 stars. The desserts were amazing though. The freshly fried donuts stuffed with just the right amount of Nutella (perfect for those who like a moderate amount) but the real star was the banana cream pie. It’s not a cream pie it’s more like banana pudding x 10! Really good! I would highly recommend if you like bananas. Overall a really nice restaurant with good quality food, nice atmosphere and reasonable price for fine dining.
Decent food, overpriced for what it is but in a fancy location with attentive service. Best parts for me were the charred fresh corn in the chopped Italian salad and the lobster sauce in the lobster buccatini. Veal was tender under a breading with generic sauce and cheese. Broccoli rabe was not tender - ended up difficult to cut or chew, and without its delicate taste featured. Also pictured: veal Parm special, broccoli rabe side, eggplant app (not in the veg section) Valet parking
The ribeye was absolutely delicious and very tasty, a true highlight of the meal. However, the Parmesan chicken was just okay, not particularly memorable. The ambience of the restaurant was amazing, creating a pleasant dining atmosphere. Unfortunately, the service was less impressive; we had to wait an hour for our food after ordering, which was quite disappointing. Overall, while some aspects were excellent, there is room for improvement, particularly in service speed.
One10 was a great night out. Had the dinner special — calamari, bone-in veal Milanese, and cheesecake. Everything hit the mark. The veal was big, flavorful, a little thick and slightly fatty, but still really good. Finished strong with an excellent cheesecake. Would absolutely go back. 🍽️
One10 is absolutely worth the trip. The place strikes that perfect balance where you can host a corporate dinner, bring the family, or roll in for a date that you want to look effortlessly classy for. The location is solid, the ambiance is modern and polished, and the service is so good it almost feels illegal. My server was on point the entire night. Attentive without being clingy, professional without being stiff, and somehow reading the table like they had a JD in hospitality. Now the food. Let me tell you, the arrancini stole the whole show. Perfectly crisp on the outside, creamy on the inside, sitting in a sauce that made me consider ordering a second plate before I even finished the first. The mashed potatoes were criminally good. Silky, buttery, zero lumps, and honestly one of the best sides I’ve had anywhere on Long Island. The pasta carved and tossed in the giant cheese wheel was exactly what you want it to be rich, smooth, cheesy, and wildly satisfying. Stuffed shrimp were seasoned well and plated beautifully. Dessert was fun, colorful, and hits the spot if you’ve got a sweet tooth. Even the cappuccino came out looking like it was ready for its close-up. Bottom line. Food is good, service is amazing, atmosphere is clean and upscale. Highly recommend, and I’ll definitely be back soon.
I love me a good steakhouse and this is one of them. The lobster mac lacked lobster but it tasted great and I'd get it again. I can't remember what the base for the scallops special was, I wasn't the biggest fan but the scallops were seasoned well and cooked perfectly. The crab stubbed shrimp was a last minute addition but I'm glad I tried them, definitely tasted good. The steaks were cooked to desired temperature, I added salt and pepper out of preference, but they could've been eaten without. Obviously you can never go wrong with creamed spinach. The service was excellent. The servers served the food which I could've done without but it didn't bother me. Overall a good experience for the price.
First time having dinner here and I was not happy when I left the vicinity. Valet was easy & quick.. I had two waitresses and both were unattentative to say the least. They came to take the order & provide the bill, that was it. Not once did either waitresses check-in to replenish the waters or ask how the food was. I understand Saturday nights are busy but just a check-in here & there would have been atleast the bare minimum. I had to call over another waitress to order additional drinks. In fact, I saw the waitresses standing around by their stations talking amongst themselves & not really doing rounds around their perspective tables. I did spend at least over $150 and I was truly unhappy with the subpar service. The food was good which made up for the poor service but not by much. The atmosphere was pretty and a bit loud on a Saturday night, that is expected. Normally, I come here for happy hour and it’s a good experience. I think I will just stick to that.
There’s valet parking when you pull in but if you whip all the way around, you can self-park. The inside has high ceilings and feels luxurious and welcoming. We made a reservation on a Sunday for 6:30 and the venue was about half full. The table bread was a deliciously fluffy. The Hot capocolla was decent. The burrata was very savory with a strong nutty/pistachio taste that I enjoyed. The pancetta shrimp had two large shrimp and a small dollop of pancetta; it was overcooked and not worth it. We ended up getting the special of the evening which was about a 40oz Australian Tomahawk steak for $195. It was brought out on a sizzling grill and sliced in front of us. The meat was very tender, juicy, and fatty. It was enough to serve our party of 4! The porcini tagliatte was the most subpar pasta dish. The cheesecake had wonderful vanilla bean flavor; definitely get this! The tiramisu was pretty bland but the ice cream that came with it was divine. When telling the server that it was my dad’s birthday, they brought out a complementary dessert plate with a sparkler candle! The service was good but unfortunately the food is very pricey for the amount you get. It was a nice splurge for a special occasion but not somewhere that I’d recommend to others although overall the experience was very good.
I had high hopes when visiting this restaurant but the overall experience is only average at best. The information on Google maps about “mask required and staff wear masks” is inaccurate as no one wears mask there. We chose to self park and were asked by the valet to park at the furthest corner of the lot while it was raining. The valet even stopped us in the back lot and asked us to move the parked car because it was not far enough. The parking lot was not even half full. My wife said she wanted to cancel the reservation at that point already. But it was our anniversary dinner, so we chose to look past it. Unfortunately that set the tone for the rest of the dining experience. We were seated promptly but our waitress were either too busy or focused her attention on bigger table. Our interactions were brief and I felt pressured to order more even though everyone ordered at least 1 entree. Water was never refilled. The sea bass was bland and the portion small. The black spaghetti can use more seasoning as well. The restaurant looks very impressive and the decor exudes elegance and class. However, the rest of the dining experience have plenty of room for improvement.
I attended a baby shower in their glass enclosed area. Great setting. Looked impressive. But management needs to address some key issues. First, tables were set too close to each other making it difficult for wait staff to serve. Second, wait staff lacks experience, training and attitude to handled parties. Drinks took forever to come. Empty glasses remained piled up on the table. Food was super slow in coming to the table despite the fact that it was quickly coming out of the kitchen. Wait staff was carrying 1 or 2 dishes at a time and there were only 2 waiters to serve 70 people. Food was amazingly delicious but guests were irritated having to watch people next to them get their food and finish before being served their dishes. The ultimate disaster happened during dessert...they ran out of coffee cups!! And ran out of teaspoons!!!..when does that happen in a restaurant of this high caliber!!!...I used to rave about this place. Now I'm embarrassed to do recommend it to anyone looking for a venue to hold a private party.
Sadly, Not the best experience. The bread was refrigerator cold. The wine tasted watered down and when the waitress brought the second glass it tasted bitter. Desert - the cheese cake was stale. It was flakey. NY style cheese cake should be creamy. The steak was good. The waitress was okay, not attentive but okay. For example: We are sitting at our table And when the waitress sets the table for dessert she put my husband’s fork on the opposite side of the table. Water was not refilled. I had to request the water be refilled. Then the bill comes. The waitress did not take off the wine and we were up charged for my husband’s steak. We went back-and-forth with the manager and we were correct. We actually had to get the manager to bring over the menu. In my humble opinion, this is not the way you do business, especially at such an Establishment. We have gone to the Scotto Brothers restaurants before and never had this experience.
We just got home from celebrating my mother’s 70th Birthday. I’ll start by saying the food here is good. This review is specifically with regard to our servers. We advised the restaurant it was my mother’s birthday. We were a party of 6. When we ordered dinner, our server pressured each of us to order sides with our meal when we selected what we wanted for dinner. She was relentless on asking us to order appetizers to the point that it was annoying. The other servers goes up to my brother after finishing our meal asking if he wanted him to bring out a sampler dessert plate for my mom’s celebration (mind you it was a secret), so my brother said sure that was fine. They finally come over with their sparklers and a huge plate of EVERY SINGLE FULL PRICED DESSERT THEY OFFERED and charged us for each one! Each dessert is like $14- like was that necessary? The bill was over $700 and all of the desserts added up to $80. Absolutely ridiculous. I’m so annoyed by it because after leaving the restaurant I realized their tactic is to upsell everything so the servers get bigger tips.
I will never be back. We were a group of 12 people and were waited on by 2 people - Mike and female (I missed her name). Mike was horrendous; I felt like I was at a used car dealership being swindled at every turn. The experience started with him asking if we wanted flat or sparking water- we said flat for 3 bottles of bottled water to be delivered to the table. We didn’t say anything before they started pouring but we did after being refilled with MORE bottled water we never asked for. I asked for a Diet Coke, after the first sip, it was Diet Pepsi. I told Mike I didn’t like Pepsi and should have been told they didn’t have Coke when ordering- he didn’t ask if there was something else I wanted instead- he didn’t care. Two other ppl ordered sodas and had to ask 3 times for their drink- he only cared about the 9 other ppl drinking alcohol. Never asked if we wanted tap refills or soda refills. Again, another move to make the bill higher. Then came to the bread- he sold us an “upgraded” bread (3 of them for $18 each) and never brought regular bread until needing to ask. Appetizers next. We went around and placed our food order- we didn’t order apps because we have already been sitting for an hour and we were all hungry. We order and then apps were brought out. Someone who wasn’t with us had ordered apps before hand for the table (as a surprise). This was never shared with us, good thing we didn’t order apps! In the meantime, I asked for a new napkin. It took me asking 3 times to get one. After apps, waited another hour for dinner. I had the filet, driest filet I’ve had in my life (all I order when eating steak). My night was full of waiting, a rude waiter, empty drinks, and dry steak. Leftovers were packed together in one bag, as if the entire table lived together?? Then the bill came, $2100 with 20% gratuity included. We divided the bill between 10 ppl (2 birthday dinners). Couples gave cards and someone gave cash. First, Mike said he couldn’t charge that many cards. Then after coming back for signatures, asked if the cash was an additional tip. If he entered 402 per card plus the cash into the system, he would have known it wasn’t extra. Instead, he just wanted to make us feel uncomfortable or stole the cash by not entering it into the system. If it weren’t for Mikes aggressive sales and poor attention to everyone at the table, I wouldn’t have even gone out of my way to even write this; maybe would have even given a second chance with just my husband. But because of his rude demeanor through the dining experience and dry steak, I felt this review to be necessary. Gave the food 2 starts because everyone else said their food was good.
Went to dine last night with my partner , first of all the girls at the front desk are extremely judgmental and rude they kept looking at us is such a rude way, we did not have a reservation and when we said we didn’t they all made a face and told us to wait 45 minutes when there was many open tables, when our table was ready one of the girls came up to us and said to followed her in the rudest way eye rolls and everything, we are there to pay for a service and for the pricing there should be better service, the servers were amazing, the food was decent was expecting better for the type of restaurant this is, the food did take long to come out we were there for three hours and only for two people, overall it was a fair experience but then again for the pricing and the type of restaurant this is I was expecting way more
My husband & I spent our 25th wedding anniversary dinner here. I wish we could undo that decision. Service was lackluster at best. Our server disappeared throughout. We waited 15 minutes for our first drink. The drinks (I ordered a vodka/soda with lime) came in what would qualify as a juice glass in a diner with a big ugly cup plastic straw in it. The hostess wished us a happy anniversary when we walked in, but for such a special occasion, I would have hoped one of the 2 managers on duty had made his way to our table. Extremely disappointed in my experience. We will never go back.
I was invited here for dinner and I don't understand all their five-star reviews. There was no warmth or hospitality in any of the staff. The man pouring our wine would spill some of it each time from the bottle after the pour. There was a thilthy towel under the drinks bucket that wasn't cleared before we were seated. There was so much noise and LOUD banging of plates and things from the open kitchen that I started to wonder if it was intentional from the staff. Someone took away our starter plates but left the food there, so while we had a long wait for our entrees we had no way to continue to pick at our starters; we could only look at them there on the table. None of the food was exceptional and was all extremely overpriced for the quality. Our main waiter was friendly enough, but the rest of the staff seem to be there under duress and all looked unhappy. The first impression from the hostess stand was even cold and aloof. I can't understand the five star reviews of this place, and I don't think people leaving them have truly experienced what hospitality in a fine dining restaurant can truly be like. Even the manager seemed to be all business, and no sense of hospitality. I have had better customer service at every Denny's I've been in than here. But the place was busy on a Thursday night, so apparently people like to give their money for lackluster food and service around here.
So, this review is difficult! Firstly I forgot my servers name ( but she looks like Emma Stone!) she was absolutely amazing! She accommodated our allergies, dislikes and seat change with poise and respect, consistently checked on us, just simply a joy! The atmosphere was inviting ( though a large space) it was not overwhelming and loud. I have been in hospitality for 30 years! As well as my partner whose birthday we came to celebrate. We are not the types to mention what we do, great service should be a given regardless. That service includes the food! This is where One10 fell short! Now when I started out in fine dining decades ago, salt and pepper on the table was a no no! Food should leave the kitchen perfectly seasoned, which is a huge feat considering that we all have different palates and preferences. However, the basic use of salt and pepper specifically when cooking meat! Is essential, I am grateful that salt and pepper in this instance was at the table! Although you can not properly add what is needed after the meat is cooked! We were collectively disappointed as this was our first time here, would we be back? Ehh, possibly to sit at the bar, not sure we would eat the food again, as I use to tell my cooks, that red box in the pantry ( kosher salt) is your best friend! Use it!
The food was mediocre last nite! Had the fillet mignon strips in Marsala sauce with mushrooms . It wasn’t what I expected ! Meat was not tender and the sauce was not as Marsala should taste.. The service wasn’t good . It took lije 4 30 minutes to get asked about what we want after we got drinks . We had to flag down waitress to take out order …they were very quick to ask us if we were done though.. I had asked twice that since it was my friends birthday if we can get a a candle on dessert They forgot about that ..dessert was disappointing and tiny … I have been to many Scotti brothers restaurants but the experience last night was the worst .. I can honestly say that I will not go there again ..
Worst experience ever, reservation for 9pm, not seated until 9:30pm it’s now 11:15pm and still have not received dinner… unacceptable. Overbooked and people standing around awaiting seating, encouraged by staff to wait in bar area for a text message. Front door staff stating sorry we’re overbooked today… worst time Mash potatoes appear to be eaten from. Not a full serving of a side dish. Dinner came out 11:20pm, steak is overcooked, when mentioned about the serving size l, some mashed was plopped down in a tin pan, taste horrible. Worst Valentine”s day dinner ever.
Not worth it. A friend picked the place and I wish I read the reviews before and we went somewhere else. If you want to be rushed through your meal and order everything at once so your mains dry out under a heat lamp while you eat your apps this is the place for you. But wait you can still order desert after you finish that’s ok as long as your mains are not enjoyable and dry you will be ready for desert.
Not worth the money. For 2 persons with a total check including tip amounted to $300, there is many other options at that price range. Our thanksgiving dinner was a total culinary ripoff— the food at best was Cafeteria grade, very mediocre, pretentious in appearance to mask the lack of experience in ownership and employees— A TOTAL BUST. If you are a foodie this not the place to frequent. Again what do you expect from a Long Island Restaurant even tho Mr. Scotto is more of a caterer than a restauranteur.
Straight garbage, we sat around for over 20 minutes and not a soul looked in our direction to help us. Weren’t even that busy, servers were walking table to table checking in on people and nobody came to us. Some white girl sat us at an oddly specific table nearly isolated and in the corner of the restaurant. Embarrassing as life. PSA we’re not white so put two n two together.
Food was way below average Bread was cold. Baked clams were cold Bolognese sauce had no meat Veal chop was raw Bronzino was bland Dessert was dry They asked me what we were celebrating, which was my wife’s eight year cancer free milestone delivered us free champagne, and charged us.
Food was good but service and atmosphere was not !!! Neither was management !! Waiter broke a glass on my freind's foot, I get accidents happen. But we told them we were celebrating a birthday, the least they could’ve did was send out a dessert to say sorry or comp a drink. Not only that but food took forever. Overall Overpriced for what it was .
We had a reservation for 6:30pm the day after Valentine’s Day and had to wait almost 20 minutes to be seated. The restaurant was slammed, so I understand having to wait a little. It wouldn’t have been an issue if not for the other problems: We ordered two appetizers and never got them. We ordered cocktails that didn’t come out until after we got our entrees. I ordered coffee with dessert and the coffee didn’t come until we had almost finished the dessert (I honestly assumed they forgot again). It took about two hours for us to get those two courses, and by the time we finished the dessert we were beyond ready to go home. The kicker was we had a coupon for $50 off. I made sure to read the fine print before we went and the only stipulation was it can’t be used on a holiday. Despite the fact that it was not a holiday (there were no holiday specials or menus of any kind), they would not take the card. They said it couldn’t be used on a “holiday weekend.” That’s not at all what the fine print says and it just felt like a kick in the face after something going wrong at every single phase of the experience. I do want to be very clear that this is not to talk down on our servers at all. They were so busy and we watched them run from table to table with absolutely zero breaks. It’s not a server issue, it’s a management issue. The $50 card expires next month but we will never be back.
I had dinner here last night with clients,. We had a reservation for 6 people and arrived at the restaurant early to get a drink at the expanded bar before we sat. We were completely ignored by the 2 bartenders for at least 10 minutes, until I was able to obtain the male bartender's attention even though he seemed completely distracted. Out of the 6 people, who took orders from 2 and walked away. Of course the remaining people ordered when he returned with our drinks. And closing out my tab was another challenge. We sat at a round table, which I liked, but it was close to the kitchen so we heard plates banging the entire night. Too bad there's not a buffer. We all ordered the 3 course meal, which was fine and was also recommended to try a "special" bread that cost $18. Unfortunately, we never received the "special" bread so finally asked the waitress to cancel the order when our dinners were served. Unfortunately I did not review the bill to see if we were charged. When our dinners were served, the server did not know who got what dinner. I'm not sure why it's so difficult to pick a person as #1 and go from there. We were exchanging dishes after being served. We had 2 waitresses, one being Diane and I cannot recall the 2nd waitress's name because after taking our orders, she never came back. No one followed up to see how our meals were or if we wanted another drink. We had to flag down our waitress to order drinks. And then onto dessert, which was included in our meal. No one asked if we wanted coffee, tea, etc. Honestly, this was one of the worst service I've ever had, which is pretty sad considering the prices of the meals and the "upscale" reputation of the restaurant. This was my first time at this restaurant and my last. I've renamed the restaurant "One and Done". Hopefully my comments make it to management and changes are implemented, especially since there are so many other restaurant options
My husband made a 7:00pm reservation tonight for the day after Valentine’s Day. We were excited for a night out together after securing a babysitter. My husband & I dine out often. We enjoy dining at fine steakhouses for Valentine’s Day and our anniversary. We have never tried one10 before & we’re looking forward to tonight. Upon arrival for our 7pm reservation, we were told there was a wait for our table & to wait at the bar. We sat at the bar & had a drink. We were very understanding of the 20 minute wait as the restaurant seemed to be “packed.” After we had our cocktails, we were seated at our table next to the bar in a room of empty tables that there was “clearly no wait for.” We were given regular menus. When we asked for the $59 price fixe menus, the waitress informed us that they were not honoring it for the holiday weekend. HOWEVER, when we made the reservation a pop up window appeared asking for our selection. It gave us the option for the price fixe menu for which my husband selected. The fine print stated “excludes Valentine’s DAY” not “weekend” (I have attached a photo for reference) we would have decided to stay & order off of regular menu, however, the manager was rude. He told us to read the fine print (which said Valentine’s DAY not weekend) he argued with us & told us “we shouldn’t have come here.” If he would have handled the manner in a more professional & sympathetic way, we would have stayed. Due to the misleading information & unprofessionalism of the manager we decided to leave. We will never return. We will never recommend this restaurant to friends, family and colleagues.
Stay away from this place. The restaurant is severely understaffed, and the service reflects it. Everything was extremely slow — I had to repeatedly ask for water, drinks, and even takeout boxes. The steak was not edible. When the check arrived, I noticed they had added a 20% tip twice. When I pointed it out to the waiter, he told me I was being “nasty” and walked away. Another employee tried to “figure it out” with a calculator and still struggled. It took nearly half an hour for them to fix the mistake. To make matters worse, I now see multiple charges on my credit card. As someone who hosts many business events, this was one of the most horrendous dining experiences I’ve ever had. Double-check your bill — or better yet, avoid this place altogether
