First the employee was telling me that my code wasn’t working, being rude and not helping me with it. I ordered a medium and a large fry, and an iced caramel coffee with extra caramel. Simple. My fry carts on is halfway filled and they’re old. Cold and dry. Just gross. My coffee didn’t have extra caramel. This location is consistently screwing up my order and I’m over it. I don’t even want my order now but I can’t go back up there. SMH🙄👎🏽

im tired of this place, dude you guys are so bad you have to try to be this bad. i waited over 20 mins because they gave my food to somebody else then they forgot the drinks then they got the drinks wrong. had an attitude about the whole deal like it was my fault. I cant support these people when im treated this way over your mistake. c ya McDonald's on shields

Our order was wrong. Went inside to also get what I was missing and they told me it would be a couple minutes but then told me it would be about 10 minutes for something they let me order AND didnt even tell me I would have to wait for it or that they didn't have it at that time.

I bought a side of Big Mac sauce and was presented with a little dab in the bottom of a cylinder cup no bigger than an inch. How do I use this side for my medium sized fries? Correct, I don't have enough. So I had to ask for a refund. Please display size of Big Mac sauce container and contents, so as to avoid further confusion.

Always the same problem, I put my order in on the mobile app and they still have me wait over 20 minutes and it’s not ready when I go to pick it up. This is the only McDonalds with that problem.

they made us wait 20+ minutes for our food and when we asked a carry out girl what was going on with our food she replied with “ i don’t know i just work here” and then when we said okay so can you tell us what’s taking so long she said “ AHH AHH “ and then went inside and then 7 minutes later she came back out with our food cussing at another worker AND to make matters worse our food was cold.

Went in to order an was at the counter and noticed something........................how do you not have a menu.......i have never seen a McDonalds without a menu. What happened? You just didn't want to install one, talk about shady practices. Is that you trying to force people to use your kiosk? If so that's trashy

I Went through the drive thru and waited 25 minutes, and then when I finally got up to the speaker they waited 2 more minutes then told me to ‘give them a minute’. Rush or not that store really needs to get it together! It’s always an issue in there!

Ordered delivery. No straws, 1 napkins for 2 orders. I guess we had to share the napkins. Missing bottled water. Called the store, no apologies, no empathy just "I just got here and I will make sure the crew bags correctly ".

Mcnasty burger strikes again . It's not hard to make a burger, but it is for them I guess. I feel like this is a joke . Just dry and mcnasty. Absolutely no pride in their food anymore whatsoever. But yet they still want high prices.

I'm so heartbroken that while I was in this McDonald's I watched the employees turn a homeless and hot man away despite him just asking for water. It was 4 pm and 93 degrees!! This is ridiculous and there's no excuse for this. Thankfully my husband and I were able to help him while all the employees did was pick up a phone. Shame shame shame on the whole staff for this behavior!! It's free to be kind.

Ordered from the one on 44th and shields. Didn’t get my cookies that was paid for. My burger had pickles and onion on it when I ordered it without them. Never again will I order food from there. I called to let them know just so it wouldn’t happen to anyone else and got the rudest response. Do better or just stop doing mobile orders.
