I was ordering online to pick up here to save time but I noticed that the take outs are less than what they give you in person order compare to other locations. Also the fried rice that they gave me was still under cook. It made my stomach hurt. I'm not sure if I'm going to come back here.

Place was clean and the staff were kind but the rice was plane the shrimp was delicious and the plate was skimpy over all they should fill the plates a bit more and add better seasoning to their rice

The customer service here is usually great only bad thing is every time i go ,the sodas have no syrup like they need to fix the soda machine. Every single time & i can’t go back to fix it because im already home by the time i take a sip. This has been going on for months. i usually refrain from doing reviews but come on the fact that this is a continuous issues is ridiculous. other than that,great service & wish theyd pack the food like they used to, now im getting like 3 pieces of orange chicken lol thank you!

Don't take your eyes off the lady when she's serving your portions because she will give you enough to feed a child, then charge you for an adult serving. You need to be vigilant and don't let them be stingy. Why do they do that? I think they must tell them to, That's a terrible practice, everyone should get enough not just their friends or family.

This lady has absolutely terrible work decorum at drive-through. She might not have an adequate grasp on the English language (or she just might be deaf). I distinctly and unmistakably ordered "2 peach lychee drink no ice," and she gave me ice anyway. It really wasn't a big deal, and I asked for it to be fixed. She proceeded to give a hard time for HER mistake. I also asked for EXTRA Chilli peppers in my kung pao and ended up with ZERO Chilli peppers in my kung pao. Sour people with no self-control shouldn't really work in a setting involving many customers. I feel sorry for her coworkers.

Food wasn't fresh. Very dry and old tasting. So dry the beef had a crunch to it. Noodles were shoe laces. Service awful manager had I don't care attitude. Tossed my order in the trash. Then took it out of the trash and tried to give it back after I asked why did you do that? I wanted him to replace it. I got nothing, spent $17 and got nothing. I'll never go to another panda ripoff express again in my life. I went to bed hungry that night.

This panda is the worst. I did an online order and requested a good amount of sauce packs. Ever since they changed to the packs there is not enough in them. I did request a large amount. I was not expecting the full amount but at least a good amount for the meal. They provided ONE packet for an entire plate. They do this all the time with online orders. When I go to the actual place, they will give handfuls. Why is it so hard to follow directions and customer requests with online orders? I know for a fact that giving me the one packet was on purpose. I won’t be ordering from this panda ever again. I’ll just go in and tell them to give me the sauce which they always do in person. Not sure why it’s so hard to do it for online orders.

I recently ordered a meal from Panda, and I have to say, I was quite disappointed with the overall experience. Although the portion size of the chow mein was plentiful, I found the flavor to be lacking and a bit bland. It didn’t have the rich, savory taste I had hoped for, which was frustrating. This experience reflects a trend I've been noticing across several restaurants and fast food establishments lately. It seems that many places have raised their prices, which makes it even more disappointing when the food quality doesn't meet expectations. Instead of the vibrant, fresh flavors one anticipates, there’s a sense that the quality is slipping. It’s disheartening when you look forward to a delicious meal and end up feeling let down.

I usually go to this location but was left disappointed today. Literally just went thru the drive thru and ordered the plate with sesame chicken and broccoli beef and I kid you not when I say they put 3 of the tiniest pieces of chicken and all peppers and green beans. Honestly would rather wait for a new batch than get home to this. I dug thru it and those little pieces are all the chicken in there.

I ordered beef and broccoli and chicken breast and beans, and shrimp to pickup. When I got home and opened the box , I was really disappointed. They put only tiny 3 pieces beef and little pieces of chicken breast for the order. It looked like I ordered vegetarians dish. I was disappointed and upset. I will never go to the area again.

We ordered a family dinner and got a la carte side spent $5 on the box. Honestly Panda the box is a sad sad had 5 pieces of chicken. Very sad on how small it is. Do better Panda express

This is my second and the last time that I go to this Panda Express. Fried rice had a rotten egg smell, the orange chicken was soggy with no flavor and benjin Beef was 80% vegetables. Avoid this place at all cost!!
