Wetzel's Pretzels

Almost $9 for these wanna be "strawberry funnel cake bitz" that are NOT worth it! These are very doughy and NOT sweet at all. They taste NOTHING like a funnel cake. I really want my money back.

Ordered Funnel cake bites. Very sorry excuse for them. (Photo included) Instead of light and fluffy, it was pretzel bites ( yes actual pretzel bites) with powdered sugar on top. And no strawberry topping. On top of that, it was the most useless, uninterested in serving the customer type of employees I have ever had the unpleasant experience to have met. And this is a small location with no menu board. And unless the tiny heat lamped food case is full, you will not know what they have. And by the way the store was empty when we got there. And had been empty when we arrived at the Hillside Village.

Came here this evening and they have the absolute worst service that I have ever experienced in my life. The pretzels were burnt and not just that but I was overcharged. When I asked for the manager's name I was denied the manager's name the little boy and girl that were in there were just playing around and had their friends in the back of the counter their friends didn't even work there but were harassing the customers as we walked in. I am so disappointed this is my first and last time that I would ever try this place again they have the worst service.

Too many workers and low quality service I had to wait 40 minutes to get my complete order They kept messing up the order at the end I got the order cold,dry and ended up in the trash.

The service is so terrible is more the ones that I go even they are different personal , they always on a bad actitud , even when you ask them nicely they answer you bad mad need to chance the personal , and the food always burn !!!!!

Went into the shop, ordered some cinnamon bites and was disappointed when I got in the car to this… there was hardly any cinnamon! Not worth the time or money anymore.

I made an online order set for pick-up at 12:45pm. I know they open at 11AM so I didn't want to bombarded the wetzels pretzels employees with an order to fulfill as soon as they opened,I was actually thinking of them instead of me an my own and I regret it. I arrived at this location at 1PM and told them I was picking up an order and they responded with saying that they still needed an additional 8mins to finish my order, yes the order I was already late too,also they told me that the drinks I ordered 2x New mango boba lemonade size Regulars and that they were out and it wouldn't be ready till 3PM! So I asked them you want me to leave here without drinks and them come back to your store at 3PM and pick up 2 drinks? Ridiculous. So they offered me 2x sodas and informed me that they were going to give me 2x in large and I requested for a refund on the drinks because I did NOT need 2 larges I wanted 2 regular size drinks and that wasn't going to happen because in order for me to get a refund I'd have to go online and call a number or contact online support to get that refund. Wild. So they were honestly no help. And they didn't even apologize the "boss" on the phone told them to apologize. People surprise me every day. Food was decent. Just happy it was actually warm. Thanks you guys

Walked in today and no one has on hair nets but but hair to the chest making food. Very nasty. But when asked about it they had an attitude. Want go back. The health department need to get involved with the place in Cedar Hill.

Went there because girl friend wanted a plain pretzel and lemonade. I also ordered something for me. 6 people waiting ahead of me. 1 was arguing they paid for something they didn't get. 2 people behind counter and they acted like they didn't want to be there. Customer service and attitude was poor. No lemonade. I ordered soda and they had to move the nipples around on the fountain dispenser because they didn't have enough to cover them all. Missed something I ordered turns out they didn't ring it up. Turns out what I ordered came out way to greasy yet burned. See pictures. No pride in work. No care in their job. No customer service. Only thing I ended up was a soda and plain pretzel. Everything else on my order was either not available or was a weak excuse for edible food. Avoid this place. Don't reward them with traffic when they do nothing to earn it.

My kids love the pretzels but after today I refuse to support this business. Owners please come and check on your store. I Hispanic lady who didn’t no English was trying to order and they spoke loudly to her and made fun of her. I wanted fresh food because the food was cold and one of the workers said she tired of these customers who always wanting stuff fresh.

I have been absolutely Craving a pretzel for the past few days so I googled one that was open. I got there 24 minutes before they closed. And the lazy workers that were sitting on the counters on their phones refused to make me a cinnamon pretzel because they said they had already shut everything down earlier you should reevaluate the people you have running your business businesses because they’re running customers off because I’m definitely never coming back here
