I love Pei Wei. Used to go there several times a week before work. The food is amazing and huge portions. If the manager is there (friendly black guy with hat) the food will definitely be better, if not it won't be as good. Either way the service is always great and always big portions for the money. Unfortunately I moved away :(

The service was phenomenal!! Went on a late Thursday night. The food was amazing, the employee there was so charismatic. 10 out of 10!!! We will definitely be returning. That Mongolian chicken is insanely delicious!!

Good and quick food to grab whenever at or near the mall. Bourbon chicken is juicy and charred. Honey chicken sauce is great and it has a little crunch. Also, fried rice is pretty good. Not a big fan of the beef and broccoli. Last time I had it it was chewy and fatty.

I enjoyed the bourbon chicken and rice. My granddaughter liked shrimp and egg rolls. We did not like the orange chicken and noodles was dry. Service was good and cost reasonable.

The to-go container has gotten smaller, but price has remained high. Ordered a two-entree combo, Mongolian Chicken and Bourbon Chicken with fried rice. Both entrees were too sweet compared to what I’ve had in another location.

Got there early for the fresh food and was disappointed. Got the 2 item plate bourbon chicken and sesame seed chicken. Bourbon chicken had this sour taste and the sesame chicken was way to sweet the rice was not soft tender it was had and lumpy. Won’t be a choice next time.

This was my first time ever trying any food in the mall. Im fairly new to Jacksonville and did A doodash order at Pei Wei Express and thought they food must be good since it took forever to collect the order for A customer. I decided to order food from here today and it was HORRIBLE! noodles was over cooked and salty, Shrimp was spicy ( i love spicy) but OVER COOKED!. And the chickennnnnnnn wow pretty much everything was overcooked and bad. springrolls was terrible too. Suprised anyone eats here or maybe they had a bad day this sunday cause ew

My girlfriend got the hot honey chicken and immediately felt sick and started getting stomach pains, and yea it makes sense the chicken was cold and soft like it had be sitting for a minute.

Asked for the 2 item combo, comes with 2 different styles of chicken, i ordered only bourbon so she gave me the amount for the 2 item. Scooped a few extra pieces in there and then charged me for a 3 item. Didnt notice until i got home, because of the hurricane, and traffic. WATCH THE NUMBER THEY WRITE DOWN, it may not match what you requested. Also held up my hand with the "✌️" while saying "2". So no language barriers, to blame it on.
