Tip: Go before 6:30pm to enjoy 2 for 1 margaritas. Weekends usually have a Mariachi band at dinner time!
Excellent atmosphere, Service was on point. Our server Yaneissa, was friendly, and made sure our drinks were full, and our order was right. The food was amazing. The chips and salsa were fresh, and hot. The burrito was delicious. Great selection of adult beverages too. We had no problems with the food, or service. Parking was plentiful with good handicap access. There were tables outside as well as an option. Overall great experience. 5 stars.
My first time visiting and it exceeded my expectations. The decor, music, and overall ambiance were great! Visited during happy hour, 2 for 1 margaritas were perfectly made. I had the birria tacos were REALLY good! The hostess and server were so nice and attentive. I will definitely be returning :-)
Absolutely delicious and tons of options for our seed oil free family. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Macho Burrito and nachos. We are visiting for 2 weeks from Canada and I think we will certainly make our way back again this trip and all others to come.
I love going to this place for the great food and for the mariachi. Their music is always enjoyable. This time they sing Christmas songs and it was great!!!
Absolutely the best Mexican food we’ve ever had outside of our time in Texas. The skinny margaritas were perfectly balanced, and the parraddilla were incredible, perfectly seasoned not over cooked chicken & steak. Would eat here all the time if we lived here. The bar area was a bit loud when we walked in but we were seated in a booth away from the bar so it wasn’t an issue, took over 10 mins to get our drinks which was the reason for 4 star service, our server was nice and efficient otherwise, not his fault the bar was slow. If you’re looking for delicious Mexican look no where else!
The Osso Buco is amazing here!! Not a typical dish I would find normally at a Mexican restraunt. After the meal all I could talk about is how amazing it was. The Pork shank was fall off the bone tender, and the sauce paired so well with it I licked the plate.
This place is the best Mexican spot in Orlando, period! We came yesterday, have been to other Azteca’s and they are just as consistent with the food and service. Jordan took care of us. He was very quick to bring our order accurately. Very customer oriented and knows his job!! The food as usual was amazing! The guac tasted so fresh that I have no other way to describe that it tasted as if the avocados were just picked from the tree! THE BEST we have ever had. We have been to Rocco’s Tacos and Azteca is wayyyy better than them, food quality, service, atmosphere, you name it. By the way, it’s worth checking out other Aztecas just to see how beautiful their decor is!!! They are all very unique!!! Plus, they have mariachi!!!
Happy hour at Azteca did not disappoint! I came for the 2-for-1 margaritas and was so pleased with how much variety was offered—frozen or on the rocks, and a range of flavors without any upcharge. Bonus: they let you choose salt, sugar, or tajín for the rim (yes, please!), which sets them apart from other spots. I ordered the club quesadillas and they were sooo delicious—cheesy, flavorful, and filling. My cousin tried the taco trio—pork, chicken, and steak—which came with a generous side of rice and beans. The kids’ menu is stacked too! We grabbed the chicken fingers for the little one, and even that came with rice. There was even a photographer going around snapping pics—you get a complimentary postcard and can buy additional prints if you’d like. Cute touch! The ambiance is vibrant and inviting, with colorful artwork everywhere. It gives the whole space a fun, festive energy. I’d definitely come back!
Plenty of room for big groups. Lots of good Mexican food in the selection. The decorations are very nice. I had the macho burrito and enjoyed it but can't say it was the best burrito ever. I like the fresh chips and salsa. They were excellent. The sopa azteca was ok but really spicy.
The food was so delicious, I had the taco salad and it is one of the best have tried, The burrito blanco was just perfection so delicious very well cook, kids menu was good portion, the Churros was another perfection so so good, the restaurant vibes, the server Jose was really good and attentive
We picked this restaurant by reading Google reviews. So happy we did. We are traveling due to work so we pick random places. The food was AMAZING!!! It was hard to pick because it all sounded good. The salsa and chips were so fresh. What I picked was AMAZING. I got greedy and added to the combination plate...☺️☺️ I wasn’t disappointed at all. My husband was very happy with his food as well. He NEVER eats guacamole and he said well let give it a try since it looks fresh. He said it was AMAZING and will only eat it from this place. As far as portions he was happy with his. As far as my plate let’s just say I had left overs. My eyes were bigger then my belly. 😂😂 The tea was perfect 👌. Fresh and just the right amount of sugar. I will definitely save this restaurant in my list. I picked Grande # dos. My husband had steak fajitas from lunch list. Thank you for a great experience Maribel G. She was on top of her game.
We from originally from Illinois so we know Mexican food. On vacation and randomly found this place. We had hesitations at first, sitting in parking lot for 20 minutes looking for other places. Glad we walked in. Food and service 100%. Highly recommend.
This place was absolutely amazing! We went on a Sunday and it wasn’t so busy and crowded which was awesome. Our server was great and very attentive. The food was well cooked and seasoned. The drinks was the best part I so fell in love with the Margarita flight sampler. I had the steak fajita platter and couldn’t be any more happy to have chosen this plate.
Great place to eat Mexican food. The food was delicious and the service was great.

My mother LOVES THIS PLACE!! My husband and myself were in the neighborhood and asked where she wanted to eat and she picked this place as usual. The decor, service and food is always on point. I also enjoyed the 2 for 1 margaritas. My husband and Mom opted for the fried fish and the presentation was appealing nonetheless. I got the birria tacos and the sauce was one of the best I've tasted. It's truly a place where you get what you pay for and we never have a problem paying. You won't be disappointed. See you there and Enjoy.

I found this restaurant to be quite loud. They have a live mariachi band playing. Fun environment, but not quite.
The Green chilaquiles and the huevos divorciados are 2 of the best plates on the BRUNCH menu at this place where they only have brunch Saturday and Sunday 11 am to 3 pm, HIGHLY recommended, they brunch is excellent, food, service, ambiance are all top quality, and happy hour all day on Sunday with 2 for 1 margaritas, I truly recommend this place, the only way to make it better would be adding pozole to the brunch menu
The first place I ate when I arrived in Orlando. The service was prompt courteous and fast. The food was absolutely delicious. The warm cheesecake serve with vanilla ice cream was simply divine!😁 raspberry mojito was the best I ever had. If I'm ever in Orlando again this will be on my top spot to eat at
Excellent tasting food, ingredients always taste fresh and they also have the best drink specials!
We decided to hit this spot up on our way to the airport to fly home. Boy did we luck out! Some of the best Mexican food I have ever had. I had the birra birra tacos, they were amazing! My wife raved about her enchiladas and tamales. My picky kids got chicken tenders and a cheese burger (they are boring) Now to the service. We had Dani G. She was amazing and super friendly, she was also very accommodating to our picky daughter who wanted plain corn on the cob with her tenders. She was A+ in our book. We would 100 percent recommend this restaurant, glad we lucked out and stumbled across it. If we are ever back in Orlando you can bet we will be back here to eat.
God mexican food to enjoy. The margaritas have a very good tequila ponch. The best I tried in the area.
You will never leave here hungry because the servings are huge and they also give you the fresh chips and salsa. I have never been disappointed by the food or service here and this is my go to Mexican restaurant. I have been to their 2 other locations in the Orlando area and the food quality and service have always been very good.

Amazing food. Guacamole made right at the table. Very nice server and quick service. Highly recommend the Fajita Burrito and The Macho Burrito. The food always comes to the table very quickly and always very hot. The servers are very tentative to the table and always quick to grab refills. The display of liquor bottles on the wall is a very nice touch. I will always be a patron of this establishment. Can’t say enough good things.
Ordered to go and the host was incredible!! Super helpful, ordered a fiesta platter for my party best decision ever!! We definitely will be dinning in next time!!
First time eating here. There was no wait time as we were seated rught away. Fresh chips and salsa was brought to the table which were delicious. Our Server was very friendly and attentive during our entire dining experience. The alcoholic drinks were very well made and had the right amount of alcohol. We had tacos and chimichangas and fajitas. All the food was delicious and we had a great time. Definitley will be our got to authentic Mexcian restaurant,
What a wonderful new edition to Winter Garden! The staff is superb at this family owned restaurant with an obviously hand picked expert crew. Fantastic ambiance, especially the choice of light fixtures and the setting for the three main dining areas. Each has a bit of difference in vibe but has a consistency as well. Anyway, I have not said a word about the food or drink yet, I was saving the best for last. Both meals were fantastic, some of the best food at this style of restaurant that I have ever eaten at anywhere in the world. Much more authentic than is typical. I have added pictures of the food for you to see, presentation was good as well. The drinks were jalapeño margaritas and were nice and spicy with a decent mix of alcohol. Nothing bad to say about Aztecs D’Oro at all. We will be back. Well done!
Everytime I arrive to Azteca the hospitality is amazing. Zara arrived to our table and offered to take some photos of our girls brunch and she was awesome. Her photography skills and customer service goes above and beyond. The food was delicious, hot and quick. I will always return and recommend this location.
Diana M gave exceptional service! She was warm, attentive, and made me feel genuinely welcomed during my visit. Azteca D’Oro is lucky to have her!
The food is delicious and you definitely get your money's worth! The plates are HUGE. I can never finish it and always need a to-go box, that's how much they give you. I love the chips and salsa and especially the guacamole! You can tell it's all freshly made by the taste and that's definitely a plus. And their margaritas are FANTASTIC.

This one was my first experience at this restaurant, and the truth is I was very excited to visit this place because I had been many recommendations from friends. To begin the decoration is extraordinary and the restaurant is too spacious to choose wherever you want to sit. The Piña Colada is served in a margarita glass (something that caught my attention) and was delicious. Once we were seated at the table, they brought us chips and salsa as a courtesy, and I must say that the sauce was exquisite with this spicy touch but without exaggerating. Regarding the guacamole, they prepare it on the table in front of the customers, so you can choose which ingredients you decide to add to the preparation and which ones you don't. Regarding the flavor, It was simply majestic, a perfect balance between the acidity of the lime and the freshness of the avocado. The Tacos al Pastor, Chicken Milanesa and the Arroz con Pollo were delicious, especially the tomato sauce on the last one. Our waitress (Daniela) was friendly and gave us very good recommendations. The quality-price ratio is good. Without a doubt a night to remember
Our waitress, Gabby, was wonderful! All the entrees came out perfect. We’ve been to different Azteca D’Oro’s and this one was also pretty much the same menu. They have a full bar with a variety of cocktails and liquor. They also have a brunch menu as well. I tried the Pollo Asada Al Carbon, which was grilled chicken - amazing! Everything came with a side of rice and beans - you can pick what kind. We also tried the Pollo A La Crema which was chicken in a creamy sauce with mushrooms, onions, we tried the fajitas and tacos as well. Since it was a Tuesday we got $2 off on the tacos :). Definitely recommend!
This lovely restaurant has friendly, prompt and accommodating service. The food is delicious, they have a great happy hour. The vegan enchiladas are amazing. Two for one happy hour is a great deal. The vibe is welcoming, the mariachi is entertaining. This spot is great for family gatherings, date night, dinner with friends or a quick solo meal.
One of our top favorite restaurants in Orlando. Truly delicious food with excellent friendly service. This location is the best one where they don't cater to the bland palates. Eagerly awaiting the reopening of the UCF location and hopefully they don't dumb it down to cater to bland palates like it they did before.
This restaurant is awesome. The food was on point, and everything was delicious. Our waiter was efficient. We didn't even have to ask for anything as it was already there or on its way . It is more authentic than some other Mexican restaurants. We will return with others . I'd recommend it.
I had a wonderful time and enjoyed the food everything was good. Atmosphere and all. I recommended to some friends we must go again soon.
My absolute favorite! Food and service always good. Great lunch prices. Good salsa and chips are always hot!
Went here on a last minute whim and they immediately sat us down, no reservation on a Saturday night. Off to a great start right off the bat. The hostess was very polite with her greeting and even asked us if we preferred a booth or high chair (recommended for faster service). We got seated and immediately were greeted by our server (Carol) who was also a very kind young lady with AMAZING service. We had not been here in so long, it was nice to see a menu and Carol was very patient with us and really knowledgeable with giving us recommendations. Food was a good bang for your buck in value. I had the D’Oro Burger (bring your appetite) and my friend had the Carne Asada. Both very delicious high quality dishes, very filling, and we needed to-go boxes otherwise we would be sleeping there from eating so good. Our server Carol was constantly attentive to check on us from time to time making sure we were good. Very much appreciated. The atmosphere made it all even better. Great selection of shows on the tv’s (Miss Universe was on and so was boxing). There were nice paintings and the ambiance was great. Such a nice restaurant with beautiful lights. Not to mention an entire Mariachi Band that sang/played so beautifully! Highly recommend coming here for some good Mexican dishes and a feel of being treated at an authentic Mexican restaurant! Well done Azteca!
Great food , easy pick up. Chicken in quesadilla was a bit tough. Sopa de poyo was delicious.
I have been a fan of this restaurant for many years! I believe the first time I came here was probably about seven or eight years ago. After moving away for a few years, I recently revisited the establishment. To my surprise, it got a complete facelift! They spent a significant amount of time and money into beautifying the restaurant. Same tremendous service, the same amazing Mexican favorites. I have never been disappointed here. I am in love with their queso dip and chicken or cheese enchiladas with creama sauce. Yum!
Hands down most delicious food I've had in awhile!!!! Their portions are SO large! I just got the chicken taquitos, which is an appetizer, and was full! The chicken and seasoning was delicious! My husband got the carne asada burrito 🌯 & it was about a foot long and FULL of meat! The service was great as well! Highly recommend!
Great place for Mexican food. Beautiful restaurant. Very friendly staff. We didn't have to wait to be seated. Food was brought out very quickly. The waiter was very attentive to us. I definitely recommend this restaurant if you are in the area. You won't be disappointed. Great variety of food and drinks.
Had not been here since the renovations just before covid. The restaurant is totally updated and the entire staff is proud and happy to serve. The food even tastes better in the new surroundings. The mole is complex and flavorful whether you enjoy it with chicken or beef. The salsa is fresh and zesty...but if you want heat...ask for it...it's the best in Orlando!
We were there for a 80th birthday lunch. I had the lamb shank and it was very good. Everybody else's food looked appetizing as well. The interior decir is modern and I loved all the paintings they have about. Service was excellent with a party of 20. The house Mariachi band was hired to serenade the birthday gal and they were excellent.

Chicken fajita burrito was very good. The guacamole was a little acidic for me but was ok. Chips and salsa were also very good.
Went with a large party to celebrate a birthday yesterday 2/4… food portion sizes were large, music was fun (very loud… not a place for intense conversation … but a place for unexpected dancing). My party was no a fan of the margarita flight, appealing to the eye but the flavors were a bit to complicated for our palettes …but a good way to try different options. Affordable and family friendly.
First time at this particular location. The food was fantastic and plentiful just like the other locations however the noise levels were really loud. I get the band makes people talk louder but I couldn't hear what my table mates were saying it was so loud. Even when the band wasn't playing everyone continued to shout at each other which was entertaining and kinda funny because usually people lower their voices but for some reason didn't and continued to shout. Regardless the food was great and delicious and did not dissaoiint.
Okay, so first of all the drinks were okay. I am not used to drinking mezcal but my son's michelada was delicious and so was my daughter's. The food I would consider giving it between a 3 or a 4, but definitely not a 5. It doesn't have the Mexican taste and flavour that it should have and it's a little bit more Americanized. The Mariachi was great though.
Food is great, excellent service. Reason for only 4 stars is because of how loud tv/speakers are at bar area. The TV's are played so loud you literally need ear protection. I would suggest leaving TV's on but play good music through speakers instead at a sound level that is pleasing to everyone.
Upon entry, I was greeted with a friendly smile and a warm welcome. I was told that I could seat myself in the bar area if I didn't want to sit inside. I obliged and found a good seat. This is where I was getting antsy. Although it was pretty empty, it took the waiter about 30 minutes or so to come service us. The service was just too slow for my liking. The food was good and the waiter was very kind, but just too slow.
Went out of End of the Year for the children. Atmosphere was great was able to get seated quickly. Angela was our server and did a great job. There were hiccups in the food with the chicken tenders, however, Angela was able to fix the issues with it. Happy Hour starts at 3PM. Overall food was okay. Nachos is not as big as the location on Nacarossee, but it was okay.
Good and service were fine. The noise level however was terrible. My Apple Watch kept giving me warnings about a dangerous noise level.

I visited Azteca Mexican restaurant on a Friday night for dinner. Despite being busy, the restaurant had plenty of space to accommodate all guests comfortably. The tables were placed far apart, and the moment I walked in, the enticing aroma of the food greeted me. My server was incredibly bubbly, kind, and polite, and she made my dining experience even better. Throughout the evening, there was a mariachi band playing lively tunes for the customers. This was a wonderful addition to the restaurant, especially considering I had brought along a friend who was trying Mexican cuisine for the very first time. As for the food, I opted for the veggie fajitas. However, I found them to be lacking in seasoning. The vegetables were rather bland and needed more flavor. Nonetheless, my meal did come with delicious sides of rice, beans, cheese, sour cream, and guacamole. Overall, the service at Azteca was excellent, and while the food was decent, there was room for improvement in terms of flavor.
The entrance host is very friendly making you feel welcomed , the waitress was also very friendly, attentive and polite. No complaints on service, they get a 5 ⭐️. My thing is the tacos , it is my opinion that the tacos at tacos my Guey are better, La herradura has better tacos, La hacienda has better tacos. Most also have better pricing $$.$$ .

I been a customer from this restaurant for over 10 yrs , celebrated birthday’s , graduations or just order to go . Today I have a horrible experience I place a to go order they not only hang up the phone on me , when I was given the order I requested sour cream since the food I ask for had a lot of chicken taquitos and they wanted me to pay 3.45 for a tiny dip , the put the guacamole and the sour cream on the saje bowl . When I requested to speak with the person in charge , Jorge the owner’s brother came out just telling me that if I wanted some more I had to pay. The only thing he offered was to separate the sour cream and the guacamole. . Not only the size of customer service and taste of the food I was served has diminished while the price they were requesting for this small sour cream and food price has increased. For me, was not so much paying for the sour cream, it’s the way the situation was handled what prompted me to write the review . I have to mention that my experiences in the restaurant while the owner it’s there , have been amazing. I suggest Jorge should get intensive customer service training and focus more on the customer experience. Superb customer service it’s what brings repetitive clientele that will not mind spend money.
So Boom, I’m visiting Orlando and this place comes highly recommended. I walk in, beautiful space- the host is nice and we get a table quickly. Our waiter comes over promptly and we order 2 Margaritas, Cadillac and the one that comes with the little bottle on the side ( I forget the menu name). I sip my drink and immediately go eek- it was spiced or something- I quickly realized that there was a floating dried spice orange in my drink- ugh. I fish it out and move on. We ordered cheese for the table- it was good. Now- it’s entree time- we ordered tacos - Carnitas ( sautéed veggie side) and Fish tacos. They came quick- hot plate- pretty presentation.-That’s all of the nice things i have to say. The veggies had no flavor at all- i mean none. The carnitas were DRY… like nothing helped to doctor it- ugh- killed me. My husband’s fish tacos were grossly overcooked, he endured 2 of them. Me being the person that i am- i did not complain- we paid/ tipped and left underwhelmed. However, petty me took my leftovers to the relative that hyped this place up. I needed to hear why they hated me enough to direct me to dry carnitas?!? I flipping love carnitas #RUDE

Acceptable presentation for the dish, food isn’t fresh made, your food will be at the table 2 minutes after you order it. $28 Mexican plate (see picture) with a very small portion of dry and not very good quality beef (4oz?) Dry rice and already cooked fajitas. I visited the restaurant several times and noticed that the prices are increasing while the quality is going down.
We had come to azteca before a few times but this last time was when we decided we are never coming back. The waitress kept taking the orders for other tables which arrived after us. Our food took over an hour to come out because of this. We asked for a side a guacamole and she literally brought us a tablespoon in a tiny bowl for 5 of us. My husband said no onions on his burrito then someone from the kitchen came out when our food arrived and said his burrito had onions on the sauce. My husband thought that’s ok I’ll remove it ( meaning it’s the sauce on top !!!) nope the entire burrito was 70 % onions and 30 percent “steak” and rice. I traded my burrito with his. I couldn’t finish it. It was disgusting. Taco Bell makes better burritos than this. Look at the photo. Also this burrito was $25
I’ve been a regular at this location with my family for years. Yesterday was the most uncomfortable experience in a while. I ordered tacos birria and my wife ordered tacos gringo with pulled chicken as she always request. My tacos came out burnt with no meat and sliced raw onions. Traditionally should be pickled onions and better presentation. My wife’s tacos were made with chunks on chicken and no flavor. Waitress was bothered and sent manager over before I requested. Manager stated maybe they melted cheese too much and didn’t offer a solution but made excuses. We did not enjoy the food and paid full price with no accountability and accommodation. I feel this restaurant is losing its touch and below standards they used to stand by. Waitress never came back because she got a bigger table after and that’s poor customer service. Her kitchen staff didn’t execute and things happen but no one took the initiative to understand and give a better solution to the bad experience. I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location anymore.
My fajitas were not so tasty, the portions are big though. My husband ordered a taco combo and couldn't eat it because the tortillas are not really tortillas, it's something raw that they put in oil to boil it and comes out all greasy and with a bad oil taste. Tacos are made with real tortillas and Azteca Restaurant is missing on that. On top of that, they are confusing the patrons who may not know what a real Mexican Taco is and they go home thinking......is that what Mexican food is? Additionally, they have the trash cans open and the brooms right in the dining room. Azteca Restaurant, you are an embarrassment to the Mexican Culture and Authentic Cuisine.
Our server was very friendly, but the food really needs improvement, the flavors were flat and bland. We decided to try this place because of the strong Google reviews, but honestly, we left pretty disappointed. Very expensive/pricy compared to food quality and quantity.
This used to be an excellent place. Now it is extremely loud in in the place to where we had to practically yell across the table to talk to family. The food price has gone up astronomically for what you get when you could go a few miles down or up OBT to get the same thing for half the price. Edit: Decided to give it another chance on the way back from the airport for lunch. Ordered the $21.95 Tacos De Birria, the corn tortillas were so torn apart I had to eat them with a fork.
In many years going to this restaurant this is the first time to be so disappointed of the food taste and quality. I had forever said this was my Favorite mexican restaurant. The food was very bland, the amount of rice was very little, the fried ice cream not the same. 😔 And actually the place was pretty much empty for a Friday night.
The ambiance is fantastic. They had a good crowd for a Sunday late lunch. The happy hour margaritas were pretty good and 2 for 1 from 4-6. I had the molcajete and my wife had shrimp tacos. My son i…
Positives: The atmosphere here is genuinely great. The live mariachi band adds a fun touch, and we really enjoyed it. The chips and salsa and the elotes appetizer were solid. I also liked the mango margarita. That said, these positives alone wouldn’t be enough for me to return. Negatives: Unfortunately, the food itself was well below average. I was honestly shocked when my entrée arrived. I ordered the steak fajitas (medium), but the steak had no char, no color, very little flavor, and was so overcooked it was inedible. The vegetables were also disappointing—roughly chopped onions, barely any peppers, and no color or sizzle on the plate. I ended up having to send it back, and the pictures I posted are actually after they attempted to “fix” the dish. My husband had the chicken quesadillas. They were fine, but nothing memorable. Overall, we left very disappointed.

We ordered fajitas for two. Shrimp and steak. The shrimp tasted like it was frozen and the beef had no flavor. The beans were delicious and the corn tortillas as well.. the waiter Sebastian had an awful attitude. If you go to Azteca do not have Sebastian as a waiter you will not be happy.
Went for aniversry amd waited an hour for food. Loud drunks at bar, had to to tell manager if we did not get our food in 5 min we would leave finaly recieved food and no apology for bad servive manager never came back to check on us to see if we were ok. Waiter dropped the check, nothing off bill dor bad service. Told host it was not her fault but we will never come back again.
Terrible. Spend 17 dollars on steak fajita quesadilla it was the worst i ever tasted. They put pico de gallo instead of real peppers. A bunch of onions. It taste very sour also. I coudnt finish it neither my wife. I love the happy hours for beer and margaritas but so far they only acceptable food i ate here was the loaded nachos. Everything else are plates of 25 to 30 dollard which dont even taste authentic. I am extremely dissapointed. Great place for drinks though
Unfortunately, the taste of the food was subpar and the tortillas in my meal were stale. The drinks we ordered were flat and took far too long to be served. The wait and the service was unfathomably long and the staff was not very attentive. They forgot various requests and had to be reminded more than once. The dishes are overpriced. The guacamole tasted like old avocados... I won't be coming back. I asked others around me what they would rate it and they agreed with 2 stars.
My wife and I came to have brunch before 3 o’clock. The server took forever to come to our table which the time lapse, and the manager Araceli’s would not honored the brunch price of the chicken and shrimp fajita due to the shrimp are counted for. Does this sound like good customer service to you? She walked away with no care. We will not be back. Stay away from this place if you want good customer service
We went to the restaurant on Nov 25 for dinner with our 1 year old who needs a high chair because he doesn’t walk and the waitress basically refused to bring us a high chair because in the booth section they couldn’t because of the hot plates, she brought a booster seat that had no straps to tight the baby in, which was a safety hazard, we asked to please moved to a table and she said the only table she has was in the middle of a reservation she had coming in and that it was going to be too loud and then we asked if there was any other option and she said we could seat outside where it was raining and the temperature was starting to drop and we have a small baby. We asked politely if there was any other option or place to sit but she said there was not. Needless to say we left because of her unwillingness to work with us when it was pretty obvious there was space and the restaurant is usually loud because of the mariachi group. We have been long time customers of the restaurant and it truly is a shame that the level of customer service has declined so much that a customer has to walk out. Pictures below of all the empty booths and of the table she refused to sit us at because of the noise. We went to Abuelo’s at the Loop instead, similar prices and much better customer service!
Orders Uber Eats and only received half the order missing my meal of course. Reported to Uber Eats who conveniently said their system is down. Called Azteca to at least get the missing food and no help either. So I am hungry and was charged over $150! Service sucks but I can’t accurately rate the food.
