Edit for 5 stars: I apologize for my previous review, I now realize that the reason for the fries looking so empty is that they got soggy and shrunk on the drive home. Just got dinner here and this is the second time I've gotten screwed on the amount of fries. The people are nice and the food is good but please work on the amount of fries! This picture is legit and no fries had been eaten before the picture was taken. Ridiculous.

Good place for Mexican food. Salsa is chunky and not my kind but the chips were fresh and yummy. Had the 3 combo plate with chile relleno, beef taco, and pork tamale. Relleno was fantastic. They use really good cheese. Margaritas were really good. I would come back.

Stopped here on our way to an Angels game. They were quick at seating us however the service was slower than desired. First serving of chips and salsa was so delicious! Thin, crispy & warm tortilla chips and we really liked the chunky, mild salsa with it. Was disappointed with the second serving of chips they were thick and tasted stale. I enjoyed their chicken citrus salad. It was awesome to be able to eat at a Mexican restaurant and still get something that is light, healthy, and refreshing yet filling! We will be back again. (Hopefully they'll be a little quicker on Gameday). 😉

Anniversary dinner special today only! Crispy taco and Cheese enchilada plate with beans and rice. Only $4.00 ! We chose to add hot Churro's with traditional warm chocolate sauce. Surprising we only had to wait 10 minutes to get seated. 🌶🌶🌶 :)

First time at this Rodrigos location. (Orange). Had the tacos on the lunch express menu. Our only complaint is that the taco shells were THIN. As soon as you picked up the taco, it fell apart. We order this all the time and immediately noticed the extra thin shell, so it didn't feel as if we ate tacos, as the filling spilled all over our plate. I ordered an horchata and asked if it was made in house. The server said yes, but it tasted manufactured made to me. Then I saw the server bring out a plastic jug of horchata for my refill. Why tell me it's made fresh then bring out the jug with some company name on it? Not cool, no need to lie about it.

Been going here since I was a child now and adult with my own family. Over 30 years. Love it and we go often. Food is decently good. Sometimes it can be hit or miss for freshness. Most staff are very friendly, only one lady always rushes us every time checking on us 20x so she can check out so we ask to not be waitresses by her when we go. Always different managers, few left from original staff. Atmosphere is good, food prices have increased. Alcohol drinks aren't very good, never get a buzz. It is a good to for us as a family with kiddos as it is never busy, quick in and out. It will always be my favorite spot, we still call it Don Jose lol.

This location is off a major fwy so it stays busy like 24/7. Well actually some mornings aren’t too busy. I’ve tried most of their stuff but I wanted to try a salad the other day and it was so delicious. I was impressed. I got the market salad with chicken. My dad made reservations online. Said they were celebrating a 70th, 43rd and 39th anniversary. When we arrived, we also mentioned the celebrations to the waiter named Rodrigo. There is no recognition at all! Confused why they asked online if you were celebrating something and then did nothing about it. Not that we were expecting anything but a 70th anniversary especially is huge! It's just was disappointing. The food was good. Just the lack of celebration was disappointing.

Came here based on Tiktok reviews of their Bean and Cheese Buritto. It was not good. Stopped in from San Diego on way to L.A. Oldest sons had better plates. Also subpar

The cashier Chelsea doesn’t care about the customer I told her I had a reward scanned my app it didn’t take it off I didn’t realize until I paid that I was charged for the free item that was on my reward ….there wasn’t a line for her to feel so rushed to get from in front of the register. She needs to be coached on having patient and listening to guest. Not just hurry up and take orders and get out of window 😑

It's been twice now where I order a market salad and it looks old, soggy strawberries and no blue cheese. I had never had a problem before, everything was always fresh and crisp. I don't know what happened but I'm disappointed.

Worst possible service I have ever had in my life. The restaurant was dimly lit and cob webs were in the corners of the ceiling around the building. It looked dirty, but this place was highly recommend by a friend that was with us so we went. Our server Eric was completely unprofessional from the beginning. He got the order wrong, argued with me when I said my son ordered fries and not rice and brought refrigerator cold food out for the kids meals. When asked if the kids could be served warm food, Eric said no, that’s how they did it. I asked to speak to a manager, Manuel Rodriguez, and was told they could take the food back to warm up. Instead of bringing child-safe warm food, Eric brought unsafely, hot plates and placed it right in front of my 6 year old whom immediately burnt his arm. I believe Eric did this intentionally as he already had an attitude and wished “to teach us a lesson”. I have never felt so disrespected in my life at a restaurant. The place was gross and to allow servers such as Eric to serve customers and behave in such a manner is bad practice and makes the entire restaurant look bad. That man needs to be fired and shame on him for hurting a child.

Under new ownership & the food just isn't the same. Wasn't happy with the taco salad at all. The Chile Verde had no flavor at all. We won't be returning again after 20 years of enjoying good food under the old ownership.

This Chick-fil-A location is horrible to say the least. I complained to corporate about three months ago regarding this location and the terrible terrible manager and nothing‘s been done. The establishment has only gotten worse. The manager has got to be the worst manager on this planet. She is very untrained and pretty clueless. Thought I’d give them another shot the other day & ordered a frosted coffee (figured how could they mess that up). It was barely even filled 3/4 of the way in the cup but of course they charged me full price. Chick-fil-A corporate needs to step in immediately because this location needs a huge training session. Anytime I pass it, it’s literally always empty and I understand why.

Management refused to give me salad bowl with my meal and cited its per policy but provided me with another smaller bowl than needed. I offered to pay for the materials but was denied. Staff told me if I wanted a bowl I would have to pay for a salad I wouldn’t eat… What sense does that make?! Overall inconvenient, rude, disappointing and management Shame on you as a Red Member!

This is normally not my chick fila. I only visit this loction when I visit my mom and take her lunch. I'm writing a review since they have never sent me the survey of how was my experience. My home location Friendswood does. ( Not that they need to because its always superb in Friendswood) . This Stafford location needs to do better. I ordered just a little earlier from mobile app and I was given the notification my order was ready and employee would be out shortly but it didnt happen right away. I have a short drive to moms and my food was cold as soon as we were eating it.. So it lead me to believe that my order sat before they finally brought it out. Oh and it was not BUSY! DO BETTER STAFFORD LOCATION!!!

I’m sure it’s hard to find good managers but the manager that worked Thursday, October 16th for the closing shift should not be in the position that he is. Btw I waited over 15 mins for my mobile order and had to walk to the window myself to get the refund. It was one sandwich and one diet lemonade. At that point I would give the guest a refund and give them their food for the inconvenience.

I visited Chick-fil-A via the drive-thru and was served by a very polite employee. I ordered a grilled sandwich and requested extra cheese. Of course, I was willing to pay for the extra cheese. However, when I received my order, the cheese was missing. I spoke to the manager about it, and he was extremely rude and dismissive. He told me to show my receipt, claiming it didn’t include the cheese. I explained that I specifically asked for it and that I was willing to pay extra, but as a manager, he should take responsibility for his staff’s mistakes. I’ve been to other Chick-fil-A locations and experienced excellent service, but this manager seems to have no understanding of customer service. I suspect he may be a family member of the owner. It was a very disappointing experience, and I would rather drive a couple of extra miles to another location with proper service.

Chicken for cobb salad is raw. Yall would eat it like this? Took way too long for a refund. How is this “the nerve” of the chicken and wanting us to eat it? Would you eat it like that?!! Manager with glasses was being rude and unreasonable. Didnt want to give a refund or an exchange of food. I get it its after hours husband waited for 8 minutes people inside were staring not going up to see what was going on, still give the exception of giving the customer a refund for something that doesn’t look right at all. SERVSAFE protocol isn’t being followed. Due to the fact chicken is red pink and squishy. Chicken when cooked should be white not pink!!! Salmonella people it exists. There are people out there with a weak stomach and can get bacteria from stuff like this. It can cause a lawsuit and a visit from corporate to see if regulations are being followed.

The service is awful!! They rush you and today I kinda just had it when I got my salad and it smelled terrible and then found flies in my salad. I will not be going back to this place and will let my coworkers also know they should reframe from coming here as it’s a place we frequently order from. This is the 3rd time this location has messed up my order. They always seem to get it wrong for breakfast on my way to work. The order on the receipt was correct, however what was in the bag was not. I ordered the egg white grilled chicken sandwich, but instead received the chicken biscuit. This is the only chick-fil-a location that is lacking in customer service and accuracy. All of the other locations maintain the company’s standard of excellence. I used to work for chick-fil-a so I know about and support those standards. Managers, you need to get your team together!

I am not one to leave a bad review ever, but this is truly disgusting. I went and picked up dinner at this location on 12/27 at 8:21 pm and while eating my fries I found a dead fly on top of my fires. Truly disgusting and makes me wonder what goes on in the kitchen that there are flies on the food. It wasn’t on the top fries either, it was towards the end. I am truly disgusted and hope this problem doesn’t occur to many others. I also ordered a large combo and they gave me a medium size drink, which wasn’t a big deal and I didn’t even return to ask for a large one But people should get what they pay for. I hope they can pay attention more to the cleanliness and the order accuracy.. they were slow so there is no excuses.

Absolutely horrible location and employees. They act all welcoming and caring but in reality they are not paying attention to orders. I belive both customer service and food should be good. This location is near to my home and it eveytime single time messes my order while every other random location I go to, is just perfect. This is 3rd time happening to me that they messed up the order. Last time when in drive thru I was not given my 4pc strips order, so I go back to drive thru and the lady at window snatches from me and leaves. I'm furious over there waiting and I get my order after talking to the manager. Next time I place an mobile order and they mess my sandwich. And yesterday they add whipped cream while I didn't even select while ordering online. Ridiculous. Below are the pictures of what they called as a chicken grilled club sandwich. The upper bun crown is missing and sandwich has both lower heel.
