Let me start by saying that I was hungry. Maybe it tasted better because I was. None the less, it tasted good. I had a burger and a hot dog with my favorite toppings and fries as well. My Only gripe was that prices have gone up Everything was delicious. Would recommend.

Food is just ok prices are outrageous $40 for two burgers two fries and two drinks at a fast food place is a bit much. The staff tho made my experience where I might come back. Everyone smiling laughing and working hard. Positive attitudes and a great guest experience

The place was clean all around. The cashier was friendly. My food was exactly as ordered but the burger was mushy, not like you'd want. Also, there are tons of signs promoting milkshakes, but their machine is broken. It seems to have been broken for some time, and the staff seem pleased about it.

Love the food. Takes forever at this location after ordering. Tonight I ordered 6 sandwiches for the family and I should have checked the bag before leaving because when I got home there was one missing. While I waited for about 30 minutes for my food three dine in customers came back to the front for a remake or because someone didn’t get one of their sandwiches (it was a bunless burger). Should have been a warning for me but I never had anything missing before. I drove 24 minutes home and we munched on the delicious fries (they always throw way more in the bag than what you pay for) and didn’t think to count the sandwiches, mainly because the extra fries were thrown over the top of the burgers and made it tough to dig around and count them. I was order 76 today at 7:14pm I called the store when I got home and realized what was missing. I spoke to the nice manager who was apologetic and said I could bring the receipt back and get refunded…and I guess that’s all he could do. One family member had to eat cereal for dinner lol. I’ll go back someday and if I remember this receipt I’ll get refunded. Not sure I want to go back now :(

Excellent burgers. Excellent fries. Getting to be on the higher end of "fast food" in terms of pricing but generally still reasonable. Expect around $30 for 2 people . Good service though, always.

The burger was quite big. (Bacon burger with everything). I would have given it five stars… yet when I tried just the meat patty, it was flavorless . 😕 Oh it was very well cooked and with all the garnishments it tasted good but the meat alone was flavorless.

This place sucks. My wife order a little cheese burger with topping on the side. Looks like slop for toppings. I order a patty melt. Food is horrible. No Urgency at all. People waiting for 10.to.20 mins. while staff all looking around at people. Never be back again .

The burgers tasted no better than mcdonalds, fries were over fried.. and they dilute coke with water heavily. I'd rather go to steak'n'shake next time.

Edit: I was asked to reach out in which I did via corporate. It has been nearly two weeks with no response, just know the replies are automated. They are not actually looking into the low ratings. Terrible service from manager and portion sizes are terrible as well. Would recommend going to a different location to actually get what you pay for.

I am so disappointed in five guys. I went to five guys because you used to be known for good quality burgers that are thicker than most fast food places. Today I received my burger that is thinner than a McDonald’s burger. I mean this is pathetic. I took photos. I will now be telling everyone to not even waist their time and money at 5 guys might as well go to McDonald’s to get a burger that is thicker for cheaper. This is infuriating, if I would have wanted a burger this thin I would have went to smash burger.

I ordered a double burger and a double bacon cheeseburger. Only lettuce because I ordered off of Uber Eats. These burgers are at 12 and some change or more. This is the amount of lettuce I got on 2 burgers almost $14 each. I don’t think that equals to half a piece of lettuce. I know this is not Five Guys Standard and Quality. This is beyond poor execution and if it was my first experience it would be last. It will be a long time before I order from this establishment again. I see why it’s never busy at this location in particular.
