Great little small town bar. Jimmy the bar tender is fantastic. I drink there any time I'm in Old Orcutt. I do wish they had hot dogs, by hey, ya can't have everything...
Great dive bar with good bloody Mary's. Update: The Jack and Cokes are pretty good as well.

Well, not really "5 stars" unless you like dive bars and grumpy old men bar tenders. ... wait..I do! Don't come here if you are too sensitive. DO come here if you want a drink and like "bad" words. I was here doing training at the Air Force Base and needed a quick drink. I'll be coming back. Of course he could buy a bottle of Coldcock Wiskey...
Like Cheers , this is a neighborhood club bar. Friendly. 1 pool table a couple TV's. A Great place for friends
Toby Keith said it best "I LOVE THIS BAR" Great place for seeing old friends and meeting new ones young and old hang out and take turns buying roumds. It looks rough and small but the atmosphere is exactly what a Bar is supposed to be. Booze, friends, loud, fun, and a bit rowdy. Everyone is welcome just don't show up with a bad attitude. I have met life long friends here even my wife of 10yrs went here on our first date. Come on in and enjoy the good time.
As far as small dive bars go this is right up there with the best of em. Locals feel and good prices on the drinks. They offer food but I did not partake as we had just eaten dinner.
Great atmosphere and the bartenders are awesome 😍. Want to have a great time? Then come here and meet incredible people if your a social person. 😜
Elmers is the best dive bar in town. Most of the bartenders are super friendly, reasonably priced drinks and definitely never know who you’ll see inside.

For my second time being there, was a Friday night and one of the locals was telling me I was going to hell in a hand basket!! I told her she could come with me if she bought me a shot and a pitcher of beer!
Awesome dive bar. Only complaint I have is the juke box doesn't play any music unless someone is paying..
It's a true dive bar. Decent amount of people. It was kinda small but it was alot of fun!
A nice little place. One negative is there is no POS system. No real way for a customer to know how much your drinks cost except the bartenders memory. Bartender seemed very reserved.
This is a Famous Cornerstone, in Old Town Orcutt. Everyone knows Elmer's. It's from the old days, historical. Neighborhood bar. Good service. Ya, gotta go at least once. Not fancy, but you can be a part of Orcutt history.

Elmer's looks like an oldtime dive bar from the late 1930's or 40's like Mike's Place in Lompoc. Local hangout for callow under 35'ers at least for a Thursday evening. By the looks of the front of the building, it looks like the favourite watering hole for old geezers who would have added character & charm to this rustic bar. Maybe by 8pm they're at home all asleep.

bouncer has favorites, don’t expect to get in if it’s busy and you don’t know him

Dive bar, grumpy old men bar tenders. Super cold in there, sheriff sat right in front of the bar on the corner. If you like Dirty & lame white boy punk rock music & ice cold environment go here
Bartender was rude. He was throwing empty beer bottles across the bar into the trash can. I don't think he understands that breaking glass hurts some people's ears. Quite a hole in the wall, dark and very uncomfortable.
This place has interesting vibes. It seems as if the people who go there typically don't like outsiders going. They kept complaining when non country music came on the jukebox. Staff was okay.
What was supposed to be a fun night out celebrating my birthday with a friend ended up being one of the weirdest nights I ever experienced. We got our ID’s checked at the entrance which is normal, but why did the bald bartender with glasses have to harass us to check our ID’s again, saying we could’ve came in through the back. This was already our 2nd drink of the night, the first bartender not being a total weirdo. I tell him “uh I’m already 23”, and he just mimicked me and said “wow you’re so old” proceeding to tell my friend he needed to check hers too. Not sure what he thought he was accomplishing but he could’ve handled that totally different.
