Chirico is a popular spot for Puerto Rican-style Chinese food, known for large portions and reasonable prices. Many rave about the fried chicken and the unique combination dishes like tostones with General Tso's chicken. Some find the tostones inconsistent.
Tip: Ask for the french fry upgrade with your classic New York style Chinese food. Be aware that tostones can be inconsistent.
It had been a while since I last ate here... I actually thought the place had closed!!! But I’m glad it’s still around because the food was really good, way better than I remembered. Great flavor all around and definitely worth the delivery. That said… those tostones need some work. They were more like oversized plantain chips from a bag. Nope, nope, nope! Still, the rest of the food made up for it. Solid 5 stars from me!!!!!
I'm not Puerto Rican but I've been to the island with friends from there, and this place is prolly the closest to that style of Chinese food that I've had in FL. The tostones were amazing, as well as the boneless spare ribs and Lo mein. Service was great they were super friendly and polite. Drove an hour to give it a try with friends and it was definitely worth it.
Found this place based on the reviews and decided to give it a try. We’re visiting Orlando from out of town and wanted some takeout close to our Airbnb. The food was good — not exactly authentic Chinese, but tasty and the portions were huge! Prices were very reasonable, especially compared to what we’re used to in a big city. Overall, a solid spot and definitely worth recommending.
Interesting combination of Chinese food and Puerto Rico food
BEST CHINESE FOOD IN ALL OF ORLANDO. Whenever you go there and get your favourite classic new york style chinese, remember to ask for the add french fry option. Its only like a $1.50 to upgrade. The asian fried chicken is to fight for. The owners are always here and also really nice, best customer service and great prices. I love Chirico
This is the authentic Puerto Rican Chinese food in Orlando! I missed eating this food after moving here and you guys made this happened here in Orlando. Thank you guys! The food is great.
The place is clean, the food was great and the prices are good. It was like eating in a chinese restaurant in PR!! So great!!

Great food, friendly staff and they get the food to you fairly quickly whether you're staying to eat or on the go. Can't lose at this place, really good eats.
Coming from up north, this the closest Puerto Rican Chinese food ur gonna get. I had the 3 pc fried chicken w rice and tostones and they were amazing!!!!!
I ate this on door dash, It was amazing. Truly recommend!
This amazing place takes you back to Puerto Rico for sure when it comes to the food's flavor and the portions. I recommend you to go here if you have never tasted Spanish food with a Chinese twist. We always get the Pepper Steak Combo with Plaintains. Comes with plenty of pepper steak with rice and fresh cut fries. If you want to order it in Spanish just say " Yo quiero una Combinatíon de Pepper Steak con un orden de Tostones". I promise you will not be disappointed. Hope everyone gets a chance to enjoy this gem about 10mins from the Orlando International Airport on 436 Semoran.
Always hits just right 😘👌
If y'all want some awesome Spanish and Chinese food this is your spot. Everything is made fresh and piping hot. Trust me you won't be disappointed. And definitely try the fried chicken with some shrimp fried rice and tostones. I'm eating it right now and my mouth watering lol. Enjoy
The food is so good, they give you A LOT and it's pretty cheap.. There employees are soo nice I have never seen an employee be rude ...and the service is fast.. Definitely a good spot to eat .. You can take it to go or dine in
Best fried rice i drive there from winter springs just for it. And incredible fried chicken. They get the food out fast. And great portions Cant wait for my next visit
Soooo good and so worth the price! Nice to find a little spot like this. Food was not Salty(sodium) at all as stated 👇 Word to the wise...go hungry when you pick up food from here. The portions are huge. 👇👇👇👇👇👇
Great food but really cheap with the French Fries 🍟 especially, when it comes with a combo 🥴
I visited Chirico Fast Food's location off of Semaron Boulevard in Orlando, FL. I received wonderful service, and tasty food. I ordered chicken lol Mein, and I was served a decent portion for the price.
Great food and very good price highly recommend!
Excellent taste, prices, menu, and portions. Very casual dining and more of a takeaway restaurant.
Always come here, the nostalgic flavors from when I lived in Puerto Rico, can't beat it.
I am a customer of Chirico since 1999. Excellent food, my favorite being pepper steak combo with fries. You won't regret it and will love it !
Boy this place is one of the best Puerto Rican Chinese you can get in Orlando.
The food is delicious and the price you can't turn down to.the servers are very friendly and they don't hover around you waiting for you to leave😂the rice with red beans and pepper stake is very good the pork shoulder also.
Best Puerto Rican-Chinese food around. Their prizes are amazing! Although their place looks a bit worn down don’t let that fool you their food taste really good.
Just bought 3 pepper chicken combination with 4 eggrolls, platain and fries. THIS IS THE BEST PLACE, BESIDES THE FOOD BEEN SO GOOD THEIR SERVICE IS OUTSTANDING. WOULD GIVE MORE THAN JUST 5 STARS.
Food's good, would really like bigger portions, I wouldn't mind paying a few bucks, it's just that in other Chinese restaurants you get more portions per order.
First time ordering food here and returning soon. Food was so tasty and recommend to everyone.
hole in the wall deserves a shout out!! The food was on point! Delicious! Drove 30 mins to find out and it did not disappoint! It’s no elegant restaurant but there is seating. We had sesame chicken spareribs and chicken wings ALL AMAZING!!
Excellent! The plantains just need to be made small cuts with lots of garlic to be the authentic version. One day please make those tostones original puertorican Chinese way. Thank you!
You be lucky not wait too long. Since the food is just to die for! If you are a puertorican looking for some comfort chinoboricua food this is definitely the place. Wouldn't recommend the tostones or chicken pepper but every else is just like home!! Rice was great, costillas deshuesadas mmm yummy 😋and of course the chicken combo was the best!! Serving amount was great just like described in the previous comments. Is worth every penny! Is a clean place and small, and very friendly staff. Parking is a bit complicated of course and dinning in well if I tell you there was too many people is obvious that all tables we're full. Need to add that the outside view doesn't make any justice to how great this place is.
This place tastes amazing! I found them on Tik Tok, drove here and tried the general sauce chicken with the fried rice that comes with egg and ham inside of it. I also had the tostones with garlic sauce, amazing! I’m from NYC so it’s hard to find a good Chinese restaurant in Florida. This place tastes like Puerto Rican food/Chinese food. The owner came out and gave me free fried chicken, great guy
This is one of the best Chinese place that makes really good food unlike most other okaces this one has the flavors
This little hole in the wall is absolutely bursting with full flavors! Chinese Puerto Rican fusion at its best! The fried chicken, the tostones, the Chinese food! Oh what delicious flavor. Yet it is amazingly priced, fast, fresh made, and sizable portions! Why go anywhere else!!
When I was a kid back in the 90's we used to go to this place all the time as we lived right off of Semoron. Loved their food back then and still love it to this very day. My only complaint would be they need to be cleaner. The last few times I went their restaurant did not look so clean and the stench of the restaurant itself will reek into your car and onto your clothes. But aside from that the food is super delicious Spanish Chinese Food I just love every time. They serve you so much food I can barely finish my plate.
I loved his food once and a thousand times I would come back
Great family ambiance. Love the service very friendly and smiles which I appreciate being in the hospitality industry I had Lo mien and mofongo and is was great. I came back a second time and the young lady remembered me and I was so surprised and it warmed my heart that she remembered me and that being said that shows that they have passion and treat their guests like family. It's definitely a great place to cme to if you're up for an infusion experience of PuertoRican and Chinese combination. A must try!
Busy Father’s Day. Employee who was cleaning the dinning room went behind the counter to assist me promptly. Food was ready in mins of ordering and when I got home food was great.
Definitely the best place to eat!!!! Food is freshly hot, they give a good amount, and over all the food is delicious!
I am from NYC and I am very picky about Chinese food especially wings! Chirico is the Best chino Latino food in the Orlando area! The fried chicken is THE BEST! And don’t get me started on the fried rice! Mofongo is Devine too! Best place hands down!
First time here and was very satisfied. Chicken was better than KFC and the fried rice was amazing. Can’t wait to come back again and again
Friendly staff. Ordered the chicken lo mein. Was amazing and tasty.
The food here is AWESOME. Large, in fact very large portion sizes, Chinese Puerto Rican style food. Prices are affordable and quality is great. 1 order feeds 2 and maybe 3 depending how much you eat. Since I lost weight over a year ago, I don't eat alot. I can eat twice and my Wife once out of one order. Don't believe me? See for yourself. The place isn't fancy looking and in fact, it's not a place with ambiance but it's clean and the people there are really nice. They have been around for a while and I'm surprised being here since 2011 that I didn't know about this place before.
Wow what an experience, the food here has been excellent every single time I visit. I have tried the boneless rib tip with the fried rice combo.and I ate the entire order alone.Today I will be trying the mofongo combo with fried pork, and I'm sure I will be pleased. Stop by if your visiting the Orlando Florida area.!
Best fried chicken in Orlando ! Super crispy outside, juicy inside, and full of flavor. Fast service and friendly staff definitely coming back!
2 can eat of the serving. There fried chicken is a killer and French fries go great with it
We had the pepper steak and beef with broccoli combos and they were delicious. The food was fresh and the servings were large. It tastes just like Puerto Rican/Chinese food back in the island. Prices are also reasonable and the staff were nice. We will definitely be back!
Good food, good portions, good prices. Nothing to look elsewhere
Good food for the price. Great portions. The fried chicken is the best. The pepper steak could use more peppers and onions. It was good, but tasted more like traditional steak instead of Chinese pepper steak. I’ve gone 3 times this week for that fried chicken combo though, it’s really good. The customer service is on point. Their staff is very nice and courteous in person, and on the phone.
The food is good and the quantity that they serve you is more than enough. Food is always served fast and the prices can't be beat.
Best Puerto Rican Chinese in Orlando ! Pepper 🫑 steak , aloflito muy Rico 😆
The food is tasty, the place looked clean and the service was efficient
Look they can say is a holl in the wall ... 🤣 But best fryed chicken ever ...
It was amazing customer service, has a smile that makes your day better and keep coming back for more. The quality of the food was above average and enjoyed every bite it has to offer definitely recommend anybody to come and try out the Chinese place
AMAZING PLACE!! Highly recommend the food is incredible and the owners and staff are super friendly. We ordered and bunch of stuff and shared it at a table inside and the owner was kind enough to offer us a sample of their fried chicken for free. Everything was delicious and HUGE PORTIONS!

This little hole in the wall off Semoran near MCO makes some of the most underrated cuisine in Central Florida…Puerto Rican Chinese Food! 🇵🇷 Yes that is Tostones on top of a bed of General Tso’s Chicken and Fried Rice! WEPAAAA!
My family of 4 stopped by for lunch and had a great meal. The portions are huge and the flavors are great. Even though they have a nice clean dine-in area no one came out to check on the tables or if anyone needed anyone at least while we were there. Everyone was super nice and helpful and very welcoming. Something else to keep in mind is that they only sell carbonated drinks and water which my kids were not too happy about but it can easily be fixed by the owner.
Ahhh, another hole-in-the-wall, hood spot, that is low key bangin'! Translation: This establishment is one of those unassuming places that are located in economically challenged areas yet offer surprisingly good food! They really need to do a lot of work with the aesthetics, but the place has potential. This is a straight up Chinese Puerto Rican spot ... a fusion that can't be beat! They have young Latina's taking orders up front while the Chinese guys cheffing it up in the back. The food was better than I expected and did remind me of my favorite fast food Chinese takeout back home in the Bronx back in the day. The beef and broccoli were disappointing because the meat was really rubbery. But the Mofongo was sooooo soft, like buttery soft. It was really good. The boneless spare tips were excellent but the fried rice slightly bland but nothing some soy sauce couldn't remedy. I enjoyed having a can of Coco Rico with my meals like I do when I'm back in my other home of Puerto Rico. Im ready to try other menu items!
Wow… if you are looking for that Puerto Rican Chinese food… this is the place!! yummy!
Everything really good!! Portions big! Clean, good service and fast!

For those who like the Puerto Rican Chinese food this is the place to go. Good prices. Place needs to be remodel looks old but the service and the food is good.
One of the best fried chicken I've ever had! 5 stars if it's not too salty and greasy! Would go back again!
This is a place to get Boricua Style Chinese Food. Awesome food, great service! The dine in area is even styled like the Chinese restaurants back on the island 💜 If you are feeling homesick, this is a good place to go. The fried chicken, pollo enchilado and sweet and sour chicken are highly recommended.
Their food is really good, but they need to update Uber menu, the menu is limited and the only option are chicken and rice and any other item, but no options for ribs, rice with shrimp, etc. Uber menu needs to be updated ASAP
Prices are really good, the rice isn’t the best one, but the fried chicken and the mofongo with pepper steak is awesome, like the Puerto Rico style.
Not the cleanest looking place but they dish out the best fried chicken with pork fried rice. One plate will fill you up and it is priced perfect.
It was okay, close enough to Puertorrican chinese food but not that flavorful, the rice tasted a little bit bland and the “garlic tostones” too. We came here because not a lot of chinese restaurant let you dine in.
This place is a great " hole in the wall" type place, dark ,no frills and basic....BUT the fried rice slams as does the mofongo, and the Chinese dishes are tasty.
I enjoyed the heaping amount of food I got. The shrimp Lomein was flavorful. Got a good amount of shrimp. I wished for some more veggies though to complete the meal. Service was good and the food came quickly. I would go again.
This place is a great " hole in the wall" type place, dark ,no frills and basic....BUT the fried rice slams as does the mofongo, and the Chinese dishes are tasty.
The chicken was tasty but the rice lacked flavor and was super dry. The mofongo did not have garlic which was disappointing. Portions are huge and great for sharing.
Honest opinion. Not like Chinese restaurants in PR. I ordered General tso chicken and it didn't come with the vegetable. It was basically orange chicken, And the fries were extremely soggy as if they were dipped in water before serving. (If you found out about this place because of Instagram influencers. They're overhyping it)
Not the best food. Flavors were artificial. I saw a review on Instagram and decided to check it out. There is much better Chinese food in the area.
Tostones were hard to chew and very dry. Chicken was dry too, just wished it was more crispy and juicy. Fries should have been placed in a separate container to be crispy. Lo mein, pork and crab ragoon was good.

I usually go here it's really good I decided to try something new and get the curry chicken and it was the most disappointing plate I've ever received.
The chicken was amazing.. but the lomain was plain just a little bit of chicken in it and the rice was not as good as I thought.
My order was supposed to be a combo of fried chicken with fries I was charged separately for rice and i also ordered a side of tostones so my food was missing the French fries when i went up to the girl in the front with red hair she said “yeah it comes with it but its optional and you got rice and tostones so i didn’t think you would want it” i told her i want whatever i paid for so if my fried chicken comes with fries then i want it then she tried to say it’s a going to be dollar charge .. after admitting it comes w fries as a combo. Since i paid the rice separately.. my friends also ordered after me and they got both fries and rice because there combos came with the French fries since they paid for the rice separate..and the bathroom was very dirty and stinks so bad it was stronger then the smell of the food inside
Proportion were good not alot of flavor they need to store supplies somewhere else. I felt I was in a storeroom rather than a restaurant. Never cleaned any tables was there 45 min better selection for drinks. Everything is in bag for careout.. If looking for inexpensive food ..than this is your place..but needs more to have me coming back
just not good... the only thing that tasted great was the krab rangoon. everything was fresh, but the rice was hard and not very flavorful, the chicken on both meals had breading that was too thick and had too much sauce, and the plantain was mushy and didn't taste like anything. they give you a cup of garlic oil, but it's jarred garlic, so it tasted sour. really underwhelming. i would not go back.
I will never come here and eat again as soon as you walk in it smells like a fish market the food was disgustand the whole appearance was not good at all never ever will I return It looks real good on Facebook but when you go there it's a whole lot different
Horrible horrible horrible.....We used to love this place for the awesome flavor their rice had it was so unique....they must of changed owners or fired their cooks or lost the recipes because the food we had today taste like nothing like the way it used too....Orange chicken was gummie, peeper steak salty, and rice bland as heck....today they lost some customers for life....Please if someone really bought them out change the name.
The food is dry and like cardboard, interior is confusing, also people are rude. But if you like Latin-Asian food this place might be alright.
Terrible customer service, the food is good, but employees who are in charge the cashier, manager and cook guy are not professional at all. Not customer service oriented, even they make a mistake at time to provide price information, instead to get a satisfy customer, they do their best to make people mad and unhappy. I promised a time ago do not come back anymore, because it service is horrible. Great food, bad service.
The food specifically the rice was disgusting no flavor it tasted very old and the tostones either is not worthy goin their... JUST NASTY
O got food poison from rw chicken..Only sells Theighs and wings with order..not 1 order with Breast. Dont buy hear. Rats and smells!!! Health inspector has failed them so many times its my bad I did not check with them 1st!!
The food here was very tasteless, nothing like the authentic flavors of Puerto Rico. I had high expectations coming in, hoping for a similar experience, but unfortunately, it did not meet them. The meat was dry, the Mofongo lacked flavor and was dry as well, and even the rice was bland. It was a disappointment, and I wouldn't recommend going out of your way to eat here. I'd prefer to dine elsewhere. The neighborhood is quite questionable as well. I would advise against a woman going there alone unless you are fully confident and prepared, but overall, I would not recommend the area.
I saw roaches walking around the store, big ones. Girls at the front are not that nice. The place need an update it looks old
I was on the fence about coming here due to some of the reviews saying their food is not good. But despite those reviews I still figured I’d give them a try since it’s hard to find good Chinese food here in Orlando. Please don’t waste your time going here. I was highly disappointed, the food is horrible and not good at all!! Over hyped for sure..
I don’t know where people have gone to say this place is even remotely good…it’s terrible..so bad that I even didn’t take a picture of my food. It’s a hole in the wall place which is not always a bad thing but in this case it was..the food was dry and my friend had ordered the sesame chicken, and when he bit into into it, it was still raw. Disgusting! Won’t be going back here.
My honest opinion, I cannot stomach food that is so high in sodium! The amount of sodium that's added is unacceptable! How do you add so much salt to shrimp and broccoli and then add pork and ham with more salt to the rice! Second if you're running a business then learn to speak English including the kids that work there. Third, stick to what you know how to cook and leave the Chinese cooking to the pros.
DO NOT EAT THERE. The service is terrible, I spend 20$ for nothing, I ask for rice without pork and the put ham anyway, ham is pork leg smoked, was not fully cooked, the chicken was dry like dog food. This place it's not the same I used to eat, must have a new management who don't know what is PR Chinese food. My wife was sick after she ate the food. Don't support what is not good, I have one star because it's the only way I can do a review but it deserve zero
Worse mofongo ever , very wet. They dont know how to make tostones. Fried rice was bad.
I went on Saturday 5/17/25 I got the Mofongo and carne frita the meat look dry and old. Sunday morning i woke up throwing up with really bad stomach pain was like this for 3 days went to the hospital and was told i had food poisoning. From this day I’m still trying to get better because I’m still with stomach pain and throwing up. will not be eating from here anymore this place is nasty I recommend not to eat from here guys.alot of people has told me this place is not good after I told them what happen to me.
