Food taste delicious. We have tried other services and we are throughly impressed with this one. Gotta try it guys.

I recently discovered Fitlife food while searching for specific food prep options. Not only did they have the food I was looking for, but their selection was vast, and the prices were competitive. The website was easy to navigate, and the product descriptions were informative and accurate. I was pleasantly pleased with the customer service and wealth of knowledge on my desired weight goal. I’m thrilled with my service and will continue to shop at Fitlife Food. Vivian and Gabby are excellent and willing to go above and beyond to help. Thank you ladies so much!

I recently discovered Fitlife Foods and it has been such a time-saver for me! I love the variety of choices and most of the meals are offered in small, medium or large sizes. Vivian is always so pleasant and a great help! I’d highly recommend this meal service!

Vivian was very sweet. Experience was really good with getting my meals to the week. Accumulated enough points to save $11 which score! And there was free samples today which was the Oso yummy peanut butter ball crunch.

This is such a great location! The manager Vivian is always great and so hospitable! The employees here are also top notch, especially Salma! The food is great and they have some good dairy-free options for those like me who have food allergies.

I try to stop in here once a week to stock up and healthy high protein meals for my active lifestyle. Vivienne is always so helpful with choosing meals. I've been a customer for 10 plus years, highly recommend.

I’ve done other meal prep companies and Fitlife surpasses all of them. Since they’re not frozen, they are always taste fresh and have healthy ingredients. New meals are released pretty consistently and adding them to the line up prevents me from growing tired of the meals. The staff is friendly and willing to assist. The rewards program helps with the cost, but I already find the value even without the points.

Both Vivian and CC, at the Doctor Philips location, have provided some delicious options for my weekly meals and help me discover new ones. For the most part I've enjoyed what I thought was a healthier option until I was there Friday August 15th and noticed the Ingredients included alot of additives such as Modified Food Starch and added sugar just to name a couple, as the list is lengthy. I provided the photo of the packaging sleeve in this review. I have definitely purchased pre-prepped meals from other places with fresher, whole ingredients and for the price point you are expecting the quality they have promised and failed. The gentleman at the counter delayed in providing a refund stating he needed to hear back from his manager. I waited over 15 minutes, something that shouldn't have happened, especially when I also noticed later that the label states: love it, or its on us. I was still in store and had only taken a bite of the food and was disposed of in store. Of course they may comment on this review like all other negative reviews that they can't find me in their system. BUYER BEWARE! Read your labels.
