FANTASTIC food, and very good service , Exactly what I have come to expect from 5guys,,,,love this place

We were completely exhausted after Universal. The kids were so tired & we were soaked after riding wet rides. It came up as a suggestion when we were looking for quick bites on the way to the resort. They have outdoor tables. The foods was fresh & hot. We went a 2nd night also because food was so good & the lady up front was so kind. If you're a big group or just 2 & looking for food that's hot fresh & in a hurry, this is your place. We got bacon burgers & Cajun frys. They have a drink machine & tea.

A cool and kind guy named "Thomas" who working in here made my day. I ordered extra tomatoes and mushrooms, but he served much more than I expected and enclosed the plate with witty banter. It was such a happy dinner thanks to his kindness and unexpected service. Thank you again.

Food was hot and great. Burgers made to order and never disappoint on taste.

Was great been there many times but in other locations. I was treated very well. Enjoyed my burger and fries. I didn't know they had now the options to skip the bun and wrap in lettuce. Didn't take any photos because it is a tourist area didn't want to scare anyone. But that was my adventure this evening for dinner. If coukd give theses 6 Stars I would. Service was on point! He was friendly and still up seller me to a milk shake. Food was so delicious. Burger like no other and the fries 😋 yummy.

Best 5 guys in the area! Over the top with politeness, cleanliness, and friendliness. 5 guys is moving up to gourmet level, I literally buy a burger save it for later and is still delicious! In conclusion if you want an Excellent burger and Excellent customer service, then this is the place for you and your family 👍👍👍

Always come here with my boyfriend because not only does he love burgers but their Cajun fries are hands down the best! I've never experienced an unreasonable wait and have always had a pleasurable experience!

It's been a long time since I've been at this location but nothing has changed. They still have great food and friendly service. Five guys might be all about burgers and fries but sometimes you just have to have a hot dog. I walked in just before 1:00 in the afternoon and there was one person in the place. Not exactly the rush time though. I ordered myself a bacon dog and kept it pretty simple they're just mustard, pickles and drill jalapenos. And also got myself a few peanuts on the side because I like peanuts. Always a tasty addition when you're in any of their locations. My food was prepared perfectly and tasted great. Anytime I have a chance to dine at one of their locations it's always a good experience. This is a good size location with plenty of seating available.

Definitely if you would like to try a real bacon cheeseburger with good flavor and perfectly cooked this is the place. Clean and nice people take care for you. Coke machine to mix all the flavors that you want.

Beware they cook their fries with peanut oil. Also, they have peanuts in store for the customers. Best Burger ever, huge, delicious, and plentiful. Employees are very kind and serviceable. Great place for lunch or dinner.

Just wanted to thank this location for a wonderful late night last minute meal for a late night pregnancy craving . My husband and I slipped at close to their close time. The food was delicious and well made and this is probably the cleanest five guys that I have ever been to! The high chairs were spotless you don’t know how many restaurants I’ve been to five star and all in the Orlando area with dirty high chairs kudos to the elderly gentleman cleaning up around the restaurant, he also was the sweetest! I will come back any day you have a wonderful location and amazing staff!!!

This was my 1st visit to Five Guys. I only wanted fries. Wow, they had to be the best fries I've ever had. When I'm in the mood for a burger 🍔 I'm gonna give theirs a try. I was a little taken back by them not taking large bills but the manager was friendly and professional. Which made up for it!

I enjoyed my burger and "small" order of fries. 4 stars for the high price, it is a fast food, but did not feel like it on my wallet..but it is everywhere now..once in a blue moon worth the splurge.

Stopped here after work as I was in the mood to have a burger. One of the best decisions I made this day. The food took a while to get ready which I didn't mind much since it came out great. The staff were extremely loud with their conversations making not only me but other customers a bit uncomfortable bringing the atmosphere points down. Hopefully this will be addressed so other customers can have a better experience.

Friendly staff, clean restaurant inside and outside, tasty burger, as well as delicious and fresh fries. We ordered two little hamburgers and a small fry. The fries were extremely generous in portion size and very tasty. The little hamburgers were well done and tasted great. My only issue is the price, at $5.09 a burger which is quite high for small, fast food burgers. Nevertheless, a delicious indulgent meal.

Had lunch here, overall good 5 guys location. To me, though, 5 guys is a lottle pricey. Bacon cheese burger, fries, and drink $21 bucks.👍

LOVE Five Guys! stopped in at this location for carryout tonight. no surprise - the fries were amazing & very HOT/fresh, burger was perfect too even after the drive home, still warm food = happy mama! restaurant was clean & staff was very friendly!😁

Prices have increased and don't really match the food. Burgers are still good, but they seem smaller. They didn't have anything to put the peanuts in during my visit. The service is always quick and the workers are nice.

I didn’t buy anything, so I don’t know how the food taste. But the price was just a bit too much for a burger in my opinion, til the 3 star

The burgers are tasty and are 'real' burgers. They have refil for soda and ice tea. Nice decoration in general. My fries were a bit over burned when I visited, but will give another try next time.

The staff was nice and helpful. The burgers and hotdogs werent too interesting sadly enough. But the fries were good and if you order a large you'll have enough fries for 3 people. The shake was pretty good tho.

Super busy. Toilets clogged! No ketchup in both of the ketchup containers. Would not double fry the French fries (which my wife and I have done at every other location)! Burgers where good and like the Coca Cola freestyle machine but no Dr. pepper.

Refuse service because there online website was down and rudely didn't help us with the problem.

Worst five guys you could possibly go to. After a good day out with my family , we decided to stop at this five guys for some great food. The minute we walked in, we did not feel welcomed . The staff was very rude. When it was our turn to order our food , the cashier walked away and left us there without any assistance. A manager had to come and step in. The manager was helpful and nice. When we received our food , our order was wrong and my milkshake was left out sitting on the counter for a while. I had to ask for another milkshake. Please hire better staff. People come out to eat to enjoy their food and to be treated with respect by employees. Please do better. I will never come back to this restaurant again. If I can take back my money , I would have.

Worst Five guys I ever been too. From the moment I stepped inside, workers were mean mugging me for no reason. They made my family and me feel uncomfortable. They got my order wrong.. My burger was missing toppings that I asked for. The place was dirty too!! The managers were attentive but the rest of the staff have a attitude problem, they seem like they can’t follow simple instructions. If I could rate this place a zero, I would. This company needs to hire employees that actually want to do their job and have a better attitude towards customers..

I go to five days very often and today the two ladies behind the real forgot to add Cajun to my Cajun fries once I get up and go to the counter, they look at me from far away and stare at me for a couple seconds without asking any questions once I tell them that I need a more Cajun one of them came and with an attitude to ask me what was wrong. I told them that I didn’t have much Cajun in my Cajun fries, and they proceeded to take my bag and came back and dumped so much Cajun that it is impossible to eat.
