This place entire menu is phenomenal but I’m a salad fanatic and their salads are the absolute best (other than my own I make at home). I am an extremest that enjoy a lot of everything and they definitely deliver. My personal favorite are their Spinach Salad and Dulce Leches Cheesecake. My favorite waitress is definitely Hellen. Hellen was very pleasant, very professional and if she served you before she was great with remembering your favorite items. I recommend this restaurant, I also hope you are fortunate enough to get Hellen as your server/waitress. Enjoy!

We had resefor 11am. My wife had made them on the APP open Table. When we arrived the Thanksgiving lunch was scheduled to begin at 1pm. The app did not state this. But! The staff was so apologetic for the mistake on the App. The management for the resturant came to our table and apologized. Then set it up with the Chef and Kitchen staff to make us a special preparation for our family. Just so we could have a Traditional Thanksgiving Meal. Kudos to the Laguna Staff. Much Thanks My Family and I Appreciate You.

Awesome service, very kind wait staff. I had the Plaintain tower for appetizer ...Amazeballs! If you love corn pies, try the corn souffle. So light, rich and fluffy! I loved the convenience of walking right downstairs for an evening out. Will DEFINITELY be back!

Aside from the generic salad, the only Vegan option is the black bean burger- not a menu item. The food comes out fresh and hot. The service is hospitable. The tables were clean. They do offer a breakfast bar in the morning.

Stefano was an amazing server. He went above and beyond to be sure everything was perfect, even with a power outage from a storm. Well done Stefano!. Made our 1st experience wonderful. The food was amazing! I had a NY strip perfectly cooked, kids food had very large portions with ice cream. We highly recommend this place!

We were there for dinner on a Sunday night. My wife had the salmon and it was very good. I had the pork tenderloin and it was fantastic! The strawberry lemonade was very good too. Somewhat limited selection of entrees but the two we had were very good. Food came promptly and the waiter was good. Much better than expected!

The food was marginally disappointing. The lava guava chicken itself was tasty, but the corn was overcooked and the sweet potato fries were like Russian roulette... raw pieces about a quarter of the time but yummy wonderful fries the other times. It was crazy. Our server was nice but misinformed on a few things. All that said, the manager, Aliona, is an absolute Rockstar. She addressed our situation with attention and grace. And then we watched her interact with another table where she went above and beyond to ensure they were comfortable. So even though the food wasn't great, this place gets 5 stars because of Aliona. We are willing to stop back by and give it another try because of the excellent customer service and willingness to make things right.

Laguna exceeded my expectations! I have eaten here twice and both experiences were excellent. The first time I did take out, I had a Bacon cheese burger and ate every bite! The second time I dined in and had a Skirt Steak with fries and broccolini. It was perfectly cooked and seasoned. I also ate every bite! The steak seems to be a special, so make sure to ask your server. The fries are DELICIOUS, get them! The service was also excellent. I didnt get a photo bc I was so hungry, but I 100% recommend this restaurant for a proper meal.

We came here not knowing it is associated with a hotel. It is in the back of the doubletree. We were greeted cheerfully in the lobby and directed where to go. The staff was fantastic and helped cater to what we were looking for. Our 7 year old loved the experience as well. Thank you for the great experience. Oh yeah, food was excellent.

Really good food here. The breakfast options are very nice and you can get what you want like a buffet, kinda. Some stuff is even free if you're staying at the hotel. The dinner options are also good. There are sadly not too many drink options, only mocktails and alcoholic drinks. At least listed on the menu. The waiters/waitresses are very kind but sometimes they're very slow and take a while to get to you. Other than that, this is a good resturaunt. There is also a nice view of the pool and sprinklers and fountains, with live music with guest singers.

Its inside the doubletree! Walk through front door and all the way to the courtyard. Great atmosphere. Got the spinach dip and garlic parm wings. All staff were not only courteous to me but also seemed to work well with each other.... a tad pricey but overall worth it

I had breakfast at Laguna Restaurant & Bar, and Elizabeth's omelettes were a standout! Her skill and flavor deserve a solid 5 stars.

I had a great evening here. I was staying at the hotel, and I was eating on my own. The waiter was really friendly and made me feel really comfortable. I loved sitting outside (under cover) and watching the rain. The Caesar salad with shrimp was delicious. I went inside and sat at the bar after dinner and the bartenders were really great. I had a lovely evening thanks to the wonderful staff. Also-the pizza was delicious (especially after a few pints)!

Our server Claudia was excellent — friendly, courteous and attentive. The buffet breakfast was very good, with many options. The cost was equivalent to local eateries in such a high tourist location (especially with beverages being included in the buffet cost). And we appreciated the ability to stay within the resort since we had a morning conference meeting. Additionally, as a vision-impaired person, I found the restaurant easy to navigate and friendly staff willing to assist me if needed.

We had breakfast included with our stay. The food was plentiful and warm. Nothing spectacular but comforting. The waitstaff was awesome!! The host gave us a hard time about the wristbands we were wearing. Some people just lack good customer service. Others Excell like the waitstaff did. Thank you for a great start to our day.

My best friend and I attended this restaurant this morning and we had an exceptional experience! From the hostess, to our waitress and the breakfast buffet attendants; customer service was AMAZING! We even got upgraded to the full breakfast buffet due to a promotion they are currently doing. The food was fresh, hot and overall taste amazing. When traveling it is very hard to find good tasting quality food. This place was WONDERFUL! Thank you again!

We arrived (party of 8) when breakfast had ended and were about to leave. Elias asked us to stay and they reopened the breakfast buffet going as far as making fresh food for us. This was a nice place. The spinach salad was really good. It has mangos in it, which is a little bit of twist. I also got a mango mojito, that was good, the lime in the coconut drink is really good too. The prices here were not terribly expensive either. Pretty reasonable for an onsite restaurant at a resort. I gave 4 for atmosphere because the ladies beside me should have toned down their language a little. Nothing against the restaurant itself, just thought the use of the f word every other word was a little much with families in the place. To each their own though, they were having fun so, whatevs.

The laguna Restaurant & Bar is our favorite place for Breakfast on Orlando. The buffet style breakfast has everything from eggs bacon and sausage to grits beans and salsa. There is an omelette station where you can build your own with everything from jalapeños, peppers and onions to ham,¾ sausage and various cheeses. Also have a huge selection of pastries ( doughnuts - baggels- cheese danishes and bread for toast) . Not to mention the belgin waffle stations. And don't forget the fresh fruit !!!

Host Elias was SO helpful and friendly. He worked with the chef to create a custom off-menu vegan option for me. The vegan vegetable pasta with red sauce was great!

This restaurant is lovely but you have to go all the way through the hotel lobby to find it. They hosted us for a birthday party and were very accommodating when we had to make last minute changes. The food was delicious and the staff was attentive without hovering. Our server helped out so much with making sure we had what we needed to celebrate happily. Figuring out parking was somewhat chaotic, since we were on the hotel's property, but the hotel staff was great about telling us where we could park.

Convenient food at the hotel with a lot of choices. You dont need to leave the property after long travel day. Breakfast buffet is reasonable for a hotel, atmosphere is nice and they had live music and drinks in the evening as a nice mix. Outside seatting was beautiful too.

Beautiful resort setting. Great atmosphere. Delicious food. Awesome service. EDIT: I just downgraded the review from a 5 star to a 4 star before even getting up from the table. BE AWARE: I was dining as an individual, not a party of 5, 10 or 15. It didn't matter, a 15% tip was included on the bill. I generally tip 20%, but them forcing a tip does not sit well with me. I ate here yesterday and tipped 20%, not knowing that 15% was already added in. I'm here for 5 days and won't be back to eat at this restaurant.

This is located inside the Hilton Doubletree by Seaworld. For a hotel restaurant it was OK. Average food with a little more than average prices (typical hotel pricing, but less than typical "resort" pricing). My Spinach salad with grilled chicken breast was $22. It was good, but not really noteworthy. You're paying for the convenience of staying on the property to eat. My husband had the chicken wings and said they were ok, but he only ate half of them (very unusual for him) and he said there wasn't very much meat on them. The service was great though! We ate at an odd time and there was only one other table with diners. We only ate the 1 meal on property as we had a vehicle with us on this trip and were able to go out and there are many great restaurants options within a 5-10 minute drive. So, if you're hungry and don't want to leave the hotel, Laguna's does the job, but it's not going to be a memorable vacation meal if you know what I mean ;)

Delicious wing flavors!! The server allowed us to mix Garlic parmesan and lemon pepper and it was really flavorful! The only critique I have is the wings could have been fried a little harder. They were a bit soft for my liking but my friend loved it Lol The chicken tenders were done just right!

I liked the food. My chicken was tender and not dry. I was kind of disappointed by the staff as they weren't attentive. I tried to ask if there was a salad included with my meal and she ignored me. Otherwise it's a nice clean place.

Had dinner here with family on our last night in Orlando. Order a couple drinks. I had the whiskey smash & it was good. The table had the nachos and the ate em up! I ordered the wedge salad and it was solid. My entree was she shrimp and scallops. So glad I ordered this because it was great! Big shrimp with the small patagonian scallops. We had the dulce de Leche cheese cake, but the cookie cake my kids ordered was th3 star desert! Service was very good and we had multiple staff check in on us during the meal which was nice. They have plenty of seating with multiple areas, inside and out. Saw the breakfast setup but we left too early each morning to try it out. I would definitely eat here again when I stay here.

The best dinner I had there was the veggie burger. It was larger than any I have had before. It did not taste like it was frozen. It was not made to taste like meat like the mystery material burgers do. The cornmeal covered bun and vegetables on it were fresh and tasty. They have a selection of fries to choose from. My fries were the regular American Fries and great. Another dinner I had there was the Spinach Salad. It is usually served with a protein, so they should add more vegetables to it to make it a meal when not getting meat, chicken, or shrimp. I was still hungry on that occasion so I ordered the spinach and artichoke dip with chips. It was not oily from the cheese as many dips can be. They served a small portion of chips, but my waitress offered to bring more a few times which was appreciated. The amount of artichokes, cheese, and spinach was balanced well and was delicious. All six of my Mango Ginger Beer mocktails were great... Hotel prices should be expected. They add a gratuity to all checks, from one or more people based on the amount of people in the group. Usually when I was on the patio I was presented with a placemat menu which is limited compared to the full formal menu served indoors. In my opinion, this restaurant deserves to be considered a place to go to even if you are not a guest at the hotel. You must consider that you will be walking a bit of a distance from the parking lot to get there, and the parking is limited if you are not a hotel guest. The hotel has many rooms and guests, along with convention attendees, so there may be a wait.

They have good food but forgot to put what comes with my order on my sandwich. It was close to closing time so my order did not get fixed. I recommend the salad that has fruit in it with the shrimp added to it. That was the best salad ever. At first I thought it was going to be weird but it was so good.

First time here, bartender was on it. Had the Lakers game on, which was nice. But the food was sub par. I got a small foam tray of spinach dip that looked like it was microwaved, then chips that was very hard and chewy that was also covered with Toasted pita bread.. lol.. just sad. But drinks were still good.

Service attentive and atmosphere good. We both ordered the chicken and mushroom pasta. It was a real disappointment as between the 2 plates we had a total of 3 small, mushroom slices. So don't order that expecting any mushrooms. The restaurant did comp our meals so they tried to make it right which we did appreciate. We would certainly give them another chance which we did the next night. The spinach and artichoke app was absolutely delicious and that's saying a lot as my husband doesn't like spinach.

Giving it a 4 just because of the atmosphere. Went for a lunch meeting at 12pm on a Tuesday and it was dead. Food was good and service was great.

I had a couple issues with dinner but sometimes that happens. Glenda the bartender in the Crazy Squirrel Bar was fabulous on service!! Thank you Glenda!!

My only complaint was when I got the bill, having a 30% gratuity automatically added to it (15% added twice). I was dining alone, so 30% wasn't enormous, but at the same time, not appreciated. When dining alone, I typically leave extra anyway if the service is good. Food was good... love the French fries, and my server did a good job.

Great hotel breakfast. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The buffet was reliable and good. Great atmosphere. The price was good.

I tried the steak fries (medium) with mash potatoes. Chimichiri sauce was a little weak. Steak marinade was good and cooked well. Mashed potatoes were buttered with a light garlic. Paired togethered made a flavorful meal.

The food was not all that. The tacos and pastelijos were amazing! But the wings were horrible! Not crispy, and it was cold. The drinks and bartender were fantastic; it was a great place to have some good drinks. Our waiter, Helen, was awesome! Very friendly and outgoing. Attentive and responsive!

The mahi mahi tacos were good but the corn chips that came with them were shiny with oil, chewy and inedible. When I told the waitress she said I could have fries in their place but was then charged for the fries. PS: After this review the restaurant contacted me with sincere apologies and offered to make it up to me. Unfortunately, we were not able to return due to scheduling but I believe them and have changed my review. I will chalk it up to a mistake on their part. I must say everyone was very friendly and welcoming.

We stayed a night at DoubleTree and had breakfast here. To continental breakfast is not bad and the charge is fair, too. Service is good. They charge additional $10 for extra person if staying at DoubleTree.

Ingrid is one of the best servers we have had in Orlando. She was so attentive and really listened to my daughters questions. I would give Ingrid and the other wait staff 5 stars, but the food taste/quality does not rate that. The bartender tonight 9/7, didn't know what a shandy was, so I wasn't very impressed with him either. Nice to be able to eat on property, however everyone but wait staff needs to step it up, better food isn't that far away.

The only reason I went here was because of the Hilton Daily Food Credit, and the food was decent, but the service was slow, it was empty and everything was slow. Their menu is also very limited. Heads up: they automatically add a 15% gratuity to your check, regardless of your party size. Overall, there are better places to eat in the area.

I felt like the food wasn't trying to be worth the $30 a plate breakfast that it was. Eggs - watery sausage - bland you get my drift. All 2 people on a $75 (coffee and drinks) bill plus tip for a breakfast that might as well come from a public school cafeteria is not worth it.

For a resort/hotel, food is decent. Nice to sit outside on the patio. It's the same place where the buffet is for breakfast. Had the Mahi Mahi fish for dinner and got a side salad. Not wowed but also not bad. Tiki Tower - had the plantains, but the cheese was more cheese wiz. Breakfast buffet was $22.95 - comes with scrambled eggs, potatoes chunks, bacon, some cereals, omelette bar, fresh fruit, yogurt, pancakes, sausages, toast, tomatoes grilled with cheese, corn beef and hash. It has the basics. Nice staff.

The breakfast bar was underwhelming. The food was served cold, and while it appeared clean, I wouldn't consider returning. It was also significantly overpriced.

08/24/2023 I consider most need to pay attention in service and customers attending. Related to the drinks, I highly recommend measuring each liquor used. During the time I was at the bar, the combination was totally different, and because this bar is related to the hotel, I need to create the confidence of each customer.. Food portions were a perfect combination for what customers paid.

Staff should be nicer! Not very nice folks! As gold member I was very disappointed in the staff in restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The bar staff was excellent however; but the restaurant and the ladies at the stand minus on lady she was always pleasant the others seemed to have attitudes !

Me and my boyfriend came for lunch and I understand it was rush hour for them but we ordered our food and waited for over an hour. Never saw our food and only had someone come to our table once to refill our waters. We had an event we needed to be at by 2:30 so we had to leave. Really sucks because we were looking forward to eating here.

Was late for reservation which hostess refused to acknowledge. I had tried to call ahead to change reservation but no one answered phone. Was told there was a wait list and we'd be called. After 30 minutes we went back and another hostess immediately sat us. Never did get called. Food took half an hour for salad, soup, and tacos. Large portions, but little flavor

The last time I was here for Christmas the service was horrible. We had to bus our own tables while the staff stood around talking. It was such a disappointment. Then they charged us 18% gratuities. I would normally add to that but I didn’t think we should have paid that. I let the manager know and she just apologized and said thank you for telling me. Customer service would be a negative 5 stars. Food was good nothing special.

Fire alarm kept going off almost entire meal. Let waitress know there was a leak from the ceiling everything was taken very lighthearted. Not enjoyable relaxing evening. Food was not good. Barely edible. No vegan options hardly anything vegetarian. Would not recommend

This place is okay. Not many selections to choose from. They’ve updated their menu and their website doesn’t reflect the change— which causes confusion for the staff and guest. The good thing is that this location is convenient for guest staying at the hotel. Other than that I’d recommend going somewhere else.

35+ minute wait for a poke bowl and fries when the place was empty. Had somebody arrive at the same time who received and finished their lunch with time to spare before my food arrived. Poke bowl was tasty but the French fries were room temperature… Also, 18% gratuity was already included but I didn’t see that on the menu so that was an unwelcome surprise, especially as a party of 1.

I made a reservation to eat at this place & it was NOT disclosed that there is a $30 parking charge just to have dinner here. I called the restaurant & mentioned that I had a reservation & they never told me that I had to pay to park. They HUNG UP ON ME! Don’t go here.

I attempted to order dinner takeout for my daughter. I called it in and she was starving mind you. The lady said it would take 20 min but she would CALL ME when it was done. Many moments later I’m calling and calling and then an hour has passed and still no one has answered and my daughter has fallen asleep with an empty tummy. We had been traveling since 3am and she was exhausted. I called the front desk who had no remedy but transferred me to the restaurant manager who guess what didn’t answer. I had to leave a message. No food no call and now it’s the next morning and I have a ravenous girl on my hands. Good times.

If I could give no stars I would. First off, I was a guest staying in the hotel with the complimentary continental breakfast. The "buffet" was so very small only consisting of what a standard continental breakfast would be. Why I decided to pay for the upcharge on the "buffet" I will never know. I would NOT pay for this again.... the French toast was cold and tasted like dirt. The eggs weren't edible even after adding salt and pepper. The sausage links were undercooked. The only good part of the breakfast was the bacon but let's face it, you can't mess up bacon. I'm very disappointed with the "buffet" and would not recommend anyone to attempt eating something that a dog would turn their nose up at.

I was here for a surveyor convention this week. I arrived a few minutes before noon & was walked all the way through the restaurant to a small table. I was surrounded by several large parties. I waited for nearly 30 minutes before Maria A. asked what I wanted to drink. I said I wanted a diet Pepsi and the DT Club sandwich. This was the description per the menu: DT Club $15.50 Sliced turkey breast, bacon, tomato, cheddar cheese, arugula, and chipotle spread on ciabata bun The sandwich arrived at 1:17pm!! I never got a refill on my drink. I had to be back to my meeting at 1:30pm!! I crammed the sandwich that was missing bacon, tomato, and arugula.... and they had the nerve to add a automatic gratuity?!?! I crossed off the gratuity and pretty much had to run to get back to the meeting. There was never any apology issued for this lousy service and meal.... if you want to call it that. If I could, I would give NEGATIVE STARS!!! Date of visit: July 2024

Breakfast was the most basic buffet. Very few choices- scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes(all beet sitting for a while). There’s an omelette station and what was supposed to be a fruit station which was only 2 types of cantaloupe. Very disappointed - reviews looked much better for what it was. Also it’s at a hotel - I expected better from a Hilton Doubletree

The waiter double charged my fiance for the meal. My car was scraped at the DoubleTree Hilton where this restaurant is. The room was good clean. Stayed at the old Motor Inn and not the 10-story high-rise. At least I didn't have to hustle in the luggage. The hotel said they had a special deal on corned beef sandwiches for Motel guests. Of course when we try to order it they had sold out either that or they didn't like our faces.

We decided to have order some food at the hotel after a long day at the Universal park. It was late and we ordered some take out from Luguna Restaurant & Bar. We ordered 2 kids spaghitti and some chicken fingers. The kids meal should have included a scoop of ice cream and a cookie. We did not get the ice cream and cookie for the 2 kids meal. I went to the restaurant the next morning to see if they can give me the kid's cookie and ice cream and was meet with a disappointing response from the manager. The manager's name is William. William says to me, " Here's the problem, I wasn't here last night, you should have solved the problem last night". What great customer service William. He did not want to give me 2 scoops of ice cream and 2 cookies as indicated on the menu that I paid for.

After patronizing this bar Twice in a day I am very unimpressed. Both times the service was both very slow and inattentive. The drinks are way too expensive for the quality. $17 for a martini that tasted like an embassy suites martini is ridiculous plus it took forever to get. I would recommend going elsewhere. We had the wings and they were pretty substandard as well.

I recently visited Laguna Restaurant & Bar, and I can confidently say it was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. The customer service was abysmal. My server was practically non-existent—I had to get up and fetch my own drink at one point. When it came time for the check, I had to flag down another server just to find mine. Meanwhile, the rest of the staff seemed more interested in gossiping than doing their jobs. As for the food, it didn’t meet even basic expectations. The ingredients seemed subpar, and there was something off about the taste that I can’t quite describe—it just wasn’t right. Overall, it was a huge disappointment. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the time and money—honestly, you'd be better off at the nearest fast food joint.

The service was terrible and we will not return. There wasn't any communication when we sat down. We saw others walking over to get food from the buffet and so we did the same. After plating our food, WE were stopped and the plates with our food on them were taken from us. We were then told that "our server was on the way and the buffet was over". It was embarrassing to have our plates stripped from our hands. The server seating us didn't say anything to let us know about the buffet being over. We grabbed our things and left. There wasn't any type of courtesy for us either as we watched others still grabbing food from the buffet. This was horrible service....

This place is so bad my fries were soggy and the workers don’t lissen you ask for ketchup the give you mayo mustard and salsa.

I ordered a sweet tea, carne asada tacos and teriyaki chicken wings and family ordered 3 other meals. Only thing that was good for me was the sweet tea. Tacos came out pulled pork instead of steak and chicken wings were cold inside. The waitress was notified and said she was going to check with the kitchen about tacos. Had to get up twice to ask for napkins before receiving them. Kids cheeseburger was still pink, wife chicken fingers were okay, and kids cheese pizza was decent. Not one refill of drinks for entire table and service was extremely slow and very disappointing. Waitress did take the tacos and chicken wings off but will never go to this place again. Sad when you go to a restaurant and have to order pizza afterwards. We even asked for a manager and no one came to see what was wrong. Do not waste your money here and they add 15% gratuity automatically even if you have terrible service. Go someplace else.

Eli was our server on 5/5/24 after the wedding expo. We were seated in a corner by the hostess station and neglected. Eli took our order and never returned until we were waiting a long time for our checks. Never returned for refills or to order another drink. Buffalo flatbread was burned. Chicken tenders were digusting, all breading no chicken. Fries are bland and dry. Weird over breading on shrimp tacos. Guacamole was good. I do not recommend this restaurant!!! DJ was amazing!!! A real let down after a great day!!!
