Dockside Pizza Co. is a pricey pizza place in SeaWorld with mixed reviews. While some appreciate the fresh pizza and quick service, many complain about the small portions, high prices, and lack of indoor seating. Some customers reported negative experiences with staff.
Tip: If you're looking for an alternative to fried food in SeaWorld, Dockside Pizza Co. might be an option, but be prepared for high prices and outdoor seating.

Totally Unexpected, but the best pizza we had in Florida… ever! 5 stars
Nice size pizza but very costly
We loved the food!!!
More of a flatbread than a pizza but it was super fast and hit the spot. Perfect for sharing with my toddler!
Located near The Sesame Street part of the park, this pizza restaurant is one of the newer additions to the park. Accepts all day dining pass, it serves fresh pizza and salad. Very tasty food at this location!
This is a new pizza restaurant in Sea World and the food we had was quite good. I would definitely give it a shot if you're looking for pizza in the park.

I just wanted to call out “Misael C” for my excellent service and his wonderful personality! He was very kind and helpful with my order and questions. He truly made my experience the best! He was very welcoming and always showed a genuine smile. Thank you for such a great experience on such a busy day like Fourth of July. Means so much. Thank you so much again! 😊 The food was also delicious thank you. 😊 My daughter and I enjoyed everything!

It had good service but the pizza was nasty
I mean it’s alright. When I bought 1 cup, and filled it up, I had 12 cents left on the cup. However, when I attempted to use my last few cents to buy some small amount of soda, I got half a cup. Very nice glitch. The foods alright I guess, a bit expensive though.

The Bianca pizza ($17) was actually good (when eaten hot). Service was quick and appreciated. Place to eat had no AC as eating was outside. So you will get plenty of heat down on you. Recommended place as an alternative to the oily, french fries packed meal found at other restaurants at Sea World.
Smaller restaurant with less seating area than the other dine-in restaurants in seaworld, but there are tables and chairs immediately outside. The pizza's are the the thin elongated kind. The meatball sub was likely pre-made as the cheese looked pre-melted and had already reformed again in room temp. I also didn't like the sauce as it was on the sweeter side but otherwise fine if you like that type of sauce. Soda's are not behind the counter which speeds up the whole ordering process greatly.
A typical pizza restaurant. It is pricey for what you get. It was around $18 for a flatbread type of pizza with no meat. The soda was also flat here. Outdoor seating only with no AC.

Serve yourself pizza was way over priced and when you check out it wants you to add a tip. Tip for what you don’t talk to anyone.
Completely disgrace to the sea world. $20 ish bucks pizza is smaller than personal pizza. Over price is justified for the location. Portion size is a joke.
Typical food place in a theme park. Really disappointed about the quality and price. If you don’t know better, please let it just be

1 star because I can’t do nothing. The food is so expensive, we spend 80$ and we can’t refill the drinks
Unfortunately avoid in order to enjoy your time at the park
Terrible don't even waste the time or money.
Went here with my family of 5. Tables are unclean and the organization method is extremely messy. Soda machine works poorly: both the Sprite and the Original Coka Cola had tasted somewhat like machinery and was overall bitter. Pizzas were served cold. Definitely do not recommend.
Muy costoso. Comida fría, vieja. Mesas sucias y te ven limpiando y no hacen nada
Dockside Pizza Co. Manager and Owners, I am writing to share the negative experience my family and I, along with other customers, had today at Dockside Pizza Co. regarding the behavior and treatment of customers by a group of staff members. A staff member described as the “leader” and the number one clown individual with a ponytail, along with a redheaded female associate, laughed and joked as customers approached the mobile cashier, effectively ignoring them and creating an uncomfortable and belittling atmosphere. It wasn’t until one customer spoke up that they acknowledged the issue and directed that customer to the other side to place an order, which delayed service and underscored how unwelcoming their initial response was. This kind of treatment reflects poorly on the restaurant and Sea World’s dining environment. Customers should feel respected, valued, and welcomed from the moment they arrive, especially families and children who are seeking a positive dining experience. When staff engage in dismissive or comedic behavior at the expense of guests, it not only harms the immediate experience but also can discourage families from returning and recommending the venue. Additionally, it would be helpful to clarify expectations for staff conduct and customer service during peak hours. Professionalism, courtesy, and attentiveness should be demonstrated consistently, regardless of how busy the restaurant is. It’s important that all team members understand that jokes or behavior that belittle customers are not appropriate for a service environment. This experience contributes to the current rating of 2.4 stars, which seems to reflect the negative behavior observed. I hope Dockside Pizza Co. will address this issue promptly with training or corrective actions to prevent recurrence and to restore customers’ confidence in your establishment. Or simply fire the clown 🤡 and his red head girlfriend. As a constructive note, I’d appreciate confirmation of the steps you plan to take to improve service and a timeline for follow-up. If possible, please also share how management will monitor ongoing customer experience to ensure a welcoming environment for all guests, including families. Now, how much do these clowns make an hour on a Saturday night? Lmfao Now that’s FUNNY! L….
I was at SeaWorld today and as usual I went to eat at Dockside Pizza Co. For the first time I had a terrible experience, because I ordered a meatball sub with chips, just like the website and the staff refused to give me the chips, because according to them I asked the attendant and not the SeaWorld app? Why should I pay the same price in the store and not get a chips? Just because the app was giving me an error? This is unbelievable. I'm not going back! Next time I'll opt for the Chiken fillet I don't recommend it anymore
horrible, I bought a $17 salad, and after making the payment, the guy said that there was no salad, but that I could have a cookie or a full jar of oranges. I opted for the cookie because even peeling the oranges by hand wouldn't work. In other words, I paid $17 for a cookie that costs at most $10. detail I have an annual pass, imagine someone who comes from another country to spend the day and ends up at a loss
What a complete ripoff. “Kid’s Meal” is just a slice for $11 bucks with a tiny piece of fruit. It’s like getting a full pizza for $80 bucks. This kind of markups should be at least supervised.
Very expensive for a small dry piece of pizza
Ridiculously expensive food and 450 birds jumping on the table trying to steal your pizza, $65 for a small soda with no refill, and 3 mini pizzas that don’t fill you up.

The park closes at 6. To be turned down, and have the rest of my family ran out at 5:20 PM when we all have food and drink passes for the day is completely uncalled for, all I wanted was a cup of water. Was yelled at and treated very rudely. Never coming back again.
This place is so bad. Over $70 for 3 of those nasty flatbread pizzas + 3 drinks. Sea World should not be allowed to charge that much money for something so disgusting. It was so bad, my 4 year old, who loves pizza, spit out the first bite.
What a ripoff. Cheese pizza was the size of 1-2 slices and was nearly $20. Gluten free pizza tasted even worse. Come on SeaWorld. It's been in decline for several years now. Next time we'll bring in our own food. Not allowed? Just try to stop me!!!
Yesterday we visited Seaworld and in the evening we decided to eat at Dockside Pizza ... a decision we came to regret. We ordered a cheese pizza, peperoni pizza, clementines, garlic knots and drinks. We immediately got the peperoni pizza, clementines and drinks, but had to wait 15 minutes for the peperoni pizza and 25 minutes for the garlic knots. By the time we got everything, the peperoni and cheese pizza were cold. You would think that they wouldn't start serving untill everything in the menu was available to be served. There were no cutlery and napkins available. Staff didn't refill them unfortunately, eventhough we asked. They were just standing waiting for the kitchen to bring the food. Come on Dockside Pizza ... train your staff to be hospitable towards the customer's. Make sure they refill cutlery and napkins and teach them not to serve food until everything is ready. The price of the menu was quite high.... you would think you would at least get some hot food and service!!!
