The breakfast was delicious! I ordered Frittata and my husband got a regular breakfast. Everything was super fresh and tasted great. The service was excellent as well. The only thing I would add is that there could be more breakfast options to choose from on the menu.
Great quick service restaurant for the hotel. You place your order at the counter and will be given a beeper. You can sit anywhere you like! The staff will clean up your table afterwards. Coca-cola free style machine with unlimited refills for an hour. There are free water cups near the register. Salad dressings, condiments and a microwave is available in the center of the restaurant. The grilled cheese and tomato soup was phenomenal. Perfectly crisp bread, soup was tart and creamy. Highly recommend this. Breakfast was great. The scramble eggs had the perfect texture in my opinion. Smooth and creamy. Bacon and breakfast potatoes were crispy!
The food is fantastic, the atmosphere is bright and quiet, and the service from Tee was top notch! She went above and beyond to help me when I made a couple mistakes without even asking her. Cannot recommend it enough!
See why it is great - Veja porque é ótimo (English and Português/BR) Video tour. The Cafe and the Market are a great duo, both practical and delicious! This establishment is divided into two operations, the Cafe and the Market. The Market is the perfect place to pick up a quick bite before or after your day at the park. It has great grab-and-go options like sandwiches, salads, and yogurts. It has your usual Starbucks offerings, as well as several pastries, cookies, and hand-scooped ice cream. And finally, given its market name, it has candies, snacks, and chilled bottled beverages, including beer and wine. In here I got the Caprese Chicken Sandwich, and it was incredible. On the left side is the Cafe, in here you’ll get an a la carte menu with a surprisingly elaborate selection for every meal. For breakfast there's a extesive menu, including gourmet eggs, Belgian waffles, classic options, and so much more. For lunch and dinner, you’ll find burgers, wraps, Mexican fare, pastas, salads, and desserts, all with a special touch. It’s also here where you’ll find the pizzas that you can see in several guests’ hands.

After seeing most of the reviews on here, I was very skeptical, but it was late when we arrived at the hotel and decided to give it a shot anyway. Even with it being close to closing time, the staff was friendly and smiling, the food was priced almost average for a restaurant, and there was a pretty normal wait compared to restaurants that aren't fast food places. The food quality was better than expected after reading the reviews. Not outstanding, but not anywhere near as bad. If you dont like to chew your tomato soup, it's probably not for you, and the cake looked like someone got hungry before it made it to me, but everything as a whole was decent and didn't leave us feeling sickly. The grilled cheese was quite thick and the soup was a larger portion than expected. The strawberry layer cake wasn't quite worth $9, but it had a nice tartness which was needed at the time. We'll be back, so this can all change, but for now it's a positive experience.

We stayed one night at the brand-new Terra Luna Resort for quick access to Epic Universe, and the Omega Cafe and Market turned out to be a convenient and tasty surprise. After a long day at the park, the late-night hours were a big plus perfect for grabbing a bite by the pool. The Double Smash Burger paired with a cold High Noon Hard Seltzer really hit the spot. In the morning, we were impressed by the extensive breakfast menu. Our group tried the avocado toast with scrambled eggs, a ham, egg, and cheese croissant, and the chicken and waffles everything was fresh and flavorful. The food quality was great overall. The staff was fine courteous and efficient, though not particularly engaging. The atmosphere is clean and modern, though a bit plain and lacking personality. Still, for a hotel cafe, Omega does a solid job. We’d happily eat there again on our next visit.
The coffee was good but the snacks were a bit overpriced. Service was quick but there weren’t many people at that time

One of the best things is that they sell pizza until midnight and it’s really delicious! Perfect for a late-night bite. Breakfast was good as well, though nothing mind-blowing. A couple of downsides: portions run a little small for the price, and the Coca-Cola machine is oddly restrictive—it doesn’t work with the refillable CityWalk Coca-Cola cups, only with the cups they sell at the hotel. Having to buy a separate cup just for here feels unnecessary and inconvenient.

Food is ok at best. Overpriced for the quality . The fries are really good but that’s about all. We tried the cafe a couple times just to give it an honest try and weren’t impressed by any of the food.
Very typical hotel breakfast. Powdered eggs, bacon that was heated up vs cooked fresh, and biscuits that are dry.
Alot of money for a small portion of food.

Quality of a hotel buffet, but sold from a counter à la carte. Bland frozen reheated biscuits and potato wedges. Then bus your table and get on with feeding the Universal ATM!
This place is in no hurry to severe anyone. Six workers standing in the market area and two of us in line. 12 minutes to get an Americano for the second day in a row. SMH. This is a resort town where service should rule. It's a far cry.
Bad food for ridiculous prices

I’m very disappointed in the quality of food being this is a universal hotel that I booked through the park website. Hotel is brand new just opened 2 months ago hotel staff is great. Only issue that has not been resolved is the restaurant food size and quality is lacking. I ordered that chocolate moon pizza for dessert. I asked the staff if it was good and she stated that as a dessert it feeds two people and is so good. The picture on the menu above the register and several pictures on line showed a very large pizza. When the pizza came it was so small about 6” a snack size, no way two people share it. When I questioned the staff no help only response is that’s the size. I asked why it doesn’t look the like picture no real answer. I asked the female manger that was standing same question with no answer. I asked if she would look at the pictures on the menu she said “No”. I asked if she has seen the picture on the menu she said no again. I asked her to understand my concerns about the difference and to validate my concerns about the size difference. The manger only said has always been the size. They did make me another one but still the same size. I would not recommend the dessert pizza again. Both pizzas in the box are the same, pizza on the plate is from the other’s reviews showing size difference.

This café gave us the worst breakfast experience of our lives, and that’s saying something. Do yourself a favor and eat in the park, a gas station, anywhere but here. We ordered a Belgian waffle and a bacon and egg bagel. The waffle was cold and rock-hard, and the bagel was dry and microwaved into sadness. Absolutely awful. I wouldn’t even give this food to prisoners.
The single worst mac and cheese I have ever had. Made me sick.
Ridiculously overpriced, even for theme park food.
Food is ok, however very overpriced. They even put scanning codes on their fountain drink cups and dispensers. I purchased a standard fountain drink and the machine filled it half way. When I tried to fill the rest of the cup, the machine told me I need to “wait 1 minute and 33 seconds before dispensing”. They have total time limits on their fountain drinks as well so you better eat fast! For how wealthy Universal Studios are, it’s surprising how stingy they are. Considering how expensive tickets are, plus add in hotel stay, then $20 per plate meals. But hey, I guess they can do that since they own all the restaurants at the hotels, and nothing is walking distance.
