Panda Express

We have been here a few times. We love the service here and also the food. Delicious and hot. Premium beef is good. It’s worth 1.50! More. We enjoy sitting outside. Even at 32F it’s cool with the breeze and shade. My item is out and the staff cook me a new batch. Fresh and tasty. We will sure return here. 5 stars.

We love the orange chicken at Panda Express, also sampled the spring rolls this time. Everything was amazing as usual 😀. Theis restaurant was quick and efficient, we did ask for take out though and we were served on a tray so had to go back and ask for a bag, simple misheard possibly. All great.

I was in-route to the Orlando Airport, so I decided to stop at this Panda Express location (it is not very far from the airport). The staff were very accommodating and courteous. The person before me ordered the last amount of one of the items I requested, so the staff immediately prepared a new batch, and quickly fulfilled my request. I ordered honey walnut shrimp, black pepper angus steak, sizzling shrimp, noodles and fried rice. I was very pleased with all the items I ordered. This is a great Panda Express location.

Love this Panda Express location! The store is always very clean and staff always say hi when you walk in. They have a drive thru too! Love love love the beyond meat orange chicken (tofu) and hope it never goes away again! Super vegan friendly with the beyond meat, but I also love the veggie spring rolls, brown rice, and veggies. They also have free WiFi and lots of seating inside.

You have to try the Orange Chicken. Its out of this world. Place is clean and modern. Bathrooms large and well equiped Too much food, 1 plate for two I think goes pretty well. We ordered a bigger plate and left food on our plate.

I absolutely love the food at Panda Express. And I love the fact that they have a super green dish. Panda Express is definitely on one of my top recommendations for fast food. It's always good hot in the customer service it's excellent I hope that when you stop by you enjoy

Excellent experience at this Panda Express. The staff was EXTREMELY friendly, everything was perfectly clean, the food was fresh. Would recommend. ONLY downside, no samples available and odd choices of soda for me. Otherwise, 10/10. Shout out to Denise- super friendly staff member!

I’m was originally gonna write a 1 star review after very clearly repeating my order to the drive through multiple time to ensure I get the right items after I got back to work I check my food and it wasn’t even close. After a drive back I was very heated however the manager expla That the car in front of placed their order and took off so I was given their food I was issued a refund and taken care of for the error. I appreciate a manager that knows how to handle a situation respectfully and quickly so for that I wanna say thank 9/8/25 12:30-130 pm

I’ve been to many Panda Express locations, but this location by far was the BEST!! Trent was the GOAT getting peoples food orders prepared and kept the line moving swiftly. He was professional, friendly, and positive during a super busy lunch rush! Denise at the checkout counter was also very friendly, sweet, and had a big smile on her face. We would travel an additional 30 min just to come to this location because the people were great, the food was hot and delicious, the restaurant was clean, the bathroom was clean and stocked with hand soap, paper towels, and warm water coming out the faucet (ladies room, didn’t go to the men’s lol.) There was also a hand sanitizer dispenser at the door when you leave! Highly recommend this location! Two thumbs up!!! 10/10!

Service is horrible as always in 2022 no matter where you go. Food was good but not what I asked for. Management needs to be trained so they can trained others to do better at customer service. This comes down to business owners how bad they suck at running a food chain of restaurants.

We were looking for something quick. However it ended up being about 30 minutes for us to get our food. I have to give credit to the people that were attempting to work. But they seemed stress, tired and over it. Food was ok even when we got it fresh.

Came in thru the the drive thru, had to come inside to wait they took too long. After several minutes of waiting, decided to choose something else. Later on they brought me what was missing after it was half cooked, appreciated the gesture just wished they would have cooked it when I ordered it and not wait 10 minutes later to start cooking.

I love Panda Express for the food but man they are horrible when It comes to ordering from them from uber eats the rice and chow mein was stale and I literally doubled ordered the broccoli beef for my plate and it literally didn't even have not one piece of steak in my plate when it arrived

Four the 4th straight visit they were out of Teryaki Chicken and for the second straight visit, no one could be bothered to make ice tea. The Teryaki Chicken is a main menu item and one of the few menu items not loaded with sugar. How are they always out at lunch? Seems like poor product management. Same for ice tea. The unsweetened ice tea is the only sugar free option for a drink other than water. This should be easy! I regularly see other menu options out as well. I hope they get their act together soon. The last time I saw this place in proper condition. Was when they were getting a visit from what I assume were Panda leadership. What a shame.

Not trying to be mean or anything, but if you’re getting your food from here what are you doing?! 😂 I got orange chicken and fried rice and there’s no other way to put it. It was terrible, frozen box orange chicken could probably top it. The rice was terrible as well. Well you never know till you try 🤷🏽‍♂️

This is the only panda express that I’ve ever been to that always has way too many veggies and has chow mein. They seem slightly undercooked and the noodles seem over cooked and slimy. The last three times it has been this way and it’s not good. Half the time the location is missing part of their menu. I won’t be going back.

I went to this location tonight order by drive-thru, I ordered a plate with white rice, teriyaki chicken and veggie spring rolls, first they made me wait for 15 minutes until I had to go back in the line of cars and the attendant said she had forgotten, and finally what I received were leftover food, rest of pieces of chicken and cold rice. I threw everything in the trash. This is disrespectful, I advise you never to go to this location.

Very good food, as always. However, one of the workers claimed me of getting Lemonade instead of water on my water cup, even after I showed her. Found her attitude very disrespectful, as I 100% got water.

Read the “delivery order” reviews and you will understand why I have also given 1 rating. In my Uber eats order of 2 separate items, in 1st item the Kung pao chicken was not there only orange chicken was there, in another order as well Kung pao chicken was not there and only sesame chicken was there. Stay away from this Panda Express branch while placing order. Waste of $30. The owner needs to take cognizance of such major gaps. How can customer service be taken for ride in America. Can’t believe.

DO NOT COME HERE!!!! I came here during dinner with my wife and the service was HORRIBLE!!! Young teenager with Red hair was incredibly disrespectful when I asked for some help. Rolls her eyes and doesn’t even say a word just stares until I asked my question. My wife has allergies and when I asked the girl about the options my wife had she replied “If there are so many allergies to worry about eating out isn’t your best option” Seriously??? At this point I asked to speak with the chef who was cooking alone by the way pacing back and forth trying to get everyone’s food out. I didn’t want to bother the chef but I had no choice when the rude teen at the front didn’t want to answer my allergy questions. Luckily the chef was able to answer our questions with a smile , all while cooking for this rush by himself. We were able to order and while we were dinning in kept seeing the rude teenage girl stare at us while exchanging words and laughing with a co worker. Needless to say , the dining experience was extremely uncomfortable knowing my wife and I were being gossiped about by the employees at the front. We will not be back here- allergies are a huge issue and this store should consider hiring people who take things like this serious. Who aren’t rude and disrespectful. They should also consider hiring more chefs in the back so one person isn’t cooking an entire feast for a huge line of families!!!! That’s over working your cooks!!! Thank you to the gentleman who helped us gracefully while having a lot to deal with. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!

Went through the drive through. Was told a wait of 6 minutes for chow mein. Not a problem. Was told to wait in parking spot…. Waited…. Another guest pulled up next to wait as well…. 10 minutes pass by… I walk in, place is empty, girls in the front chatting it up… I clearly hear the gentleman tell one of the girls she “can give him his good, it’s over there”. my food was already bagged and waiting yet I had to walk in myself to get it because not one person could pause their personal conversations to serve a waiting customer…

Bad service. My order arrived with several items missing, and nobody is responding, neither the driver nor the store. I think this will be the last time I order from them.

Made the order waited for 1 hour phoned 20+ times no answer then finally got an answer and they said they don't have my order even though 56 came out the bank. Not very helpful staff , apparently can take 12 weeks to get my money back AVOID

This was what I received from Panda Express Drive thru. This was suppose to be a bowl with Beef and Broccoli with side of veggies. No beef literally 2 pieces in between the rotten smelling broccoli but that is besides the point. The broccoli appeared rotten and black and had a strong smell like it was NOT fresh. This was unacceptable. I returned to show the manager, Susan, but I did not even want to get this replaced. I got a new bowl of "fresh" chicken and mushroom with rice. It's inconvenient coming into this issue when I have a short lunch hour and could not even eat my food. They were good when they first opened and now I'm not sure I will be returning to this location again. The owner of this franchise needs to check how things are operating out of this location.. seriously.
