Pho 16 Express

We were craving pho on a rainy day and were super tired from exploring Universal Studios. I saw this place and had to try it. We came and all the tables were full, we ordered thai boba, winter melon tea, and strawberry boba. We all got the pho with everything in it, the pork and chicken banh mi, crab rangoons, and spring rolls. The pho was very good, the toppings were all fresh and nice, the lime had plenty of juice. The broth was heavenly, the meat was a little tough, but it wasn't the best cut of meat. The service was very fast. People leave their bowls on the table and the ladies working were able to clean up very fast so that my party of 8 was able to sit down. Dinner for 5 adults and 3 kids came out to $120, very affordable.

This Pho was absolutely delicious and authentic! The broth was so rich, super fresh and aromatic. I ordered the Steak and Brisket Pho and devoured it within minutes. The space was clean, the service was very fast, friendly and welcoming! I would definitely recommend this spot!

This is the real deal, day-long Pho you have been looking for. The owner was so nice and accommodating when telling me about the food. I was so full when I left. Come here! I ordered P7 which was full of flavor. Came with all the toppings, including a delicious chili oil. The party next to us ordered the shrimp bento box, it looked so good we ordered one too. Worth it! Definitely coming back next time I’m in the area.

We had Pho beef broth with brisket and chicken broth udon. Pho beef broth with brisket was amazing. Some ppl like cilantro, some ppl don't. But I really like cilantro and I asked for more. When I put more cilantro, it was more flavorful! I truly recommend to try Pho here!

We ordered two beef pho dishes: one with steak and meatballs, the other with steak and brisket. To accompany them, we selected Vietnamese iced coffee and a winter melon drink. The beverages arrived quickly and immediately set a promising tone. While the iced coffee was not brewed tableside, it was impressively fresh—clean in flavor, well-balanced, and free of the stale bitterness that often plagues pre-brewed versions. That alone deserves recognition. The winter melon drink was equally successful: lightly sweet, refreshing, and true to tradition. Then came the pho—served steaming hot, which is non-negotiable for proper pho. The broth was clear, aromatic, and deeply flavorful without being greasy or overly heavy. The other night I walked in for a take out. Jasmine was extremely nice when helping out with my order. I was confused and she explained the differences between dishes. I ended up ordering the grilled pork with fried rice. Best pork ever can’t wait to go back!

I go around Orlando to find good authentic Pho and i have to say this has been the BEST one so far!! If you stop by, I recommend getting the Beef brisket meatballs or P9 on the menu. I will definitely be coming back. The staff is super nice and the service was super quick too!

We went to Pho 16 on a whim. My wife likes Pho, but the rest of us aren’t fans. Pho 16 had different food that pleased everyone in our group. Two of us got the Pho, two got the Bento box, and one got the garlic noodles. It was all very good. We don’t live in the area or this would be a regular for us. The food was great, as was the service. The restaurant was clean and well taken care of. I would recommend.

My husband and I ordered the beef broth Pho with steak and brisket, and Thai milk tea with boba. We loved it all. The broth was flavorful and included noodles and onions. We loved the fresh toppings (bean sprouts, limes, jalapeño, and basil)! We had wonderful service and really enjoyed the restaurant. We can't wait to return. I took photos when we were already halfway through our meal.

We’re regulars and Lee and her team deliver the best value for quality Pho in all of Orlando. Customer service is through the roof always - they greet you by name with a big smile and the broth is perfection, nice place to dine in or carry out is perfectly packaged to build at home always. Location is in the heart of Orlando’s tourist district just minutes from Universal Studios, across the street from the International Premium Outlets and a bit over a mile from the Mall at Millenia. We’ve eaten at all the great Pho places in town, including in Little Vietnam on 50 (Way far from anything good) and this place tops them all in quality and service! Try the lotus cheesecake too, made with simple ingredients and INCREDIBLE!

He also gave me extra rice with my order and talked to me about the importance of eating my greens. 🙂 How cool is that? Overall a very nice gentlemen who obviously takes pride in his establishment. Now the food…awesome. Absolutely in my top 5 of pho. What sets this place apart besides the service was the quality ingredients. Will visit again during my next trip to Orlando.

Plus, the soup was brought to our table almost immediately, which was much appreciated after a long day at the Universal parks. The shrimp rolls were also incredibly fresh – a real treat! I highly recommend this place. It’s the perfect spot to recharge! One last thing: keep in mind the soup is just one size.

We sat outside at the tables in the front very peaceful and serene. Food came out swiftly I purchased the Korean barbecue plate, egg rolls, and wontons. Everything was tasty. The bbq flavorful but chewy. I enjoyed my meal.

Small Vietnamese restaurant at the end of strip mall. Fast food counter order and quick friendly service. Had the Pho. Definitely one of the better Phos I’ve had in the area. (I’d say better than 20 pho hr.) Sized large enough for the hungry or leftovers. Lots of meat (I had the Steak, brisket, meatball), noodles and vegetables. Also had the Crab Rangoons. Delicious as well. Ample seating, even a couple tables outside. Recommend if you need a Pho fix at a reasonable price.

The chicken ramen (chicken broth) is very flavorful. Portion sizes are great, too. The owner gave me a small taste of his beef broth and somehow it was even better than the chicken. Criminally good. I’ll definitely be back here. The shrimp rolls were good too! The service was fast too and came out right away.

This place is near by Dezerland and the outlet, we love trying Pho in different states and cities. This way we can compare how good it is vs Eden Center or NYC Chinatown or Toronto Pho. It turned out pretty decent, everyone has their niche on what their like, more meat, or how the broth tastes. This place’s broth is on the point, it is good but the meat selection is not the original Pho Dac Biet, missing the tripe and tendons. However this place does have a good variety of vegetarian options. Check out the photos.

After looking for the nearest pho we came here. We ordered p9 steak and brisket meatball and p3 steak with beef broth aka pho. I have a mix feeling because the pho is not like regular Vietnamese traditional pho. It taste Americanized. But still good and a bit on the sweet side. The service are excellent and friendly. The pho came very quickly less than 8 minutes after I placed the order. Overall it still good experience.

Quick service, great flavour. Try the house special noodles if you like a shrimp sauce based broth that is slightly sweet and spicy. The traditional Pho has a good broth - theirs is good but in 30 years of eating Pho it is not the best I’ve ever had.
