We got the Tonkatsu with extra shrimp... awesome! And a side of spring rolls - PERFECT for a quick date night, just the 2 of us. Broth was savory, shrimp were cooked beautifully- bursting with flavor! We're still used to Southern Florida pricing so $26 for the both of us to eat and a little bit of room for a dessert from next door? We'll TAKE it... and be back for more again next time.
Ok, ok…I had a craving while I was at church service. Hear me out, I suddenly started thinking about lunch and it had to be noodles in a savory saucy meaty dish. I wasn’t sure what that dish would be but the flavours were calling and I had to heed that call. My go-to Asian market to pick up hot and ready meals was a bust because first there was not a parking spot in sight and a thunderstorm started in the area. Cut to, me deciding to go home to eat whatever was in the fridge until I stopped at the intersection of Mills Ave and Virginia. Token Ramen sign stood out and this was the call I was hearing! Yes 🙌🏽 Tonkotsu ramen is the answer to my craving… hot, steamy, rich pork broth, unique kikurage mushrooms and hearty bamboo and all the usual players for toppings. Halt! What’s this appetizer…Samurai crispy chicken? Basically a chicken cutlet, panko crusted, double fried to the crispiest perfection but no at all basic my friends! A huge portion of crispy chicken cutlet served platter style with a side of light sweet tangy dipping sauce. Ughhh you guys I was in heaven, craving being satisfied and now I’m a fan. Will be there Sundays, come join me 😅 Also, this places is clean, tidy, tables ready for pick your own seating. There is a to-go container for leftovers and sauce station. Great service and fast food preparation. I ordered and within 6 mins my food started arriving. The staff is attentive and have great suggestions.
A very beautiful place, the food is excellent. I really like it. It is very clean and very hygienic. I recommend it.
The Ambiance: Really clean. Open. Comfortable. The Staff: Extremely caring and nice. Very attentive. The Food: Brilliant flavors. Perfectly cooked. Absolutely delicious, both the tea and the food. Accessibility: Easily accessible. Wheelchair accessible. Parking can get crowded, but there were ample spots when I was there. Overall: Very highly recommended. At the time of this review, give them a little bit of slack because everyone is learning the routines and menu items.
I had a great dining experience at Token Ramen today. The atmosphere was inviting and cozy, with tasteful decor and comfortable seating. The staff were friendly and attentive, which added to the overall positive experience. In terms of price, I found the menu to be very affordable, especially given the high quality of the food. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the prices were not inflated, despite the restaurant's trendy location. Overall, I highly recommend Token Ramen to anyone looking for a satisfying and affordable meal in a great atmosphere.
Got there right at open. We got 1 spicy tonkotsu ramen and 1 miso ramen and a Logan/jujube drink. We received our drink within a few minutes. Our ramen arrived in around 10 minutes and they were delicious. Service was good, it was nice and quiet around opening time. The jujube drink was good temperature and tasted great. I like that you can change the sweetness of your drink
This place is a great peaceful environment where food meets excellence. Today I tried The Samurai Crispy Chicken. So delicious!... and the breading is so unique and tasty! If you want food made fresh and of great taste...you need to set aside some time, sit down and wait until you get to eat their food. You won't regret to come here. The servers Shuyue and Abner will make sure you enjoy what you ordered. Great place to have lunch and dinner. 🤝🏼
A little expensive with young adults 😂 with an appetite but always worth it, good flavors and cool things to try.
Very VERY pleased! I had the mega pork ramen with no shredded prok, extra of the pork slices. The pork was grilled and had a little charr on them which made them EXCELLENT (IMO,) the broth was very nice, fresh corn was a nice touch. My only issue is I didn't get a whole egg, but the half of the egg that I had was delish. I had the coffee milk tea with coffee popping bobba. I've already have a group of folks I'll be going g back with.
I ordered the Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen and it was beyond delicious! I didn’t have to add a single seasoning which says ALOT because I am usually adding something extra but after one sip of the broth it was the perfect combination of seasoning! The service excellent and the restaurant ambiance was exceptional and very enjoyable. It is fast casual but it tasted like fine dining dish! It was my first visit but will not be my last!
Lucky find! Was in the mood for Ramen, google brought us here, and we were not disappointed. Delicious food and tasty Boba Teas! Clean and nice set up inside easily fit out party of six. Staff was top notch and so polite. Will defanatly be back for more.

At the time of this review they have only been open for a week. Regardless my husband and I had a genuinely nice experience. Some people were impatient at the restaurant for taking “too long” to get their food, but I expect some longer wait times with a new restaurant. It’s also just about being patient for your food, they give you an option to take it hime so if gih don’t want to wait go somewhere else. The food was hot and had good seasoning/flavor. For appetizers we ordered the chicken gyoza and the samurai chicken. Appetizers took about 15-20 minutes to get to our table, with my chicken fried rice meal and my husbands spicy tonkatsu ramen right behind after 10 more minutes. All in all food took about 30-40 minutes total. This was in the middle of a large rush where the restaurant went from empty to slammed in a matter of minutes. The staff held up well and did their best, staying polite through impatient meetings patrons. Drinks to me is where they fell short as they do not offer any soda or simple sparkling options, but their teas were delicious! All in all we loved it and will definitely be back.
Had the fried rice, really great, came with white sauce on the side. The mango lemonade tea was also spot on with sweetness ratio. Great experience.
I wish the noodles were from scratch but broth, amazing I also got the takoyaki good portion for price. Everything tasted fresh hot and yummy
Ramen bowls are very good, I especially like the spicy tonkotsu with the kung fu black tea. They have a lot of tea varieties like boba milk teas, oolong, honey, green, etc. Mills location doesn't get too busy for some reason and is very clean with great service.
I absolutely love coming here for lunch! This place has one of the best lunch deals and is so yummy, i still come when lunch is over :). I first went here when it opened and since then i have been back about 5-6 times.
kind staff, great food and drinks! ramen was great when i went and the guys at the front were helpful when i was confused on what to order even when they were a little busy. love it!
Great food ... awesome friendly staff, great guidance on trying new things...tons of options
Love the Ramen, spring rolls, my daughter had the rice bowl and really enjoyed. We also enjoy the boba and drinks.
I love how balanced everything tastes. It feels wholesome yet still indulgent.
Food was great! We enjoyed the options. I didn't love my drink, but I also ordered a random drink to try something new - so that was totally my own fault. Our whole family found something they loved.
First time having ramen but DEFINITELY have to go back now, I got the tonkotsu ramen bowl and a small boba tea which came out to around 14$ and the service was so quick and the ramen was DELICIOUS, everyone there was so nice and respectful so id definitely recommend
Multiple times we’ve ordered from here. Ramen is excellent and I’m such a fan of the boiled eggs in the Ramon. I always ask for extra and they hook me up! Great ramen shop and I wish them the best!
I love coming here on my weekends. I usually get the tonkatsu miso ramen and it comes out great every time. Definitely come here on an empty stomach or else you're not finishing your bowl. Price was $15 with tax so pretty decent for a filling and healthy lunch. Staff was super friendly and the place is always kept clean.
Everything was perfect. From the initial customer service to place the order, to the waiting time being low and food being exceptional. I agree with some below comments on this being the best in Orlando. ( we got the spicy tonkotsu and miso one)
Great value for the price. Fast casual dining that is delicious, fast, and economical. Highly recommended 👌
One of the best ramen places I've been to, and for the price, especially the lunch special, you just can't beat this place. Has good parking in the back, tea is great, amazing service, and they play good kpop music which is a plus for me. 10/10
Very delicious teriyaki, decently priced and good size portions.
Have ordered on Doordash but first time I went in person. Nice environment. Casual vibe. Ramen VERY tasty. Got the Megapork with an extra soy egg. Tried several options before and this one my best so far. The wings are crispy and delicious. Also enjoyed a large slushy. Yummy. Also, you have to take your plates to a cart after you are done. I have mobility issues and they rushed to help me and gathered my dishes. So much appreciated.
We went during the lunch hour and this place exceeded my expectations. The ramen was on point, not too salty like some places, and the hibachi was delish and came in huge portion size. To top it off, the tea was delicious and you can customize the sweetness level. I appreciate that the tea did not taste artificially flavored like some other places I’ve been to. Very seldomly do you find a decent food place that serves good bubble tea as well, but this place does it!
The person at the counter was very professional, he also explained evey thing about our order. The food was incredible.the food was so good that it reminded me of when I was in Japan. Thank you for the great food and service oh and the teas are amazing too. I will be back.
Overall a good experience. Ramen came out fast, was super hot, flavors were balanced but not over powering. My wife's chicken katsu came out almost at the exact same and was very good. Had zero wait when we got there and the service was good. I would like to see some options like a coke and/or a sprite to drink but I know they have the whole Boba tea menu. Lastly, I would have liked more scallions and a whole egg (rather than just half) in the ramen but that's small complaint. Will for sure come back.
Love coming here! Cute and clean atmosphere! Kind staff and the food is always yummy and decently priced. The ramen is great my favorite is Spicy Tonkotsu. Lunch special are great value!
I love the food here. The children fried rice is amazing!!!!! Keep up the great work. It's so hard to get really good rice and you guys have the recipe down packed. Totally awesome. Thank you for the great hospitality.
I tried their spicy tonkotsu broth, and it was quite delicious. However, I believe they could make it even spicier. Their taro boba tea was also quite enjoyable.
The hibachi is SO good and portion sizes of chicken and shrimp were great. Gyoza had a slight crunch on the outside and inside was a chicken/veggie mix. Food was served very fresh and hot. Strawberry lemonade is slightly tart and very sweet, still good though. I was a little surprised that the honey milk green tea wasn’t green but you could taste the tea, also very sweet.
I have a summer special. It came with the option of a soup and salad, hibachi protein, and vegetables with your choice of the storage and a Boba drink for $20 overall I feel like it was a good deal for the amount of food and the drink. everything tasted really good. Strongly recommend and would definitely come back.
I left a note on my order for them to feel free to have fun with my order if they wanted, and they delivered. It totally made my day and showed they care. Food was delicious and exceeded any other place I’ve been as of late. The Spicy Tonkotsu had a perfect balance of spice and flavor for my liking. Highly recommend.
I ordered the lunch special Tonkotsu ramen for $9.95. Broth: 4/5 Creamy broth that just needs a bit more depth to be perfect. Noodles: 4/5 Not too soggy with good texture, no major complaints. Chashu 4/5 Good flavor, could use 1-2 more slices. Egg: 4.5/5 The egg is both marinated well and soft boiled without being too overcooked. This was surprising since it's rare to get both right at most ramen restaurants. Portions: 4.5/5 I'm a big eater and this was a good amount of food to get me satisfied. Price: 5/5 During the 10:30-3:30 lunch special, this is the cheapest bowl of ramen you can get for $9.95. Most ramen like Jinya and Domu are around $15 which is 50% more expensive.
Service was super fast even when we showed up as a party of seven late at night! I got the curry ramen and it was delicious, not too spicy
Love this place. They have great specials. Food is always fresh and tasty with generous portions. Only gripe is the online ordering seems to never be available which is way more convenient if I’m trying to pick up food on my lunch break. Other than that staff is always friendly and place is always clean.
Looooove this place!!!!! Great food, quiet spot, amazing BOBA!!! They not only had ramen but they also have hibachi and is my top favorite! They have also a water station but they don’t serve sodas. Everyone respect the quiet time when you’re eating there. I eat here at least once a month. Love it

I ordered the Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen and they were delicious, not too spicy, but fresh and served hot. My wife wasn’t too hungry so she only ordered sides. The hibachi tofu and the grilled vegetable were also very good though. Would come here again!
Service was great! Guy at the counter was super nice! Clean restaurant, cozy atmosphere!! Ramen (lunch special) is only $10. Takoyaki & Japanese spring rolls are good! I gave it 4 stars cause there's only one piece of pork in my miso ramen :( Flavor was good it doesn't taste like medicine! Hahaha!! We might come bck if we're around the area but it's not something to die for :)
Visit was a few weeks ago. Enjoyed this place. I was surprised at the flavor of the rice. Reminded me of home a little in the Midwest. Not loaded with a bunch of veggies which for me changes the flavor profile. I really enjoyed this and it was reasonably priced for the amount they serve. I was a little disappointed with my milk slush. The flavor was there however, it was a lot of larger ice chunks that hadn't been blended well. Made the drink a little watery after a while. I am happy they are putting one closer to my house, so I will go again. Parking is a little hectic here.

I was surprised there weren't vegetarian or vegan options for the ramen, but you can find vegetarian options for the rice and noodle dishes. Overall good experience. I liked their taro milk tea, tastes like real taro but if that's not your thing it won't be as sweet so keep that in mind.
Token has some of the best Ramen I've had so far in Orlando. In my opinion, it's the closest taste to the Ramen I've had in Japan, which is what I wanted. I really enjoy their boba tea. I usually get their mango green tea with mango boba. They have several tea options and so far, each flavor has been really good. Their hibachi is pretty good as well. They have a summer lunch special where you can get Ramen or hibachi with tea for $16.
Their food taste pretty good we’ve been coming for awhile. The quality is starting to seem very different from what it used to taste like & prices have increased. You used to be able to have soup & salad with some orders, now it’s either or and the price increased. My wife & I usually buy extra ramen noodles on the side for our meals they are $5 or less I believe, they taste pretty good.
The ramen and boba are alright. There are better options for those two around on Mills, especially boba. The hibachi stuff is fairly reliably tasty though.
Wife and I were craving some hibachi and we decided to try this place out. We got the shrimp and salmon entrees and thought the food was good. Typically, we would’ve expected the salmon to flake right off the filet but it was a little over cooked. The shrimp had good flavor. The miso and clear soup were what we would’ve expected, good. Overall, a good first experience with this place. Staff are nice people.
First the food: We ordered a variety of the ramen bowls and the chicken wings. The ramen bowls were nothing too special. I couldn’t taste too much flavor except the salt. The ramen noodles were average at best. Its texture was similar to that of ramen noodles bought at your average Asian market. Over all not horrible but I would not come here again. Second the service: You order the food at the counter and sit down to wait for them to bring the food to you. That’s about it Finally the environment: The place is well furnished. It’s clean. Overall three stars.
Small place that is never really busy (at least in my experience). I got the mega pork ramen, which I do not recommend. The portion size is small for what you pay (see other menu pictures people have posted for pricing), but the main thing for me was that the ingredients had a canned taste to them. I know 'fresh' food is hard to define and often arbitrary in its usage, but this is far from fresh, and I've eaten food way past its expiration date. I will say that it was edible, and if you need food and are close by, you can stop by; you certainly won't die from it. Service is fine. You order at the counter and then wait for your food to arrive at your table, which usually comes rather quickly (not a busy place, so that's why). Kung Fu Tea is just standard Kung Fu Tea.
We have ordered the hibachi lunch special a few times now. We previously were disappointed with the soggy veggies and when I say soggy like they've been sitting for days. Today I ordered steak medium rare and it was so over cooked it was impossible to chew. Hibachi veggies barely need to be ccooked.milk tea was great and my coworkers chicken was also good.

There’s better tasting ramen for cheaper in a nicer place down the road.
Not very good the hibachi had a tiny serving of meat and then they put some sort of sweet sauce all over the meat. That’s not what I expect when I order hibachi. The vegetables were underwhelming. I also ordered the chicken wings and they were severely lacking in flavor.
the place is in soft open so it may improve. The Ramen wasn’t the best, not a lot of flavor. The californi roll was not great, kind of grocery store quality. the personnel is friendly and the service is fast
Lets start with appetizers. We ordered wings which come with a sauce and a spice rub. The wings were spiced in the center but not all over but thats okay. The yum yum sauce was difficult to get on the wing since the wings were large and the sauce cup was small. The wings were good and large but the combo of spice and sauce was not. Basically, there was a dry wing with a little yum yum sauce . We tried the yum yum with the cayenne buffalo spice. The gyoza was decent. It tasted clean but a bit plain tasting overall. The sauce could use some green onions etc imo. The bao was actually good. My wife being from singapore liked the bbad. For the entrees I ordered mega pork with black garlic oil. It looked good, I liked the egg noodles. The pork was cooked nice, the ingredients seemed like a good value/quality for the money. The broth was a bit bland and no wow factor. Overall, we are happy to have a ramen place closer to us. I would eat here again and I am comparing this place to the best I've had in singapore and in orlando. I do wish these guys the best. I did want to mention that my wife was told they do charge a dollar for chilli oil but they usually give it for free. She asked the waiter for some .he brought a tiny bit and when the bill came he made us pay 1.50 despite us being told it was usually given free. My wife spent around 80.00 on our meal. She was mad not about the 1.50 but the principle and now she is not likely to return which mean I'm not likely to return.my wife ordered the spicy curry ramen a dry she thought her broth was also a slightly bland.
I was off from work today and was craving for some tonkotsu ramen. Bought lunch special 9.95, I am sad to say that it's not that good. The broth doesn't have a strong salty bone in flavor and very watery.Pork portion are very thin and small which it didn't improve on my eating experience. I should have taken the extra to visit ramen shops in Colonial Drive in Orlando or Downtown Sanford instead. I could not finish it and just gave it back. I will not return.
If you don't have time to wait around, skip this place. My fiancé and I stopped by to get the tonkotsu ramen lunch special, only to get there and find out that the lunch special is only on weekdays which isn't stated anywhere on their website or their menu. Fine, that's not a big deal. While waiting for our food, employees came by multiple times with food that wasn't ours because they couldn't figure out who it belonged to. Most of the employees there just seem confused and it's just chaotic. After waiting 35 min for two bowls of ramen we finally ate and it was subpar at best. For $35 I feel like I was robbed. Keep in my this is not a full service restaurant. And honestly everything they make takes forever including the bubble tea. At minimum expect to wait 20 min or more for anything. Wish I had better things to say but it was overall disappointing.
It’s really really processed food. It tastes ok ig but I’m getting flashbacks to college food and how that tasted. It is fair price and huge portions but quality of food isn’t good. The boba was overly sweet. Ig I went into it w the wrong impression but if you like more natural teas and less processed do not come here. I got the rosehip milk tea thinking it was gonna be floral and it was straight syrup.
I spent $20 on veggie yakisoba noodles and a small tea. The noodles were dripping in oil and the vegetables were soggy. The restaurant was understaffed for their lunch rush, and I felt bad for the girl behind the counter (she did an excellent job juggling everyone's order). An hour later I have a terrible stomach ache. Would not recommend.
Was excited to try since it's a new location. Unfortunately they messed up our order and it took at least 25 minutes to receive our food. You order at the front and seat yourself until the food arrives. It was busy, and they're new so I'll take that into consideration for working out some kinks. But the tea I ordered was ok..I probably wouldn't order it again. And the ramen was almost flavorless, which I'm really sad about. It feels like the broth was diluted with A LOT of water. Even tried to add the spicy sauce, which didn’t add flavor or spice. I just MIGHT give them another chance for their lunch deal...but otherwise I'll stick to getting ramen elsewhere.
I prefer Ramen Takagi. This place screws up my order. I paid for extras like 3 nori and nothing. The taste is average and the noodles are always delivered stuck together
Staff was friendly. Ramen was not good. The ramen broth was just ok. The chicken was poorly trimmed and rubbery. The noodles were TERRIBLE. They had a wavy spaghetti consistency and really seemed like instant noodles. I was so excited to have a ramen shop at Mills and Virginia and this was a big let down. There’s also no ramen bar. Its really just ramen in name only.
the people behind the counter taking our order were barely paying attention. We asked for advice and help navigating the boba menu for my daughter and they just stared at us. (we were both speaking the same language.) I asked if the chicken katsu was gluten free and he said no. Had zero recommendations for me so I was unable to order for myself (celiac.) We asked for the strawberry shortcake tea that was being advertised all over the place and they said they were no longer making "that promotion." there were Christmas decorations up in the dining room (it's April.) No soap in the bathroom, which are gendered. bottom line - there are scads of better boba places in this neighborhood. I won't be sad when this one closes.
paid an outrageous amount of money for the most "OK" japanese food ever. a dishonor to the country. they make you pay before recieving the food, which is basically a dead giveaway that you are in for bad food. staff appeared unamused, and were unhelpful. do not recommend if you are looking for ramen.
I am a big fan of ramen, and was a bit let down by the spicy ramen I received. The broth was on the thin side and not especially spicy. My food came out within 10 minutes which was great, but my wife's food didn't come out for another 10 minutes so that was not great. It turned out she was brought the wrong dish, which she mentioned but it took the staff a minute to come back and pick up the plate. I watched them carry the plate back to the window, realize it was for a different table and then run the same food back to another table. The food wasn't great and it wasn't terrible, pretty mediocre but the food safety handling ruined this for me.
Like for 20 dollars and they can't change the drink from honey or green tea. The prices are high the customer service is sub par , I don't think I will be back any time soon.

These are the type of places that should go out of business. Overpriced, and the quality of the food is not worth it. See attached photos, they charged me $20 for this pick up, basically gave me kids meal portions, if that! . Should have known when they handed me the bag and it felt like there was nothing it. Skip this place.

Soup was lukewarm and needed a lot of soy sauce and spicy chili oil to add flavor. The entrees were delivered at different times (there were three of us) so we did not eat at the same time. The appetizers we ordered came to the table at the end of the meal. We had politely asked four times about the appetizers because we saw them sitting in the window. The manager said we already got them- clearly there were no empty dishes on the table so there is no way we got the orders. When we did get the dumplings and spring rolls, , they were cold (and yes, they were the ones sitting in the window).
The most humiliating experience ever. So we sat in at 12 and left by 1pm. We could not finish our food. We were targeted and rushed to leave. We were constantly harassed by the staff. Every so often they would ask us to box our food while we were eating. And we kept telling them no because we still eating. At one point a male staff member came very aggressively to push us to box our foods…while we were still eating. We felt targeted it. It was our sign to go. I live here in the lake Nona area and we visit different establishments to support our local businesses. By far this was the most uncomfortable experience ever. It’s unacceptable to treat customers this way. It was pretty humiliating. It ruin my date with a good friend. Incident: Saturday, July 15, 2023 12-1pm, waitress female and waiter male. Jennifer Zoga
Have driven out here twice over the past couple days to check out the how to train your dragon drinks they advertise only to be disappointed and told they don't have it by confused employees. If you are coming here with the intent of trying that drink don't bother.
It’s tough to support a business that acts like they don’t need your business… Walked in during a slow Monday afternoon. Met the cashier who seemed disinterested in taking the guests order. Energy is definitely low and facial expression was perceived as being bothered, regardless of having less than having 5 guests in their dining room. Proceeded to explain I had a pick-up order, and his response was “we just got it”. I agreed that I was early, therefore I politely waited. However that first interaction was bad enough for anyone to come back. Hope the owner makes some positive changes soon, otherwise I foresee this place closing within the next year or so.
Aesthetically beautiful place. Good for Instagram. But the wait time and the food subpar. If you go to a three star restaurant, you'll get better service. Expectation, not a restaurant. This is an in and out panda express with plates. While you sit there and wait they don't give you water, appetizers arrived after main entree. On the other note, passion fruit slushie was very good. Meal: 6 wings - bland 2 chicken teriyaki - Florida Mall is better Miso soup- cold/ lukewarm and bland Wait time 40 minutes after sitting down. Reminder this is still a new business. We want them to be successful but at the same time growing in the right direction. So we hope to be back here and maybe 7 to 12 months. Maybe they would read the reviews and we'll get better by then. Until then, my reviews staying up.
Visit this restaurant for lunch and the girl that works in the front taking your order has the worst customer service ever… I was paying with Apple Pay tap the machine and didn’t register, I ask her if it went through and she replied with a remark and sarcastic attitude telling me that she have to make sure people pays🤔 and I tell her nevermaine you making sure I pay, I would never leave a places without paying! Don’t judge a book by it’s covered!! But not only she did that! she also started talking about me with one of her team member making it very obvious… HOW RUDE… she needs to have some customer service and treat people with RESPECT!!!!😡😡😡
Didn't mean to order from here, but we received an order from here by accident. Tonkotsu Ramen had pork on it that was tasteless and grey, noodles were clumped and not very flavorful. The broth in the Black Garlic Ramen tastes like just oil. The chicken gyoza was very good, would recommend that based on what we received.
So a few friends and I came here a week ago and decided to come again because we had a somewhat okay experience then. This time around it was much worse. One of my friends had ordered one thing, and got a shrimp ramen even though they’re allergic to seafood. They asked for their correct order and the person with blue hair initially told them yes. What ended up happening, was they brought over some pork and sauce and essentially wanted my friend to put it in the shrimp bowl. We asked for a refund and they refused. After today’s experience I doubt we’ll be coming back again.
Terrible customer service. I ordered takeout and they forgot to give me the salad for one of my dinners. I called and the completely apathetic male employee said there’s nothing they could do. I said what if I ordered again this week and you guys just put an extra salad in to make up for it. He said no lol. I asked for his managers name and he mumbled three times before telling me Katheryn. Just befuddling because we order here all the time and this left such a negative impression; I know we won’t be ordering here again. Not even an apology for the screw up, just a go pound sand mindset. Wild. Anyway hope the $3 salad was worth losing a customer over.
