Italmark is my favorite supermarket, no complaints there. It's just a shame the one near my house closes at 1:00 PM on Sundays, so I had to go to Orzinuovi. All good, except for today at the bakery counter around 3:00 PM: the lady left only after being called twice by the deli counter staffer. Once she arrived, she didn't respond to my greeting; she was rude and arrogant, and she didn't even respond to my final "thank you." Luckily, the young woman at the checkout was very kind.

The supermarket appears clean on the surface, but it's actually dirty. A simple example: the cashiers' chairs are sickening. They probably don't notice how filthy they are. Special offer items are never available, not even on the first day they open. This shows a lack of seriousness and care. People aren't stupid. The meat trays always have a dull color, typical of old stuff, probably because of the lack of sales.
